I booked Routes airport parking. They said they operate 24/7 including 24h shuttle service from/to the airport. I was supposed to park my car at 6:30am. I arrived at 6:10am for parking. But the gate was closed and nobody was there. I called the number of the property 5 times. Nobody answered. There was nobody to solve the situation. I waited for 20 minutes and was almost panicked. I had to rush for ordinary YOW airport parking. After I managed to arrive at the airport, I complained by email. They just refunded without any apology. Not a word was given. Just refunded. I felt so humiliated. I was lucky that I didn't park my car there. If it was closed with my car parked in, what could I do? Never believe their 24 hour service. Never believe them.
Would give a zero if I could. Our sons flight was delayed. He got in at 10:15pm, they were supposed to be open until 11:00. He took a cab because they didn't answer the phone. He got there at 10:30, gate was locked and nobody was there. Got in touch with someone and they said there was nothing they could do. BS. Had to spend over $200 for a hotel room because they closed early. They won't return calls or do anything about this...Brutal
Told them days in advance that I would need to park by 4 AM. Prepaid for 10 days. Got to the facility at 3:45 AM. Gate locked. Called number- mailbox full. Waited til 4:30- no one showed up. Ended up racing to Park n Fly to make my flight. I've yet to resolve this but will post when I do. If I could give zero stars I would.
Did not know it was not at the airport when booking it.. not obvious.. and when we landed it was stupid hard to find a phone number for them to call the shuttle.. one would think they would put their PHONE NUMBER on their confirmation email!!! Stupid...
This place is not legitimate, do not bring your business here all the low ratings are correct. I had to park at the Parkway parking and still have not been refunded my money.
This place doesn't seem legit, had to call a taxi to get to the airport, none of their '24 hour service's numbers worked outside regular working hours
Best service and cheapest rates. Nothing stops me from going back again
I used them twice both time have problems and over charged
