Came looking for fresh kesar or alphonso mango, lady showed me the canned and frozen version. Told me it was $5.99 for the packet. FYI, a lot of items do not have prices. Went to the register to pay. Man in front of me was paying with EFT and the cashier used one EFTPOS machine. When he scanned my item it came up $5.60 and he used a diff EFTPOS machine to charge me; $5.66. No sign of surcharge for card. I vaguely remember there being 3 different EFTPOS machines next to each other. Very strange. I wonder if the man in front of me was charged a surcharge too.

Very disappointed with this shop ! Their prices are very high. They don’t have any prices listed in the frozen section and when I asked “why” I got a disconcerted smile without any reasoning or justification ! That makes it impossible to make purchasing decisions or comparisons when shopping in the shop. At check-out when you’re told the price, it’s very inconvenient to go back and leave the item !!!

Bad quality product, extremely poor customer service and overcharged for 11 mangoes (most of them were not fit for consumption) at least not at this price. Refused to replace all damaged products. Extremely disappointing! If you are one of those customers that prefers a good quality product and fair price and customer service then avoid this store.

Very bad. Indian sweets are rock hard and severely over priced. Mangoes are old, not good quality and actually rotten sometimes. Food taste like tutti, I would recommend to my fellow friends unless they want advice to get disease.

I have found all the products in this store as fresh. They have wide collection of Kerala products which is hard to find in Melbourne. Fresh banana and sweets are good too. Owner is very friendly and service is always good.

This shop used to be good. Now, all the prices are jacked up. I know things have gone up, but this shop's markups are way too high. Compare with other indian grocery shops before you go to this place.

Shop is good but sweets Quilty very very poor. I purchased white barfi really very bad. U can’t taste any, only over loaded with suger and its very expensive.

Charging $3.50 for a single piece of rock hard sweet (which I had to throw away) is unacceptable! P.S - They do stock a good variety of Indian products.
