I came to this establishment because my go to nail shop was packed. The receptionist and nail tech were very friendly. The nail tech made me feel comfortable. The receptionist offered me a beverage. Though my initial contact with the staff was good, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my pedicure service. I asked the nail tech what pedicure package includes hot stones, parrafin wax and a very good massage. For these are treatments I normally get when I receive a pedicure service. The nail tech suggested the $70 package. Therefore. I chose the $70 package (60 mins) that included a mask, paraffin wax, massage, hot stones and polish. The nail tech seemed inexperienced. I felt the nail tech rushed my pedicure service. She was moving very fast for no reason. There were no customers waiting to be serviced. The towels and rocks that were supposed to be hot were slightly warm. The nail tech did an okay job polishing my toe nails. However, my mask, massage and hot stone treatment was over very quickly. My pedicure service was supposed to be 60 minutes long. However, it was 30 minutes long. If I knew the service would be this subpar, I would have chosen the $30-$40 package and saved money. Update: The polish on my toes started chipping after a week. I can normally go a month without the polish chipping.

I'm super upset that I just spent $240 for the service I just received.I scheduled an appointment today for a reflexology massage and I also wanted a mani pedi. I walked in and they had no idea what was going on even though I had set the appointment the previous day. My nails still have paint under them and on my skin. And I was thinking okay it can get better from here I'm going into my massage. The lady asked me what we're working on today and I said my feet I have plantar fasciitis and my toes have been numb for a few weeks and I really want to get them worked on. She did not touch my feet once. After my massage was done I asked the front desk to see the form I filled out to make sure I checked off the right boxes and I did. All I wanted was an hour long reflexology massage to deal with my plantar fasciitis and I did not receive it. My nails are supposed to be a "coffin" shape but they are all uneven and do not sit on my fingers correctly.

I went in at 4:45 and I was excited they were able to work me in before they closed at 6pm. The first job finished up around 6:20 (lighter pink color). The nails weren’t filled in all the way, and there was bare nail showing on the sides. There was a lot of cotton lent in the polish. The morning after I went in to get them fixed. I walked in at 10:30 and left at 12:20 with the darker brown set. There isn’t even polish coating the entire nail and you can see through to the nail bed. They refused a refund and instead asked me to come back a 3rd time after already spending over three hours there’s on two separate dates to try to have them fixed again. Very disappointed in the service provided and would absolutely not recommend going here unless you have absolutely no other options. Try doing your nails at home for better results.

I needed a quick manicure and my typical place is always packed on Sunday’s so I stopped here. There is another nail salon in this shopping complex has well by Target that is much nice but I couldn’t find parking there so I went here. The facility is very run down to be in such an affluent area and in desperate need of a remodel. I got the express manicure which is $22 and added shellac. The manicure itself wasn’t horrible but definitely left a lot to be desired. They didn’t even use alcohol to sanitize your nails and cuticles. No massage and it just wasn’t super professional for the area and prices. My bill at the end was $40!!! I couldn’t believe it. Then to add insult to injury they want to charge 3% fee for using a card. Definitely won’t come again. The people were sweet but it is way overpriced to not be nice

I left this spa feeling so relaxed! I scheduled the Spa Getaway package (60 min massage, 60 min facial) and it was perfect. The price was reasonable and made for a nice treat to myself. I had Ronald and Kim for these services. Ronald’s massage technique is very unique and I wish I lived in the area to schedule with him again! He utilizes massage, stretching, and pressure points to leave your muscles feeling very relieved of tension. Kim was great as well and left my skin feeling so clean and soft. I was a little late because I got lost on the way to the spa and the time scheduled was still honored, which I greatly appreciated. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it!

I apologize that I don’t remember the names of the girls that serviced us. My Granddaughter who is age 5 and I both had pedicures and my granddaughter also had a manicure. She had her Barbie Doll that had a watermelon dress with her. The woman working on her was so kind and nice to my granddaughter. She made her big toes and thumbs watermelons! They were so cute And she took the time to make sure they were completely dried before we left. The girl that worked on me did an awesome job also. Her massage on the feet and legs were great. Rumor Has It is a friendly place and does top quality work. We were very pleased. We will return. Mary Jean Dyer

Would give less if possible. Showed up for appointment at 9:30 x 10 o’clock there was Still no one there to do our facials when I asked for a refund she offered a free massage and strawberries for the next time if I wanted to rebook. She said she couldn’t refund. Now I tried to rebook and she is reneging on the deal. Very unprofessional atmosphere where she talks to people across the intercom while people are having their spa services done. I should have known by how brutal that first attempt was that she would not honor what she actually put in writing via text. The spa look is also ru down.

Before stumbling upon “Rumor Has I called around the Galleria area. They were either fully committed or just simply rude. Once I got in contact with the Galleria location, they booked me with the Rumor Has It Heights location, and I was set to relax the rest of my Friday evening. I enjoyed every moment while being serviced for my deep tissue massage, mani and pedi. The ladies were so sweet, and conversation was amazing. I felt at home. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable the entire session. I will be returning because the experience was amazing and the price was affordable!

I had a much needed manicure and pedicure today at Rumor Has It. First of all, the salon is beautiful and immaculately clean. The receptionist is very sweet and friendly and you feel very welcome the moment you walk in. I've been going to the the salon for awhile now, and consistently recieve excellent service. The staff is very competent and professional, and the experience is always a treat...... relaxing and comfortable. My nails are beautiful and my feet are happy! Highly recommend.

I was passing through from San Antonio stopped by while visiting a friend in Houston to pamper myself with a shellac mani/pedi. The two girls assisting me were fantastic. The product used in my nails not so fantastic. My nail polish started chipping off the same night after washing my hands with warm water WTH!! Today Monday all my nails are sadly have peeling nail polish. . I’m very disappointed cause I get my nails done with the same person in SA and never has this occurred.

I booked a couples massage myself and my Valentine. He also got a mani/pedi. The massages were exceptional the ambiance was excellent the ladies took their time and really made the experience great. Now his pedicure was excellent. The manicure needed a little work. Some of his nails were uneven and jagged. Other than that they were good. I would go again for massages it’s probably a strong no for nails though. I paid a total of $237. Which is a tad pricey.

I went get to get my nails done for my birthday and had to stop the service in the middle. The nail tech could not do any of the designs I selected and then when she painted them she had to continually redo do it because she polished my finger. When cutting the cuticle, she sliced into my fingers so many times I had to yell at her. I paid so I could leave but I wish I never signed the receipt. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I would totally recommend this place. They took our same day last minute appointment. Staff was very polite and made sure we were comfortable. Our masseuse were Ronald and Lesuy who were amazing! Any areas of discomfort that we circled on the paper they made sure to show that area special attention. When we checked in we did not wait and when we were finished checkout was quick and easy.

ILY has done my nails the last couple times and I could not be happier. She really takes a lot of pride in her work. I do the shellac pedicure and my feet and toes have never looked and felt so good! The staff are always super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this business and I would definitely ask for ILY for all of your mani/ pedi needs. You will not be disappointed!

They worked me and a friend in on a Saturday. The decor and ambiance are nice without being austere. They have a variety of good complimentary beverages, including bottled water and wine, so ask if you aren't offered. Prices are reasonable, staff is very friendly and experienced, and the owner obviously cares about the customer experience.

I used Classpass to book a massage here last minute because I had a really sore shoulder. Ronald provided an amazing massage and he focused on that area as requested, using the right amount of pressure. He was friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff was also friendly. The space was clean and private, but felt safe.

My shellac manicure only lasted 2 days before major chunks chipped off. Incredibly disappointing. I've never had a shellac manicure do this. I suspect it was poor quality shellac polish and they had to do more coats than usual to make it look even colored. They were friendly but I dont recommend wasting your time and money on a manicure here.

Tried this place for the first time today and left very happy! I called very last minute for an appointment but the staff was extremely accommodating. The salon itself was very clean and had a peaceful ambience. My manicurist was very thorough. For the price and quality, this place is unbeatable. I wish I’d discovered it sooner!

This is my go-to spa for a good massage. I’ve been a client of theirs for about a year and a half. They have great massage therapists each time I go. Most recently I had Lesvy and she was incredible! I really appreciate how easy it is to book through text/iMessage and they always remember my name :-)

Don’t waste your money or time. Horrible looks like a little kid painted my toes. I didn’t even know you can mess up pedicures. Paid $52 didn’t even get my feet scrubbed, soaked in water after pedicure for no reason. 1st and last time. She said she’s been doing it for 28 years, I don’t know how.

There’s a small color selection on shellac, the polish are hard and seem like they need to be replaced. My nails chipped one day after I got them done, I got a fresh set to leave with beautiful nails and instead I got crooked and bad painted nails. I would not come back.

To take off my old shellac and put on new shellac polish $65. Smh. I have never heard of such! The shellac started chipping the same week I got them done! Ily did my mani, she is very friendly but her conversation is very inappropriate. I will not visit again.

I sent my wife here for her birthday. She said the masseuse (Ms. Victoria) and the facial (Ily) technician were AMAZING!!! The receptionist was warm and inviting, but the manicurist and pedicure persons were not as welcoming.

The experience was great. Very relaxing and everything was explained as it was happening. The micro-needling has made tremendous positive results on my face and my skin has never looked better. Very happy with results.

I had my nails done a week ago before going on vacation. The Shellac polish peeled off by the third day. Hands and feet! I paid about $185 after tip for pedicure and manicure.
