Брали Golf на выходные, для поездки в Австрию. Заранее обсудили детали, чтобы тратить меньше времени при приемке авто. Но когда приехали утром молодой человек был не особо готов... Машина была грязная снаружи (это мне без разницы после московской "чистоты" на дорогах =) ), внутри были пятна на сидениях (вот это уже как-то не приятно), заранее просили положить цепи на колеса (на всякий случай, тк ехали в горы), но этого не было сделано и нас уверяли что они нам не понадобятся. В итоге спустя 10 минут нам их нашли. Тоже самое было со светоотражающим жилетом-его не было в машине о чем мы сразу сообщили, и снова спустя еще 10 минут нам его нашли. В итоге получали автомобиль около 40 минут, что считаю очень долго =( возможно молодой менеджер еще учится)) С технической точки машина в очень хорошем состоянии! Пробег 110 тысяч. Комплектация тоже очень хорошая. Расход был 4.5-5 литров на сотню, что не может не радовать. Ну и самое главное! Внимательно читайте договор, тк про доп. страховку там ни слова! При ее приобретении делается рукописная запись "full insurance" и все... я как-то слабо верю, что в случае дтп, с юридической точки зрения, эта запись будет что-то значить. Мы попросили от руки дописать что франшиза = 0, что менеджер сделал, со словами что мы первые кто так просит. Просто тогда не очень понятно за что переплачивать? При сдаче автомобиля нас встретил уже другой менеджер и без каких либо проблем принял автомобиль. В целом остались довольны! В следующий раз также будем рассматривать эту компанию. P.S. При получении автомобиля менеджер сказал что они обновляют договор. Надеюсь там уже будет все прозрачнее со страховкой. Но лучше заранее попросить скинуть на почту копию договора и ознакомиться с ним.

В общих чертах: Снял машину на 10 часов. Примерно с10:30 утра и вернул её вечером в где то в19:45, в обоих случаях в офисе никого не было , пришлось звонить(если у вас нет сим карты Чехии может быть вам придётся ждать долго) мы не долго ждали. Дали Тойоту Короллу, все бы хорошо но горел Check engine, работник сообщил что машина после сервиса и это нормально, это не было записано но сфотографировано. Сфотографировано было несколько царапин и вмятин,К СОЖАЛЕНИЮ это также не записано как и в какое время и в каком состоянии вернул я машину. Вернул я её в таком же состоянии как и я её взял на что получил карту 10% скидки на следующий раз и на этом ВСЁ .(спасибо) Офис не компьютезирован, документы заполняют вручную. Работники не носят ни каких опознавательных знаков. В общем все держится на на добром слове и так как вы турист то возможно доброе а точнее щедрое оно только с вашей . Цены и депозит : В моем случае цена этой компании не сильно отличается от других компании так как мне пришлось взять детский стул и обширный пакет страхования. НО! кроме как записать "Full insurance" в документе не совсем ясно что оно покрывает. Как выяснилось в случае аварии вы должны зафиксировать дорожное происшествия с полицейским, выплатить депозит всё остальное выплатит страховка, тоесть маленький столкновение оно не покрывает, мало того оно не покрывает вандализм тоесть стёкла, салон машины и калёса не покрыты. Не совсем понятно почему они называют страховку FULL INSURANCE (ПОЛНАЯ СТРАХОВАНИЕ)? Во многих странах депозит возвращают в течение 24 часов. Так как комментарии свежий, возврат я естественно ещё не вижу, Надеюсь на хорошое слово.

There’s nothing like to be on holidays, rent a car to go to a nearby city and when you go to pick it up, discover that they do not even have that car you rented and instead they offer you to pay three times the amount previously agreed (got email) to get a bigger car. These people are not only deceiving their customers, they seem to do it with total impunity from the authorities. Is there anybody out there to control them? They make you believe you have got a good offer and when you arrive, they pretend you to accept a fraud. No to mention that when you arrive, they speak perfect English but when you complain they suddenly forget it and say they don’t understand you. Simply amazing !! Do not rent an inexistent car from this company. Do not allow then to spoil your day. PS: They’re amazing. Not even 10 minutes after I posted my opinion they ask me if I am a customer at all. Come on, you spoiled our day and now tell me if I’m your customer. Thanks God I was not because you pretended to charge three times the amount I was supposed to pay. If the customer service was so bad before the rental, I don’t even want to imagine what would had been in case we had rented the car. You’ve got the pictures, try to guess the rest.

I highly highly recommend renting your car from here. I was very worried about renting a car in Europe, but every aspect of this was so easy. The employees were very kind and explained everything to me when I had questions. I called them ahead of time before I booked and they were very helpful. I opted to have the car dropped off at my Airbnb, and then picked up at the airport. It was so convenient. They drove the car to me and then we filled out the paperwork right there. I confirmed that I would like to take the car to several countries and they were ok with this. My family of 5 drove our Peugeot around for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Hen we were ready to go home, we drove the car to the airport and an employee met us there to inspect the car and take it back. No hidden fees. No gimmicks. No issues. Will 100% rent from them again and 100% recommend booking with them. You will not regret it. It was honestly easier than renting a car in America! And very well priced.

Must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience of renting a car here. I always prefer to pay more but to be certain of what I'm getting. Here, we found one of the best prices in Prague. As others here said, there might be a situation when upon your arrival you need to call the manager to meet you... It's a bit annoying since not all tourists can make local calls (we for instance had only data plan). I'd suggest to do something about that... Otherwise everything was great. We paid for their parking and it was really comfortable not to break your head where to leave the car. They will also use their own price adjustment when paying in euros or in local currency... And unfortunately the final price will be somewhat higher than what you expected (due to their own exchange rate). So add about 5% to the price you see in euros on their site. But it's still really fair compared to other companies (other companies will also apply their own exchange rate).

We did a 12-day car rental from their Prague location and customer service was excellent. On pickup day at Wilsonova, the paperwork was ready for signing and our car was waiting at curbside. We received a hybrid vehicle--a pleasant surprise. Our first experience driving a hybrid and the excellent team provided the basic startup instructions. The car was in excellent condition and we experienced no problems as we toured the Czech Rep. Our return location was the Prague airport and a Runwell team member met us in the parking lot since they do not have a physical office there. The drop-off was smooth and we were on our way. We purchased the full insurance coverage (highly recommended for the peace of mind) and thought the total cost was reasonable. Excellent service and follow-up. Recommended. We will use them in the future.

Perfect car rental office with affordable prices. Everything is included in the price so there are actually no hidden costs that you have to pay in addition to the base price. The deposit cost was half of the costs compared to those required at the other car rental company located at the rail station. There was no problem in crossing the border without additional cost and there was no mile limit. Very kind and helpful staff. When we came to return the car without prior refuel we were given the accurate directions to the closest gas station so that it costed us less in total than it would while just paying directly to the rental office. I'd recommend this facility to everybody who wants to rent a car of any class at a satisfying price without hidden costs. I will surely use the company's services if I am in Prague again.

I would use this company again. However, Next time I would call day ahead to reconfirm booking, as we arrived 90 minutes late to the office due to some delays, and on arrival the office was unattended and closed (at 10.30am), and after calling them I was told they had given away our car (without a phone call?) so it was a stressful experience getting a replacement, which didn’t meet our needs, and took 4 hours for this car to arrive. It was also a bit stressful agreeing on where the drop off location was, as it was not clear. As English speakers I think most of the issues were due to language barriers. This was cheaper than alternatives, and learning from this experience I would try this company again given cost alternative to some competitors.

Брал машину на один день. В общем, остался доволен как машиной так и компанией. Не могу точно описать своё ощущение, но, оно было похоже на лёгкую тревожность. Вроде и всё договорились, обсудили... Но, по сумме залога как-то поставили перед фактом и о том, что залог мне вернёт банк в течение месяца а не они, я тоже узнал при возврате авто. Я вроде и не переживаю но, эти вопросы нужно озвучивать до подписания договора аренды. Кстати, ребята русские и в этом реальный плюс - нет языкового барьера. Получил ответ от компании, всё объяснили и, скорее всего я действительно пропустил момент о залоге. Считаю, вопросов не осталось. Компанию могу смело рекомендовать.

Арендовали автомобиль на сутки. Планировалась бронь на один автомобиль, но получили другой, в связи с другим незадачливым клиентом, да и был уже сезон в разгаре, так что не буду за это снижать оценку. В остальном все было отлично, никаких проблем, все было быстро и четко, Toyota Yaris A/T, без каких либо проблем, ни при получении, ни при сдаче авто, никаких скрытых оплат-доплат. Оплата только за аренду авто, страховку (собственное пожелание о страховке с 0 франшизой), и бензин. И при сдаче авто получили карточку на 10% скидку. Большое вам спасибо!

Tutto sommato abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza. Il prezzo del noleggio è medio/basso, abbiamo potuto consegnare l'auto in un luogo diverso da quello di ritiro senza particolari sovrapprezzi, e nel costo era già compresa la possibilità di uscire dalla Repubblica Ceca. Come aspetti negativi (non gravi) non c'è stata chiarezza sulle modalità di riconsegna, e la guidabilità dell'auto non era eccezionale. Difetti comunque tollerabili a fronte del costo significativamente più basso rispetto agli autonoleggi più noti.

Perfect ‼️ Absolutely nice guy's, helpful and friendly. We called there and couple minutes later we got our Vito. The car was clean and nice, everything was working. Extra navigation in the car, so wherever you like to go, you have what you need. They offer also tour's, the stuff speaks English, Russian and local of course. It took us maybe 10min to get ready to start. If you're looking for good car rental, here are you at a nice place. Thank you very much, see ya in 2 weeks

De início, houve alguma dificuldade com a língua pois inglês não é a primeira língua deles. E realmente eles não tem uma quantidade grande de cada tipo de veículo. Mas oque posso dizer é que, após termos alugado um carro, fomos a Dresdem e voltamos com conforto. O carro estava bom e nos atendeu bem. Estava limpo por dentro, e nem tanto por fora, mas entregamos da mesma maneira. No final, na entrega, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi mais caloroso e simpático e não tivemos nenhum problema.

Small Russian private office. Booked a car online, it wasn't available. Barely any choice to pick from. Took a car for 3 days, car was dirty inside (seats stained) and out side too. Wishers were completely dry. The employee didn't mention the car should be return exactly at the same hour it was taken and I got the car back 3 hours later for which he charged me for a full day! Being completely rude and unhelpful. I would never come back to that shady business.

Last month I did a one-way hire from Prague to Berlin. English is not their first language but they still explained everything very well. There was a tiny issue with the car but they fixed it immediately. When we arrived in Berlin they were waiting at our hotel, as planned. The bond on my credit card was released quickly after handing back the car. Great experience, highly recommend & hope to come back again on my next holiday. Thanks!

Great service and experience. The owner was flexible in regards to where I can take the car inside the EU and the price was much better than the chains: Hertz/Enterprise/Alamo etc. Also, when an angry motorcyclist broke my mirror, the owner charged me a very reasonable price to have it fixed, and a special thanks to him for that. Lastly, the service and car quality is unmatched by any car rental. Would rent again

Брали автомобили в этом офисе проката не менее 5 раз, начиная с 2014 года. Проехали по Чехии и Польше не одну тысячу километров. Ни разу не было никаких претензий ни к автомобилю, ни к сотрудникам компании. Всё максимально доброжелательно и удобно для клиентов. Отдельное спасибо Александру! Брали на день Toyota GT86, все прошло отлично - за вменяемую цену все включено - страховка, платные дороги, выезд за границу. Залог вернули сразу - по возврату машины (ну мы конечно аккуратно ездили и ничего не сломали) Стоит сказать, что у конкурентов по соседству цена значительно выше, за машину на порядок хуже. Дали дисконтную карту. Очень рекомендую.

Precios ajustados y seguro a todo riesgo también a menor precio que otras compañías de alquiler mas grandes. El coche estaba en buenas condiciones y no tuvimos problema de ningún tipo. Comunicación en ingles fluida.

Брал машину в этом автопрокате в Праге, понравилось что все четко, оперативно объяснили, показали - голова не болела. Без каких-либо скрытых подводных камней. Возвращал машину в Милане, сотрудник автопроката, пришёл прям в отель за машиной. В итоге мне это вышло дешевле, чем если бы я всю семью вёз на поезде! Рекомендую

Rien a dire, super. On à décidé de partir au dernier moment dans les terres et sommes arrivés 30min avant la fermeture. La location a été réglé en 15 min et on a pu la rendre a l'aéroport donc impeccable prix abordables en fonction du modèle. Et quand j'ai rendu la voiture une carte avec -10% offerte. Reserve por su página web, era el más económico de toda la ciudad. El trato el retirar el auto fue muy cordial. A pesar que que no hablamos bien inglés se esforzaron por entender. El auto que había reservado no estaba y nos dieron uno de categoría superior por el mismo costo. Realmente los recomiendo!!

Брали в июле Toyota GT86 для поездки в Германию. Остались очень довольны, тем более, цена для такой машине была очень дешевая, общением с компанией тоже довольны. Если будем еще в Праги, машину будем брать только у них!

Два раза брали Rav4 в этой компании , машина чистая , комфортная для путешествий , забирать в центре, что очень удобно , о времени забора и отдачи можно договорится без проблем , могу рекомендовать данную компанию !

Allt va super bra, från pickup till return. Vi hyrde en automatisk aygo som va hel och ren. Trevlig och hjälpsam kille i receptionen. Bra att veta, depositionen tog 6 dagar att få tillbaka men inga konstigheter.

Живу в Праге и брала машину на один день, для поездки в горы. Взяла самую маленькую машину, осталась довольна на все 100%! Цена и качество соответствуют! В дальнейшем за машинкой —только к Вам!

Брали авто в 2010 году, летом, по тарифу weekend. Отличный автомобиль, хорошие цены, великолепное отношение. Выдали дисконтную карту. Хорошее расположение. И самое главное говорят по-русски.

Worst place to rent a car. Ever. Вы правы, меня нет в списке Ваших клиентов, ведь когда я пришел к Вам в офис и стоял там пол часа (в Ваши рабочие часы, с 12:30 до 13:00), никто не появился.
