The lady was not responding to messages nor phone calls on the day of delivery. I waited for the delivery all day only for it to be delivered at 6:30pm almost dark. The bed I ordered was poorly finished with pieces of nails still sticking out. I am very disappointed in having to pay 50k for this terrible job. I wish I could return it but they will not respond to messages or calls. Poor service! Poor quality! Poor customer service. Poor delivery. NO VALUE FOR MONEY!
