Mrs Allen did my taxes in Sept 2022 an stated my taxes rejected because my son didn’t put he could be filled as a dependent. Which wasn’t true, I have paperwork to prove it an showed it to her. She said well that’s what the IRS was stating. She then began to say she has to mail it in (we still in September now) I said ok. She sent me a picture of an priority envelope September 18,2022 long story short, she didn’t send that envelope out until March 23,2023. April 14,2023 I received that same priority envelope in the mail from the IRS stating they needed my signature on my 1040 form an that’s when I seen the date she actually mailed out my return on the envelope which stated the date of 3/23/2023. Very unprofessional!
