Rushes Florist put me through stress in a very emotional time. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my old work as a colleague had passed away. They didn’t arrive on the date I had booked for. I couldn’t call them as I now live in Australia. I sent two follow up emails, two Facebook messages (which they read and didn’t respond!). The flowers arrived by the end of the week. In times of grief, flowers should arrive at an appropriate time. Exceptionally poor communication - as in no communication whatsoever. I would have been fine with the flowers arriving a few days late if they’d just told me. I was starting to think they’d run off with my money. If you’re looking for a stress free ordering experience in a sad emotional situation, I would not recommend ordering through Rushes Florist.

Dont use this florists for funeral flowers if you want them to get to the funeral on time , I dont usually leave reviews but thought this so bad i needed to. I paid nearly £10 on top of the price of the flowers for delivery to get there before 12.00 o'clock the time the funeral was leaving the house , I got a phone call from courier at 5pm saying he was at the delivery address , 5 hours late. I have not even the been refunded the extra delivery charge i paid , do yourself a favour and stay well away from this florist

Excellent service. Made a same day delivery, and they arrived promptly. They were so quick, I was legitimately shocked!! Flowers were in great condition, very beautiful bouquet, and they wrote the message by hand!! Super lovely stuff. I also had the pleasure of talking to them over the phone and they were super sweet and nice. Only thing I would recommend to Rushes is that they update their website. I had to check the reviews before because it seemed a little sketchy. But it’s not! Thank you guys!

Worst florist in Hammersmith. I gave one star as I had to in order to leave a review. I spent a whole week chasing an email I sent regarding some flowers for a funeral. After 5 days of no response I then filled out a contact us form on their website. Three weeks later funeral has come and gone and no response from this florist. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time their customer service is poor and they don't respond to customer queries or emails

We used Andrea at Rushes for our wedding flowers! . Andrea made flower crowns for my bridesmaid and I, two bouquets, button holes and "jam jars" for the receiption. The only guidance I gave her was about colour and style, and she complete got it! The flowers were absolutely perfect and really made the day. She was very helpful and responsive throughout, even emailing me pictures of the flowers she was going to use when she received them.

Ordered flowers for a funeral, gave 1 week’s notice and instructed to be send to a funeral parlour. The morning of the funeral was told they tried to deliver them the evening before and the place of delivery was closed. Flower shops should know funeral parlours have closing times. After sending several emails no one has bothered to respond to my emails and off course not given me my money back!!!! Do not use this company!!! Disgusting

I called a bunch of local florists in Chiswick and got a boring and unhelpful response from them all. Rushes were great, super helpful, well priced and were the only ones who seemed to have a soul. I was sending flowers to a girl in a hair salon nearby and they couldn't have been more friendly and bubbly. Sending flowers should be a treat and fun for everyone. Will definitely use them again and recommend them thoroughly

Enchanting little white basket with three different colours of primula,very reasonably priced. Delivered just as ordered, in good time, my friend was delighted and said they're really pretty, and were beautifully presented with coloured cellophone. I didn't want a great bouquet, just something small and pretty (and not too expensive!) and cheering-up for friend who'd had accident. Very happy customer will come back!

Dreadful. I paid extra for delivery before 12 today. At 1650 and after no response to 2 emails I phoned and was told the order was with a driver they couldn't contact - and that it was my fault for expecting delivery on such a very busy day (valentine's day)! Still waiting an hour later for a call back to find out when it will be delivered. Completely useless and has messed up plans for today.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks for delivering such a beautiful (and surprisingly big) bouquet of flowers to my wife. Thanks for making my thanks to her such a special thing. So, if you need flowers delivering in Hammersmith then Rushes is definitely the place to call.

Amazing local Florist ! From the staff to the range this is definitely one of London's top Florist. The lovley ladies who helped me always had a smile and I will be returning again for sure. Special thank you to Toni, who helped a clueless man get some brownie points!

I must say that I am dissapointed.. Flowers arrived on Friday already a bit withered.. Even I was changing water every day they look very poor now, thinking to bin it. Sad that paying a lot of money and flowers barely stay alive for few days..

DO NOT ORDER!, these guys also go by "flowers and plants co", some kind of middle men. The service is none existent, i paid extra for next day delivery by noon, never got confirmation, any contact, i just received excuses, "we don't know,

Just got some flowers for mothers day! Such welcoming presence by the lady who was running the shop when I came in. So helpful and sweet. Highly recommend this flower shop, especially if your a local in Hammersmith/Chiswick!

They done the wreath for my dads funeral and went above and beyond I changed the colours of the flowers to match that my dad was a para and they did a wonderful job highly recommended just a shame I can't add the picture

Very disappointing. Spent £30 for 12 tulips and a vase. Cheaper to buy in Tesco. Also charged £6 delivery from Hammersmith to Chiswick. Won't be using them again. Very upsetting.
