Manager is very rude and customer service is poor. At 18:00 we went there to bowl. When we got there we were told the bowling was closed but the arcade was open till 19:00. On google maps both close at 20:00 At 18:30 we still had money on our card but not enough to play another game. We tried to put money on our cards just to play one last game but there was no one at the till. The manager then came out and didn’t even great us. She said she had closed the tills because it was quiet and refused to help us further. We pointed out that they only close at seven but she said we must come back tomorrow, which we can’t do because my friend (who I tried to take out for a fun night of bowling) leaves the country tomorrow. Closing time should be a set standard, not a vague suggestion.

If I could give zero stars I would... we only bowl here as it's convenient, but everytime the pins don't operate properly, constantly have to call someone to fix things. They should have someone standing at the lanes all the time for assistance cos almost every round there's a problem... worst bowling alley I've ever played at.. pathetic...in need of a serious upgrade... we're paying to pay so put that money to good use and improve your damn facility

So route 66 the only game's room in our area and been taking my kids there for more the 5 year now today we had the worst experience ever from thr staff and the management the manager is the most rudest person with nou compassion for he's job I'm very involved in my community and schools in the area and and I'll most definitely let everyone know not to take the kids there due to management been the most horrible person I've met

We had gone bowling here a few times and had great fun, though, some of the lanes are quite problematic with the balls getting stuck and not returning. We also love to play air hockey but the pug pushers are not maintained at all so makes the game unpleasant as the pushers have no fabtic left underneath so they don't slide as well.

I am extremely disappointed in Route 66 at Cresta shopping centre. We arrived at 19:45 on a Friday night to play bowling and we were told that it is closed already. I cannot understand how it is possible that you can close at 19:00 on a Friday night!? Especially since Google says it only closes at 22:00. Very disappointed...

Gross negligence led to child endangerment then the Manger shouted at traumatised 9 year olds and told them that it was there fault that they were almost assaulted. An awful event happened but the manager and staff made the situation far worse. Please never let children anywhere near the Route 66.

Horrible we had a employee screaming at us filming us and other miners without our consent. Her name was Marietjie I’m pretty sure she was the store manager. Her filming and shouting insults at us made us extremely uncomfortable please Route 66, Filming a minor without their consent is a crime!

the owner of the place is very rude i’m 16 and me and my friends were playing a game and the man who i assumed owned the place can to me and grabbed me by the shoulder and scolded me for throwing the ball too hard or something along those lines as it was hard to understand him with his mask on

First of all the service is terrible, the staff aren't welcoming and neither are they prepared to help if one has a problem. Whilst bowling the machine gave problems with pins falling or missing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if one is looking for a good night.

Horrible horrible horrible is all I have to say... Arcade games are ok but few and far spread, and the bowling was horrible... Bowling machines do not work and doesn't set up all the pins(had to wait for the poor guy working there to place them manually every time)

Even one star is being generous. The manager treats customers like trash and is SUPER rude. Poorly managed and no sense of order - you can stand a while waiting for assistance and when you finally do get it, it’s from a very disgruntled woman.

Been a few times , it’s no that big but the arcade games are fun. Never had an issue with any of the staff , they are pretty friendly and helpful. The bowling however was a bit problematic I think it needs an upgrade.

Lousy bowling experience. We were in lane 6 .it was very problematic. It kept dropping pins, we could see a person's hand replacing only 1 or 2 resulting in a stalemate of a game. Definitely won't be back here

Nice little arcade in Cresta mall. I went for the bowling and it was nice and quiet during the week, the service in the bowling section could be better though

Manager is the rudest person on earth she hates kids. She need to go for a customer care training. She does not respect her customers.

Conveniently situated lots of fun activities do pay a visit as couples. Certainly brought back lots of childhood arcade memories.

The cashier was friendly but the place is expensive compared to other arcades, you need to play alot more to win a simple toy.
