Let's start this review with I an not a fan of going to dealerships. Last month my wife and I were online looking at trucks on Rydell Chevrolet's website. She suggested buying a Silverado, but I wanted a dodge rebel. I decided to go look at the trucks on their website in person. As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very polite and well spoken gentleman (Andrew). He was very laid back and polite. He asked if he could help me with anything. I explained my wife found a truck online and asked me to come and look. Long story short I bought a truck thanks to Andrew an Fred. I have had a few issues along the way with small details on the vehicle add ons. Andrew was there to help me every time, even and mostly when he wasn't even working that particular day. Andrew is the embodyment of what every employer wants and needs. I had issues with the parts department and after getting transferred around Andrew stepped in and got everything straightened out. Fred is the finance manager and I have to throw some compliments out to him as well. If the owners of Rydell Chevy reads this Andrew needs a promotion + raise. The term went out of his way had new meaning. I do recommend the Rydell experience thanks to Andrew I will tell my friends...

Incredibly disappointed and a deeply inefficient way to run a service. Arriving at the dealership was easy enough but the most aggregious insult is the lack of respect for your time. With an appointment and arrival on time, you'll be sitting at the dealership for almost an hour just waiting for someone to take down your information and vehicle. Mind you, this was not due to the busy nature of the day to day operation, as there was only a handful of people at the dealership who were waiting for any support as well. This is simply because of the way they decided to operate their service. I've been to other dealers where you simply drive up and hand them the keys as they quickly take your information. You're in and out in no more than 10min, and they're far busier than this dealership was. The work done was adequate and the price is okay. But you're paying also with your time for a service that is otherwise unremarkably average. There's a better way to do things than this.

First and Foremost, I contacted Rydell via the chat feature online. Vanessa was the first rep I spoke to and she was friendly and informative. She directed me to Mark who was STELLAR. He was not only friendly but went back and forth with my over the phone and text to ensure I had the best deal for the car I wanted. He understood my needs and did everything in his power to streamline the process as I didn’t have time on my side with two kids. I was in and out the dealership in an hour and a half. That’s including the test drive. We worked all the numbers over the phone including the credit check. When at the dealership my truck was ready to go. Benny from finance was super friendly and we had a great convo when doing the final signatures. I will never go anywhere else. I am super pleased with my entire experience at Rydell. Thanks so much guys!

We went in with the intentions of buying a Tahoe, nobody approached us until out of no where a young gentleman named Andrew Palafox approached us with a great positive smile and attitude. He showed us many options of the Tahoe’s available. While running our credit my husband saw this magnificent truck In the showroom, my husband asked Andrew to see the inside of the truck and we fell in love with it right away. When we told Andrew we had change our minds and wanted to go for the truck he was completely accepting and more than open to request a change to this vehicle despite all the information and help he had done with the Tahoe. Overall it was a easy, stress free experience we had. Thank you for having sales man like Andrew in the company it has made us recommend and advice to all my family and friends about the great dealer we went into.

I ordered a Chevy Bolt EUV vehicle 5 months ago in March of 2023. I received a phone call that my car had finally arrived on 08/17/23. I drove over 1 hour with family to go pick it up. When I got there, they showed me the car and it was NOT the correct car we ordered. When the salesman checked the paperwork, he noticed he wrote all the details I asked for correctly, but when he ordered it, he admitted to accidentally typing in the wrong details and ordered it wrong. All he said was sorry and he can re-order the correct car again and I have to wait another 3 months minimum. No compensation was given nor any additional addons for their mistake. Now I'm stuck having to uber and ask for rides another 3 months.

The Salesman, Mo Crumby was SUPER! He made my experience at Rydell outstanding. I wanted a 2023 Bolt and he was able to find a beautiful ice blue model that was still in transit from the factory. He kept me informed of its progress to Rydell and had it all charged and ready to roll when I came to pick it up. His thorough "tutorial" on the many features of the Bolt necessitated two sessions - came by a few days after purchase for second session - to complete. And then he said to stop by any time if have questions! Better than the "genius bar" at Apple! I really appreciate his courtesy and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Rydell, as represented by Mo Crumby, to others!

It took just about a month to finally get the part ordered (Power Steering Column). When arrived at the dealer to pickup the car, the battery needed replacement. The new battery was not connected correctly. The brand new tyre sensors nolonger worked neither did the car key fobs...( they worked when the car went into the dealer). The next day returned to the dealer to have this corrected. My car is now working, I am one happy camper. I must give a shout out to David Joslyn, he has been our go to car guy for the past 20 years, he is great, kept us in the loop... I would recommend David anytime. :)

This was a great New Car Sales experience from start to finish. Strong web site, competitive pricing from the get go, strong trade-in value, plenty of inventory, and friendly staff. Armando in Internet Sales was great before handing me off to Andrew in Sales when so I arrived. Andrew was very friendly, professional, patient, and thorough, even on Christmas Eve! In a day and age where we wonder if we need a dealer, working with Rydell Chevrolet shows why it can be an important and enjoyable part of the car buying process. Highly recommended it as your first stop for a new Chevrolet.

We had a great experience discussing car options with George. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the purchasing process and even after! We ultimately ended up going with the Bolt EUV and love it!!! Renata in financing also did a great job making sure we had the best loan possible and was also very knowledgeable about financing and warranty options. I visited Rydell Chevrolet yesterday and test drove a couple of trucks. I want to thank Andrew Palafox for his time and professionalism. He was such a great saleman to deal with. Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. He asked the right questions and answered all of my inquiries. They didn't have the truck I was looking for and I will likely order a new one but I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Rydell, and Andrew. Martin, my salesman, and Renata, my finance expert, were excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Martin provided expertise and help as I went through the process of ordering my 2023 C8. He was always available and responsive to my many questions. Renata provided appropriate loan options and offered assurance during the loan approval process. She ensured the process was easy to understand and non-intimidating. You can be very proud of both of these individuals.

Jaime took care of us and we had the BEST experience! We went just to look and actually found the car that would become ours! From start to finish Jaime made the the process smooth and quick! We had a serious timing problem, we needed the car for a mandatory trip to Santa Barbara on Monday. But the oil reminder had come on, it was time for a 60,000 mile service, and your team made room on the Rydell schedule for service on Friday before. This was all done on very short notice. We are regular customers, and we appreciated very much that you got us out of our time jam. We do not usually get ourselves in this position, but it happened.

Amazing service, my rear view mirror camera suddenly stopped working on my camaro and I came in looking to get it fixed under warranty. David helped me out and later I got a call that he order a replacement antenna, and that it would get delivered the next day. The next day I got a call that my car was ready. Camera is working again. Very happy with how fast everything took.

As a first time buyer at Rydell, and the first time in for service, I was very pleased at the greeting I received from your consultant Rene Sazo. Made me feel at ease. The communication with him was great as he was able to text me regarding status of my vehicle. I will look forward to coming back when necessary for my vehicles periodic maintenance. I would highly recommend the dealership, but they are limited in what they can do. I have an EV battery issue that GM has been unable to resolve since they caused the issue over a year ago with their limited range software update. It would be great if GM took my battery issue seriously and resolved the problem.
