Abdul was a homie when we got there, very helpful. He told us they close at 7pm. We were visiting family and knew we were not going to make it by 7pm to get the car. We made a phone call to the number that was on the ticket, told them the garage number we were at and they said we could come back when our ticket expired which was at 9;43pm. So we get there early, we see Abdul! We were surprised he was still there after his shift supposedly ended at 7pm (sketch). We told him the whole situation and said he couldn’t open the gate because everything closed at 7pm. Uhmm okay, 1. Why are you still here? 2. Why can’t you open the gate since the company you work for said we could come back before our ticket expired? He said he was tired and didn’t want to take responsibility after the job he signed up for. He told us to call back the number, so we did. We talked to the people “John Reyes” was on the line. Pretty sure he used a fake name. Lol. Abdul got mad when we mentioned that he was right there with us and even John was confused why he wouldn’t help us. In conclusion Baddish happened to come in and helped us. Baddish deserves a damn raise for having to work with a**holes. Also, “John Reyes” put us on hold to talk to the manager but instead blocked our number. If that’s the kind of business you wanna trust then be my guest.

If I could give this zero stars I would.NEVER PARK YOUR CAR HERE. My cousins stayed at the Golden gate hotel over the weekend for the grateful dead shows. They thought they found a safe place for their car to be with valet and within close distance. Saturday at 7:05 am the attendant had walked away from their watch station, a strange man walked into the garage and just pulled off with my cousin's car. When my cousins went to pick up their car, the attendant simply told them they didn't know where it was. They were rude and nonchalant, and when my cousin said she was going to call the police they said, "okay go right ahead" They came to find out that the valet company leaves the keys IN THE CARS with the car UNLOCKED. Attendant seemed very suspicious and almost as if he was in on the whole thing. the way he walked off RIGHT as the guy was going in. Idk just don't park your car here if you wanna keep it.

Absolutely the best parking garage in the local area! Friendly staff, always speedy and quick (valet parking - takes the concern out of self-park). Unlimited in and out without all the insane up charging. Not sure why the revues of misleading pricing…it’s VERY clear on the signs posted all over the garage. Highly recommend!!!! Also, for context, and to anyone not local to the area - they DO NOT overcharge exorbitant fees and claim no payment. There are multiple signs VERY clearly stating it’s valet service. This requires you to leave your keys. The reviews mentioning crazy charges are highly likely ones that incurred towing expenses.

Horrible!!! Our first time visiting San Francisco. We needed a car to drive an hour away for a day trip we planned. The night before we told the attendant we will be leaving around 4am. When we arrived the employee was “on a break” sleeping in a car and said we had to wait. No one else was there we told him we would be late if we did not get our car now. He did not care. It was 4 am. No customers or anything and instead of just helping us for two minutes we had to pay extra to get our car out or be late for our appointment an hour away.

We tell the attendant, we are not parking there anymore...but it is a centralized system so we send email to ask them to stop billing our monthly payment. They keep billing, do not answer emails and when you try to reach them by phone, you land on "this voice mail is full and does not take messages" . This is now the second invoice we have to dispute. EDIT - right after I posted this review I finally got a call and they reversed the charges. They apparently changed emails and forgot to update their invoices

This place was amazing. We left our car here for 5 nights and they were fast, helpful, and very nice. I trusted leaving my car here every night. Even when other customers were rude they held their professionalism and got them in and out quickly. Our car was in perfect shape every single time we got it back and I can’t thank them enough. It was 40 for overnight which was better than the 60 dollars everywhere else around here. I will definitely use them when I come back.

This place feels like a scam. They charged 40$ for ~4 hours although the advertised price (in a board above the counter) was clearly stated as 6$ an hour. Unfortunately we only saw this board when picking up our car. When we confronted the person about this, he gave some absurd reason about overnight parking which makes no sense since we picked up our car well before mid-night and I didn't see this mentioned anywhere on the board.

Pretty upset that the scam the gentlemen here were running. Both me and my in laws parked at the lot — despite it being $6 an hour and us staying for three hours, they charged us $30 per car and they also asked for cash for the transaction. Only one of the cars caught it and they acted like we were wrong and insisted that “after two hours it’s $30” for parking. Don’t pay the tourist tax.

While this place claims to be a 100% valet parking lot, I am having to go get my own car and even self park it in tight parking spaces. Then why am I being charged for a valet parking rate at a place that has limited hours? The new guy who replaced Abdul rudely told me that I have to self park going forward. No!! How about you do your damn job? Or give me a refund!!

Terrible Service: Rude, Aggressive and Dishonest! I am compelled to share my terrible experience at your parking business. The staff's rude and aggressive behaviour, coupled with their refusal to provide a receipt, left me deeply dissatisfied. This level of service is unacceptable and I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly.

Feels like a scam. These guys did not give me a recipt and when I came back they said I had not paid and forced me to pay an exorbitant fee to get my car, I paid 35 for overnight and showed my bank for proof but they still force ld me to pay 150 to get my car back. It is ridiculous. A bunch of scammers

This parking garage is literally amazing. The gentlemen doing the valet are extremely nice and i feel like they are extremely trustworthy. Being from LA those parking garages are sketchy, but here i trusted my car. we spent a whole week using them and had no problems at all.

Great place to park. I am a resident who parks monthly here, and the staff is so friendly, personable, and service oriented. Highly recommend to anyone looking for monthly parking in the lower Nob Hill neighborhood.

Very rude and dishonest member of staff! Previous night $30 overnight parking, next night gone up to $40. Told him last night was $30, he attitude was whatever $40 take it or leave it
