I purchased a Royaloak Ashoka Sheesham Wood 6 Seater Dining Table Set (SKU DT20201001-6-CR20201001) with Invoice dated Aug 6, 2022 from Royaloak store Varthur, Bangalore. The invoice id is SI2022000056907 - 06-08-2022. The E-way bill number is 161509675903. Order id is SO-2022-000646967. The table is bent/tapered heavily on the right side (Which is evident after placing the protective glass on the top) and there is a lot of gap. I was told that this cannot be addressed as it is a natural wood in season time there is a chance to bent and there is no issue in the product. Also I am not allowed/supposed to place glass on top I will not accept this at all because it is not a mild bend. And any such season based criteria was not briefed to me during purchase/service/delivery. Season/moisture based issues are evident in wood but that is not my point of acceptance. The bend is unacceptable completely and I will not retain such a product at such a short period of usage time within a month of purchase and after paying such a heavy price for the product. Secondly if I do not use glass the entire table will have scratches and burrs due to usage and placement of hot/sharp/hard utensils. And I was strongly advised the same by the Royaloak carpenter/service technician who visited last time for the service/polish of the table. Is Royaloak ready to provide warranty for usage scratches and burrs on the table? I have been contacting the customer care repeatedly and I am not being provided with any sincere solution. My complaint itself is not being registered. I am being told that service team or store team will contact you. Nobody is contacting me, neither is my RNP complaint being registered. This is absolutely intolerable.

The received product is wood of very poor quality. There are a lot of cracks and wood has patches. Varnish is not applied for wood below the marble area exposed and termites will spoil the wood. The quality of the dining table is very poor and not worth 50k. Lots of missing hardware for the bed and the bed assembled with locking screws which will not give life. During assembly the bed does not fit properly and is shaking. No floor knobs provided and technician informed small knobs and extra 1000 rupees for installing this knobs. I raised the issue to store and via email, but no response from the royaloak and store for past 4 days. Very bad experience with royaloak. Never trust with appearance. Google reviews do not allow negative, if so I'll rate negative 5 stars. Can someone suggest how to proceed further as I'm not getting any response from Royaloak.

I had ordered Sofa from Royaloak, Marathahalli, Bangalore this week, but it came out to be defective and I am not getting any support from the store manager Ravi on this. Johor Malaysian Fabric 2S Sofa This one was not packed properly. I doubt if it was a fresh piece. Because all of my previously purchased items have always come in proper carton boxes. when the installation person opened the item, it came out to be defective (check photo attached). And when I checked with the store manager(RAVI), he said he will get it repaired in 2 days. Why should I take a defective product if I have paid the full price? Will someone buy a shirt with a torn pocket and get it repaired from the alteration counter while purchasing? Kindly get this item replaced with a proper undamaged boxed piece and properly packed in a carton box.

Store is good with big collection of sofas, dining table, recliners etc. but after sales service is pathetic. We bought 1 bed & 1 dining table with marble top. When installation person came and opened the box the marble was totally different with dirty finish & yellow stains. Have asked them for replacement but yet to hear back from them. Person who came for installation told us that you can discard the packing boxes whole when we talked to the salesperson he told that it can not be returned without its boxes. Its very bad after sale service where they deliver you different thing than you booked and are not ready for replacement with the correct piece. Please think twice before you book any costly item with them. I am attaching the pics of dining table top we bought from the store vs which was delivered to us.

Chandrakala at Royal Oaks is a great professional. She helped us choose and purchase an awesome dining table. She respected our time, explained things clearly, allowed us time to think about our decision, completed the purchase process remotely (saving me the time to visit the store again), and ensure timely delivery and setup. Go to this store and save yourself time and trouble. The dining table installer, sold my family on attaching plastic based bottom for the dining table and the chairs, which is a bad idea. It raises the height of the chair, which should not be done. He gave a dummy reason like, doing this would save your furniture from water. Seriously: if it is such a thing then the company should attach it and sell it :-).

We purchased the "Miami American Fabric Sofa 3-seater" (American Collection) from Royaloak Furniture Marathahalli store. Staff were very supportive in giving us a complete tour of the store across floors, answered all our queries and helped us select the perfect Sofa for our house. Special mention for Syed Javed who helped us get the sofa delivered within 2 days and assembled. The sofa fabric is soft and very plush and looks and feels awesome. Came with a set of 4 cushions (2 large, 2 medium sized). We are very pleased with the overall experience from our first visit to purchase, to delivery and assembly; all done by Royaloak within 2 days of purchase. Am sure we will be visiting for purchases in the future.

We bought a dining table and chair from this branch.. within 2 months chair metal part broke for 2 chairs without having much uses of it. Quality of the product is really bad. On top as they promise the service for 1 year which is worst. They took two months time to fix the chair that too after doing multiple calls and escalations. They returned the chairs with black stains and when asked why there are stains they replied we did the work and giving back chairs. Their CRM to branch manager to branch managers, they dont care for customers concerns and will keep on delegating work from here and there. People should avoid such brands having such after sales services. Terrible experience.

I bought a king size bed. They sales person told installation will help next day after delivery. Installation guy came on the 3rd day. Found that one of the side lanes was broken. Raised a ticket, and after lot of shouting with the royaloak folks got the bed installed in next 3 days. Post installation found that one of the wood piece on which the mattress will be placed was curved. Sent the proof to the sales person but no ack or response. Overall a bad experience for me. Tried connecting to the customer service as mentioned by them below , and no action yet. This is really bad.

Worst service I have ever had !! I bought bed from RoyalOak worth 40k but, bed got broken within 1 month only. Now, when I request them to change/repair plyboard. They don't attend call/request.. and asking for additional charges even though it's under warranty period. So, i would suggest it's better to buy from local market rather than going on brand name which is totally fake and they just make false promises. I would take it definitely further to all stakeholders. Totally rabish experience!!

I had a good experience with royal oak furnitures.. I had purchased a queen size cot and seems to be perfect.. furniture available at affordable cost.. it almost took a week to deliver from the date of order and installations happened in just one day of time. Delivery and packing was perfect without any damages.. installation boys were quick at their work.. showroom staffs were also very kind especially the store manager.. awesome guy.. I liked the product a lot.. recommend as well..

Been a regular customer here and off lately visited as I was hunting for Sofa..I was attended by Subhakanta and he was very helpful to explain pros and cons of the different varieties of sofa sets available at store. He was helpful in finalizing sofa set and ensured he stuck to his commitment of having it delivered ON TIME. What can I say. A beautiful sofa was delivered to me. Got message that installation will be done in 48hrs. But installation was never done, even after seven days. I reached out to Royaloak. They said my complain is registered on priority. But the priority went in thin air as I’m still waiting for sofa installation. So sofa is great, but buy only if you can install yourself. So Royaloak! Need some help in installation, if there is any help you provide.

We placed an order on 23rd October. At the time of the order we were committed to a 2 day delivery. It’s been more than 12 days and in spite of daily follow ups our products have not been delivered to date. Please don’t pay full amount upfront and offer to only pay on receipt of delivery. Now we have give away our old sofa to make room for the new one and stuck without basic living room furniture due ro their abnormal delay and poor communication.

Be careful before your purchase .. they don't provide service even if your product is in warranty . I bought a 2 seat recliner for 45k . 6 months back . Now foams are coming out of it . When I contacted them ,they said it happens , it's natural and opened a ticket . IT CAUSED ITCHING ON MY NECK . A technician came , just to say we can't do anything . How pathetic their service and products are .

went to store to look at lot of furnitures, really great selection. the wood quality definetly better than other places. we found a bed with sturdy frame and ply for boards. basha helped explain and provide just what we were looking for, gave space and let us discuss peacefully and make a choice. delivery and fix in 2 days was also excellent. thank you so much for understanding perfectly.

Received defective recliner. The installation team has arranged technician visit will update post that. Update: Day 3 after installation: Technician came to fix the issue , he fixed the recliner issue, now the seat started to make noise. Day 4 after installation : He came and fixed the noise issue. Now the issue is resolved. Overall the process was hectic , I will not recommend RoyalOak.

I bought a dining table from Royal Oak and it was delivered on time as per the commitment given by Anil Kumar (Store Manager). He is true to his words and was able to help us deliver the dining table on time. I am very satisfied by the service provided by Royal Oak and thank the delivery reps and installation guys also who fought the rain and ensured timely delivery.

Very bad experience. Bought a bed and sofa from there. After 1year both the bed and sofa are damaged. Contacted their customer care but to fix sofa they charge 19k(to change the entire fabric) as they dont have the same fabric anymore. For bed they are charging 2k. Please dont buy anything from them as you can never relay on their products(warranty-1yr only)

Worst experience with royal oak. The manager doesn't attend call once you buy a product. You can't cancel order or get refund. Bought a product for 1 lakh there is no policy in any form that they say about not giving refund for cancellation. The comment below about calling is also another fraud. They don't solve anything

Bought a bed on 22nd July and requested delivery on 2nd Aug, as the day approached for delivery I contacted them and suddenly they mentioned a delay of 3-4 days, then after much saying they delivered on 2nd, then installation took 2 days. Gist of it: Don’t consider buying from here.

Poor quality products -It's a hassle to buy a product from royaloak. They give defective products and they won't even replace it and try to delay the process as much as possible as if we are responsible for companies poor quality / defective products.

Worst after-sale service. Product comes with only 1year warranty. Banaswadi local wood store comes with 10years warranty please purchase from there. I purchased bed from royaloak and just after 1yr noticed cracks. And for repairing it they charge 3k

Poor service. No value for money. It's been more than 10days I am waiting for the product but no one is calling. Mr Basha said that he will personally take this case and provide resolution but never bothered to call and never gave any update.

I bought a Muar Malayasian bed with Hydraulic storage. Within 4 months the hydralic piston broke. Hence it of not of good quality. Now they mentioned I need to pay for parts replacement which is costly and only service is free.

Poor quality product. I bought a 30k mattress, in one year the side of the mattress is completely compressed. Since they give only one year warranty, i need to buy another one. 30k wasted. Poor quality products. Please avoid.
