Worst property management I have seen, unprofessional and unethical. They will promise everything before signing the contract then they will disappear to avoid doing their duties. They do not answer the phone nor email. You will have to go to their office and complain until they accept to do their job. Do not expect any good job, when they fix something they usually break something else. Do not expect to get back your security deposit when you leave

They are poorly coordinated. Don’t answer phones. Only when you escalate. My contract expired and despite them being informed in advance, they didn’t coordinate with the facility management. I couldn’t exit parking and access was blocked. Never faced such inconvenience before. I’m going to look elsewhere after the current contract.

Very professional and friendly staff who show you the advantages and Disadvantages of the unit according to your budget .,they have varieties of apartments and villas according to the wish of Tennant. Highly recommended to deal with .They can give the Tennant a choice of 4 cheques

If you can tolerate the bad behavior ,rude attitude and fake promises go ahead and deal with Ay* Biggest prove is more than 12 apartments vacant in Saadiyat noon building and she doesn't care or follow interested tenants. Horible visiting experience to her office
