I have always been aa Routley's Bakery Lover, they always have fresh food, and good prices. Like in Mason Street (many outlets around loca area), beautiful pork rolls with gravy and crackling. Beautiful staff also smiling with friendly faces!! Which is nice, also great deal coffee and bacon/eggs roll under $10.00. Shop in Williamstown has just re-opened which is fantastic. Just near the NAB BANK- DOUGLAS PARADE,ON SAME SIDE AS COLES. Lunch, purchase dinners eg- egg& bacon pie or normal family meat pies.☕️ Or a yummy sweet, kids gingerbread man, 's, and slices, vanilla etc..... Yummy♥️

The young girl serving and making coffee was awesome. Well mannered, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. However, the short older woman on the salad bar and also was rude, snappy and unhelpful, UNTIL The Manager came to the register and then a total change of attitude by the other one Will not be back to this store

Coffee, coffee, coffee. Oi, oi, oi. A chance encounter when desperate for coffee I found Routley's made an excellent cup. Oh, and they are a bakery, too, so I got a chunky steak & pepper pie along with a devine vanilla slice.

Love this place. Good, clean simple food, and not expensive. Salad rolls are beautiful. Have ordered many birthday cakes and always great quality. Staff lovely, always up for a smile, especially Esther. …

Bought a cake from Routleys on Friday for my Grandson's birthday on Sunday. Loved it! Staff were very friendly and helpful at the Williamstown store. I highly recommend.

Went there for a coffee and spinach & ricotta roll this morning , staff were lovely and coffee and ricotta roll were lovely, reasonably priced too …

Managed to pull together a half decent roll late in the arvo with the sad salad scraps. Will revisit at a more compatible sandwich hour.

Very bad customer service , very expensive, coffee is not not good enough compare to the price. Don’t even want to give 1 star.
