آمل قرائة تعليقي الى نهايته . بالنسبة لخدمة الايجار لديهم كانت مميزة فعلا وفي أي وقت اقوم بالاتصال يتم الرد علي والمواعيد لديهم دقيقة . ولكن بمجرد تسليم السيارة للاخ …. والاتصال عليه بعد ذلك بوقت قصير جدا من اجل مبلغ التأمين يكون الرد كالآتي: الو ايوة مين حضرتك؟؟ ولم يكن هو الشخص الوحيد لديهم الذي تواصلت معه، هذا ما يمكن أن يسمى المضحك المبكي فالآن تعديت مدة اكثر من الشهر وحتى الان لم أجد سوى المماطلة من جميع الموظفين بدون استثناء حيث أن كل واحد منهم كان يخبرني بعذر للتأخر يختلف عن عذر الموظف الآخر وفي النهاية تم تحويل المبلغ بعد خصم المستحق لهم ولكن ايضا بعد أن تم خصم جزء منه يوازي نسبة 25% تقريبا حيث وصلني المبلغ مختلفاً عن المبلغ الذي تم اخباري بأنه سيتم تحويله . خلاصة التجربة: اخي الكريم لاتنسى ان تطلب سند او ايصال لكل ماتدفعه ليكون لديك الاثبات، ثانيا: اذا كنت ترغب بخدمة ايجار سيارات في دبي بمميزات ممتازة وتوقيت ممتاز ولكن دون الاكتراث لمبلغ التأمين لذا فأنا أنصح بهذه الشركة . هذا تعليقي الواضح والصريح بكل شفافية والله على ما اقول شهيد … رداً على تعليق الاخ مدير الحساب اود افادتك حفظك الله بأنه لم يتم توضيح سبب الخصم ولم ترسل لي الفاتورة حتى وشكرا ...

Cheating service, i took Mitsubishi Mirage only for one day with 80dhs they charged 1500 deposit, till I return everything was smooth. After return i contacted Mr . Ahmed in 20days for refund but hea said will return after 30 days. After 30 days i calling them every day now it's 3 months Mr.Ahmed( the number mentioned in the Google contact)not answering calls and the call is forwarding to another guy he is not willing to speak also. So I have no other choice to share the number and details to police and file complaint

Even though this company was very helpful and I was able to rent what I wanted, they lost all credibility when they failed to return my deposit. They took 2000 AED deposit as my driver's license was new, and after 30 days from the return date, they did not return the money. I contacted them many times and they always say they will refund, but never did. Eventually, they stopped answering me. I will be filing a complaint against them

I was given a comparison from all the top rental companies including Thrifty, Dollar, Budget and Hertz. The entire process was smooth and payment was done online. I received the car after 45 minutes once booking was confirmed.

Very prompt and humble staff , available 24*7 for help and assistance, genuine and very trustworthy. One can approach owner of the company anytime if any problem , for assistance owner himself came in at 1 am for small glitch in mustang which was even my mistake , they solved it with smile.
