If you're looking for an efficiently-working clinic with an extremely empathetic team, I strongly recommend the Royal Vet! I was a new client and I was able to make a last minute appointment at midnight through their online platform for that very morning; they called me at 8am to confirm it with me. The entire process was so smooth and simple, I almost couldn't believe how easy it was. The whole team was so sweet and accommodating, the rooms are both beautifully decorated and very comfortable. They treated my cat with a lot of patience and understanding, despite the fact that she was difficult to work with. When I sadly had to call a few days later to ask about euthanasia, they took me in immediately, specifically making some space within their already-full schedule so I could come in and wouldn't have to keep my cat waiting in pain for much longer. They were extremely understanding throughout the entire process, reassured me every step of the way, explained everything to me and specified all of my options. What was an otherwise difficult day for me turned into a relatively smooth process as I felt my cat and I were in great hands, and I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me that day. They let me keep a patch of her fur and sent me a letter a couple of weeks later in the mail with my cat's pawprints, all the team members' signatures, and a beautifully reassuring message. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I was expecting the 5 star rating to be a hype, but the service here was incredible. I took my rabbit Milo in for a checkup (he had some diarrhea recently) and Dr. Goldenberg was incredible with him. She treated him as her own to be honest. And when it came to do further testing , she was really open about it being my choice. To go with what we know and try the basics, or test a little more to make sure it was nothing else more serious. This was probably the best vet experience I’ve had in my life. And even when I called for help because Milo was having none of it (taking his medication) the front desk and technicians were both very supportive. I know it sounds silly, but finding places nowadays where they treat you as human beings, with compassion, patience, and service is a rare thing. This place does it exceptionally well Thank you again ♥️ P.S. Milo still isn’t taking any medication but he is healing and getting better thanks to the other nutritional suggestions.

I had taken 2 of my dogs here, Tofu and Boots, and both times were very pleasant. The staff is extremely respectful and so nice. Boots was there about two months ago to have her rotten teeth removed which means she had to go under. It was incredibly stressful for us but the staff reassured us constantly and was able to provide so much support. They were kind and patient, and most importantly very compassionate. Boots is a reactive dog to other dogs and they made sure that there were none around when she walked to the rooms. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, the prices are very good (we got multiple quotes for Boots’ surgery) and their service is amazing. They were great with my cat Elton. Took him in as an emergency appointment for a UTI. It shows that they care about the patients and their pawrents. The receptionists were amazing,knowledgeable and very helpful, the tech Chloe was super professional Dr Fontaine was wonderful with Elton. All the team gave him lots of pets and excellent care.They explained everything clearly to me, showed me the X-rays and made sure I understood and really took the time with me. I never felt rushed and everything was transparent price wise, which is greatly appreciated. The place was super clean and looked great. Also loved that the receipts were sent by email instead of wasting paper. Thank you Royal Vet team

My cat Romulus had issues with his bladder and i decided to bring him to the vet. Chloe and Dr.Fontaine were very helpful and reassuring. You can tell they really cared for him. In regards to pricing, they were very helpful in making sure it's within my budget and were upfront and transparent. All prices were reasonable. For any procedure over 500$ in total, they have a third party that have payment plans but of course adds interest but puts you at ease about your finances in case your furry baby needs more procedures than your planned budget. They also offer coffee and water while you wait which is very cool too! Thank you again for taking care of Romy

They went above and beyond what any other clinics would do. Through mishaps with scheduling my dog’s spay appointment, I received a personal phone call directly and got the issue resolved in 24hrs ensuring that we had our original planned spay appointment. Anytime I call or talk to anyone in the clinic it’s been a joy - everyone is so truly humble, welcoming, kind, patient. Vets and Techs do a lot for us already. Being there for our highest highs and lowest lows with our furry friends. I really appreciate coming here and my pup loves it too.

My first experience with this clinic and I wish I had not taken my neighbor's dog there. Paid a lot of money for a series of blood tests nearly five days ago. I have not heard from them at all - no news on blood and other test results. No one (nor the vet Melissa Fontaine) bothered to check in on how the dog was doing since they first saw her. They have not returned my distress calls for two days in a row. My experieinces with other clinics were so much better with very kind and considerate follow up phone calls and very quick test results.

There aren't enough stars in this world that i can give them for saving my dog's life! I'm beyond satisfied with the way they took care of her. Great first experience! Service was incredible and I knew my dog was in good hands. Staff was compassionate and very kind. Very nice clinic! My dog is doing so much better thanks to Dr Caplan. I highly recommend. Royal Vet is the place to be!

A+ service and customer experience Our (not so) little guy had an ear infection on a Saturday a few weeks ago. Called and got an appointment three hours later, and treatment was provided with clear explanations, alternatives discussed and pros/cons weighed appropriately. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place. I brought my dog in, we managed to get a last minute appointment, we saw Dre.Lavergne who was extremely thorough. We did some tests and finally found the root of my dogs problems after going to multiple different vet clinics. Everyone was very welcoming. Thanks Royal Vet! :) we’ll be back!

Amazing service and care for my dog. The clinic looked more like a warm vibe cafe, not a hospital. It was so aesthetic and they even offered a drink while waiting. It was a great experience and I definitely think my dog felt more comfortable than other clinics. They even have their own merch, so cute! Thank you for the great care !

Most beautiful vet clinic I've ever had the pleasure of being inside. Extremely kind staff. They took excellent care of my pet. The cost was relatively high compared to the vet I normally go to but I had an emergency and the other vet wasn't available. But you definitely get what you pay for!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. We were skeptical to try a new clinic for our puppy Olive but gave it a shot and were blown away. The staff were super welcoming and nice, and we never felt rushed. Reasonable prices too. 10/10 visit and highly recommend.
