Only giving them 3 stars because when we had to put down my best friend the other day they were asking 300$ which is ridiculous, i dont care how you guys need money to do it but i want to bring his ashes home so i can put him next to his favorite toy and blanket. He meant alot and they wouldnt budge on the price.

They were super helpful even when I was running late they took the time to see my cat aqua and make sure she was okay. They were calm and understanding and make sure my pet was in good hands. I must say that Dr. Ban was kind, caring and concerned. He took time with my pet who can be very shy and difficult. That did not faze Dr. Ban who was successful in obtaining multiple x-rays that were needed as well as nasal cultures. We are now awaiting results and I have found my new vet! Highly impressed!

Dr. Ban is a fantastic surgeon. He removed a cyst on my cat's front leg and was very careful not to cause trauma to the major vein adjacent to the cyst. She also had a dental cleaning done that day. Its been almost a month since surgery and everything has healed incredibly well.
