Absolutely appalling service. Had a delivery from a Chinese company (sent from a UK office) in January. Got a 'we missed you card', went to collect it. After a lot of waiting the manager came out and told me that the postman has dropped it out of his bag (it was a large item), he's gone back to retrace his steps and it's been stolen. 2 months later and I'm still chasing it. Royal mail won't log it as lost or stolen so the Chinese customer service team believe that I still need to collect it. Royal mail also have shockingly rude customer service agents. Spoke to a Scottish woman called Natalie who persistently talked over me and told me that I needed to collect the parcel..

Just to add to the many voices of disgust with the dreadful service by Royal Mail. Sheepscar branch though, go the extra mile to provide the worst possible service! No attempt was made to deliver our Amazon Prime parcel, despite saying they made two attempts with minutes of each other. We have a ring doorbell so everything is picked up plus we were in at the time. No, just lies again. We are now forced to try to pick up from this awful place that has no parking and is never open! Horrendous service! Amazon, stop using them!

This is most poorest delivery office I have ever come across. Post men keeps on delivering my mail and parcel to a wrong address. This week it has happened three times and a week ago as well. I live in number 11 providence road but for some reason these postmen keeps on delivering it to number 11 providence avenue. I really don’t understand why this keeps on happening every bloody time and I’ve raised numerous complaints about it but it’s still the same

Extremely bad customer service! Today, 10/03/2022 at around 6pm went there to collect my parcel, the "gentleman" was busy taking personal phone calls for 10 min and ignoring me, then the abruptly time me my parcel is in a pile and he can't make an effort to take it out. I told him I will not be home for the next week, he thought is normal to tell me to come Sunday, as if he is in the position to tell me how to plan my life! Horrible horrible

Pathetic opening times, notified my parcel was ready to collect at 11.30am. I turn up only for it to be closed at 10am! So not only am I now missing money as I needed the parcel today but I've also wasted petrol getting there. Tried ringing only to be left an hold for an hour then hung up on! At this rate I'd suggest hermes over this pathetic delivery service. Awful awful awful

Open when it wants, often closed in the listed hours, and those hours are always changing. Save yourself the hassle and give up ever trying to pick up a parcel from here. Edit: this latest time I came back half an hour later, only to discover it's actually that the door is stuck. It took 2 of us pulling on it to open it. Apparently putting up a sign is too much effort.

This place has improved over the years by extending its opening times,so people don't have to get up at the crack of noon.easy place to get to if you know the roads,Meanwood road access not scotthall road which it faces.small office that used to smell but seems OK now.very heavy door which is pants for the lesser muscled among us.staff efficient and pleasant enough.

Had an item delivered from abroad- said it was delivered at 5.43 am. when I rang up they said tax needed to be paid on it so they'll send me and invoice- instead they returned it to the seller. Incredibly bad service and communication, and the latest in about 3 or 4 incidents i've had with this depot- very disappointed it's my local branch.

Disgraceful customer service at the sheepscar collection office. The man who served me should be fired. Rude, arrogant and patronising - will be putting in a formal complaint against his unreasonable aggression towards me. Will be using the royal mail as little as possible, not surprising delivery services like Hermes are taking over.

Indecent opening hours, how is it possible that in periods like COVID-19 you have opening hours from 7am till 9am? A way to crowd people together to be able to come there in a 2 hours slot. I understand you are probably working on reduced staff but still it’s not a great service!

Easily one of the worst post offices. If your parcel is delivered here rather than your delivery address, good luck to you. Literally barely open during the day and seem to work as the please, at their own pace (bare minimum lmao). Never seen anything like it to be honest

Hopeless opening times, Mon & Tues 8am - 10am, I know there are extra restrictions at the moment but this is a main office in Leeds, one of the few places where you can drop tracked 24 & 48 hour postage bought on line, none of the offices

Tried phoning but couldn't get through to a person, just had to listen to an automated voice go over options that weren't relevant to my call. So stupid. No parking on site so the depot is useless if you are collecting and live far away.

Efficient and professional staff, but it is difficult to imagine a more impersonal, grey, ugly and depressing place. In the middle of a dirty industrial space, with an intimidating waiting room that looks like the lift of a warehouse.

Even if you say you want your parcel left in safe space , won’t listen and always brought back. Also time online needs urgent recorrecting, it’s very misleading and has wasted my time . Look at the user suggestion instead .

Busiest caller's office in the UK, down to the massive student population in Leeds 6. In comparison to my local one, which handles just a few ocassional parcels but thus is only open 11-1pm mon-fri, this place is luxury.

They delivered a missed delivery note to the wrong address, then allowed someone with a different name to my parcel to pick up my parcel value of £25 plus postage! And refused to refund me!

They deliver my passport and they need signature. But they signed for me when they arrived and didn’t call me even! I saw my signature and shocked. I didn’t sign for anything. Impossible

These lot are really taking everyone for a joke with their constant opening times changes. One week they close at 2pm or 10am or 7pm and you wouldn't know unless you go on Google.

Tried calling, unable talk to a person and nothing on the machine relates to my problem. I even tried doing a survey at the end, but they played music for so long I cut the phone.

Parking poor, but staff friendly and helpful and always quick at getting the parcel. I wish the other reviews would focus more on the place and less on the royal mail in general.

Delivery person never even knocked the door, i was in the whole time. 5 hours later i go to collect from the depot and they say they need 24 hours before you can collect..!?

Doesn't give a proof of postage when sending items, said that you have to bring the specific form yourself for them to stamp whereas other places will always give you one

Absolute joke. Timings are all wrong. Parcel delivery window is closed at very inconvenient times. Randomly closed on Wednesdays. Useless app that doesn't work.

Lets be honest - no one ever really chooses to come here, but in the 13 years I have used the place I have never had an issue. Cant really ask for more.

Opens at its own whimsy apparently. Get red slipped before I can even reach the door, provided they even knock. Falls overwhelmingly short as a service.

Have been there couple of times. The staff was always polite and kind inspite of any negative experience about the service of the company.
