My husband and I got let down by Care Move removals the day before our move. So I phoned Dave at Ryan Removals to try and get a removal organised for the following day. He went above and beyond trying to help me. He was very friendly, obviously had huge experience and brilliant customer service, but in the end he had no space to do it but contacted another removals company (a competitor) to try and help me out and because of him i managed to secure a removal in time. A huge thanks from me and my husband, a great attitude and I would highly recommend them to all. Some people are just made of the right stuff. My thanks again!!!

From initial quote to completion the people we dealt with did all they could to make the whole experience smooth and efficient. Office staff were very helpful and accommodating when I could not complete the paperwork due to lack of access to internet whilst moving. The team who turned up on the day were friendly, relaxed and made it quite clear that nothing would be too much trouble. They did a truly professional job whilst maintaining a sense of humour and showing great care when handling our more precious items. (Thank you Pete, Wayne and James). When approaching a number of removers - this is the ONLY one who came back with comprehensive information you could actually make a decision on. Whilst some compete thinking you only want the cheapest price - be wary that thinking what is cheaper now will not be in the long run. If you value your valuables, then using a BAR awarded firm will give you peace of mind (they have four of them). Might sound like I work for them - to be honest I don't know them from Adam, but can fairly say they were the only ones of seven that I approached that did the job first time without endless chasing.

Ryans removals are brilliant, we moved recently (to Torquay) prior to the move we had to use their storage facility which was also brilliant. Nothing was too much for this company, everyone from the office staff to the removal guys everyone was excellent. They looked after our belongings with respect and great care. They were polite, arrived on time and handled everything very professionally ensuring the carpets were protected (as it was a rainy day) made sure all boxes were in the right room Excellent service can't speak highly enough of them.

I have used Ryans Removals many times for business removals and been more than impressed. Last week we moved from Birmingam to the South West, with Ryans once more. I could not fault them. The team which was overseen by Tom Ryan (Reece, assisted by Tom and Connor) were prompt, courteous, professional and almost superhuman in their efforts. Really poor service, wouldn't recommend. Contacted for a quote and was provided with one by Dave. When we called to enquire about moving dates Dave said 'well I get 25 emails a day, I am not going to remember you'. Didn't try and look for our quote, was rude and said that we would have to resend - but Dave, it may get lost in that vast inbox of yours! We will use a more professional company. Obviously not bothered about getting business!

Ryans Removals were absolutely fantastic this weekend! This was a last minute booking via the Children's Hospital to help a family with a severely disabled child to move into an adapted property at short notice. Despite the thick snow and ice, the guys from Ryans Removals went out of their way to make sure the family were able to move into their new home. We cannot thank you enough for all your help!

Excellent facilities and customer services. In a time where it seems customer service is mostly non existent it was great to deal with a company who went above and beyond what they needed too. We used Ryans to move us for the second time this Summer. All the team members were professional and worked very hard. Everything was packed with care and wrapped properly. Asked this company to quote for our house move on a couple of occasions and was surprised in the responses I received. They seemed to do everything they could to avoid quoting and didn't seem to want the work. I understand they must get time wasters but they need to find a more effective way of qualifying the real enquiries from the tire kickers.

The men they sent were amazing we didn't have to do anything, they carried every in & out the houses for us & put all the boxes in the right rooms. Disorganised. Quote accepted over email at the start of the week. They're then delayed sending formal quote and when they do its incorrect, in the meantime I've booked the day off work. While awaiting the correct quote to be sent over they booked somebody else into the slot. Very frustrating to waste time over this.

The crew were so fantastic moving my elderly father in law, they were patient, handled everything with great care and rearranged furniture the other end with no questions asked. All of the staff, especially Trudie, were superb! They made moving a much calmer and better experience.
