I got in this shop with two of my mates I was very keen on buying a t-shirt and gently asked one of the guys that works there about the price ( which didn’t have a price tag) , he turned around, looked at me ( as is he was making fun of my question) and replied - it’s too expensive- I found completely disrespectful the way I was treated, then my other friend asked for a white plain t-shirt and the manager told him that “it was too basic for this shop” and to go to Uniclo in a very rude way. Probably I would have bought a lot of clothes but the people whose working in that place are such a shame, and a big lost for the shop.

The quality of their second-hand clothes are good and they have reasonable prices. The decoration is amazing. However, my experience was marred by the staff's lack of assistance. Despite showing that I needed help, they would just look and continue with their own tasks. It felt like I had to practically yell to get their attention. The customer service was very poor. They never smile and aren’t friendly to you.

Great selection of clothing at understandable prices, however the changing rooms are not that fun considering the doors aren’t full length. I didn't feel comfortable trying on things since I could literally make eye contact with anybody walking past. The staff members were friendly as well, but one of them was vaping and talking to a friend the whole time (I personally don’t care but cmon).

The staff are not only the coolest people out, they are also very kind and extremely knowledgeable; when it comes to defining the history and styles of their clothing, they know everything. You will 100% find what you're looking for in route66!

24th October 2022 Been here to see what is offered for the Cowboys hats. From Straw hats Brigalow To the Premium Stetson hats . Bought one here when with the friendly assistant ( without moustache) Oh the Other Store keeper even dress in Authentic Cowboy Boots which makes the iconic floor pecking sounds as he walks .

Cool Americana vibes in here. Only came here because the band Jenny Don't And The Spurs came here. Hella expensive clothing, I think I'd rather fly to U S of A and buy a new pair of cowgirl boots and vintage clothing. Yes it is vintage but does two items in the store have to cost more than my monthly rent?

The absolute best place to shop excellent customer service and super fast turnaround on my online order put the order in at 2pm was delivered at 10am the next day! An absolute Sydney institution will be dropping in on my next trip across the border for sure! On ya guys!

The closet we'll get to vintage Americana in Greater Sydney. The staff are so welcoming and clearly have a great passion for their customers and their store! When you enter the front doors be prepared for an experience!

Worst customer service ever !! We could’ve bought a thoundsands dollar worth of clothes but the lady in the shop had a real bad attitude when we tried some stuffs on. Decided to leave and will never come back !
