This one night stay turned two after we had such a great experience. In fact, it could be a return stay later in the month as my little family has enjoyed the food, the facilities, the location to Centraal Station (Rotterdam), the conveniences of everything in the hotel and nearby - it's been perfect. Every meal has been delightful too. OMG those burgers, the salads, and the breakfast croissants and pastries!!!!!! I think what made it perfect was the service and authentic kindness we experienced during our entire stay. Jaco, Patrick, Cynthia, Fredrica, Jeffrey, Anna, and of course, Erol -- we would literally move here in a heartbeat if this is what Rotterdam's culture is like outside the walls of this beautiful hotel. A very well located hotel. Close to every neat attractions in Rotterdam. Clean, spacious, well lit. Nice staff and service. Well managed and attentive to clients needs. Breakfast on time, nice variety and good food. Most of the help was nice at breakfast except for a couple of personnel not too eager to be for two days. Overall is appreciative. Small restaurant but top menu and service. A great choice for a reasonable price giving its five star. A nice selection if you want an easygoing fancy stay in Rotterdam.

Stayed here for more than 7 nights in total this winter. Great location by the Centraal station and walking distance to chinatown or the more modern side towards the east. Even a great alternative to a stay in Amsterdam with hotel prices there so steep. Hotel staff is corteous and helpful in general, though not all. Brrakfast here was awesome. Great staff at the restaurant, sincere interactions from them. Food variety and quality was exceptional. If you can afford to splurge a bit and add breakfast to your room rate, do it. Its worth it. The gym is really good too. 24/7 access, well equipped, clean, and spacious.

The greatest thing: the location, pretty much centrally located, just a short walking distance from most places including the central station. The breakfast spread is delicious and has a mix of things. Apart from the basic common stuff present in a French breakfast, Omelette, Waffles and Pancakes are made to order and served hot which are quite tasty. Rooms are good but they need a bit of modernization considering it's a five star hotel. Amenities are pretty similar and standard to any other normal European hotel. Service is great and the people are very courteous.

Enjoyed my stay here as the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as it is within walking distance from Rotterdam station as well as the main shopping area. Unfortunately my room was not renovated unlike the room that my colleague was staying in. For the rooms like mine, it is definitely weary and a little bit underwhelming as it has a scent that really needs to go.

it is quite a luxery hotel, you got almost everything you need. Great room service, nice good and drink options, near central station, a warm bath and kingsize beds. However there are some less good points about the hotel. The alarmclock is outdated (still uses cd's), internet isn't optimal for online gaming but good enough for messaging and watching Youtube, TV's don't have any hdmi acces in which using a chromecast was sadly not an option and not many outlets to charge your phone ( the one near the bed even had screws in it). But I had a great stay nonetheless.

Hotel is in an excellent location right in front of Rotterdam Central train station. Staff are friendly and the room is clean. However this hotel is certainly not worth the price, the room is very average, booking price did not match the final charge. Breakfast is poor value. Personally will not stay here again the quality of the rooms is comparable to much less expensive options yet you are paying a premium on the name and probably the location. Update I am downgrading the original review Nearly a week now since I stayed and they have not released the preauthorized payment.

Extremely disappointed by restaurant staff for interrupting me during breakfast 2 times telling me to be quick and hurry to finish my breakfast so they can start preparing lunch at 10:15 AM. As a Bonvoy member and have always stayed at hotels all over the world my whole life ever get to experience something like this. The worst customer service and so ignorant. My day was ruined from a staff who never understand how to treat customers and treated me like a criminal also lecturing me to wake up early the next day to continue enjoying the breakfast I have left off.

Not recommended if you like to sleep good. The curtains are not fully blinding, at 5:30am my room was fully lit up, i slept very bad for 2 days in a row. After complaining 2 times about it they didn't upgrade me nor apologized, very unprofessional and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also the gym is outdated and no wellness centre/ sauna which you would expect from a (supposed) high level hotel like the Marriott. Location is the only good thing about this hotel, but you can also go to the Hilton for that, at least they have a good gym there.

As a full-time wheelchair user with a disability, I highly recommend this hotel. The accessible room is outstanding, featuring side bars in the bathroom and a spacious wheel-in shower. The hotel staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and polite. Our room was very clean . The hotel's location couldn't be better—it's directly across the street from the central station. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very nice, pretty, and the rooms were clean but, the heating system overheated the room and, even after turning it off, the room wouldn't cool off. Being a high rise building, you couldn't open the windows and the heating system did not have a cooling function. Due to the time of year, we felt very uncomfortable in this room. We considered changing rooms but, at 2 am, it seemed pointless and most likely would not have improved the situation. Luckily, we only stayed there for one night.

The AC wasn't cold my entire 6 night stay. They said they adjusted thermostat but to no effect. The shower cubicle was tiny barely room for 1 adult male. No sanitary hose. They did provide a small fan to help cool the room. Staff at the lobby lounge were all friendly n helpful.

We used this stunning hotel as our base for a 350-mile bicycle ride up the Rhine River to Frankfurt. I simply cannot praise the staff here enough. We are Marriott customers for life after the kindness and skill of the team here. Bravo!

Online geboekt. Bij aankomst zou de betaling niet binnen zijn gekomen. Laten je gerust meer dan uur wachten zonder communicatie. Daarna gebeld en was het toch wel goed. Kregen een andere kamer welke ook veel lager in prijs dan de daadwerkelijke geboekte kamer! Voor de rest goed. maar uitzicht op de stad is gewoon recht tegenover ander gebouw. Grootste voordeel is recht tegen over centraal station. Voor ons niet voor herhaling!

I stayed a couple of times at this hotel to spend some days in Rotterdam. The rooms are clean and big, with essential furniture - once we were offered a free upgrade with access to Executive Lounge (it was amazing). The most important thing is the courtesy of the staff, specifically when it comes to the breakfast and restaurant area! Amazing: everybody is very kind and attentive to the guests requests. Will definitely come back to try the Michelin star restaurant!

Overnachting in combinatie met restaurant Fred. Zeer fijne reservering met allerlei verassingen... Kamer op de 11e etage met prachtig uitzicht op het zuiden Bezoek aan M lounge 12e etage met drankje en hapje. Kamers sjiek, modern en comfortabel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met daarbij specials aan tafel. Nagenieten in M Lounge met spectaculair uitzicht op Rotterdam CS en het noordwesten.

Hotel is modern, clean and smells wonderful. Service is amazing and accommodating. 12th floor lounge could be stocked a bit more, but over all my experience was great. Had an 8 course meal by Micheline star chef in their restaurant, which was delicious. Location was excellent. Highly recommend.
