The worst place to go to buy a car. This is how it went: 2/11/2015 I look on the web and I wanted to take a look at this 2006 White Audi A4 2.0 T Quattro. 3:40pm I call and speak to Richard , who tells me that i can go for a test drive with the audi. Took me about an hour to get there. 4:40pm I enter the parking lot the one South of w 58th st. before getting to Richard 4 other persons spoke to me. one person told me the audi is sold. one person told me the audi is damaged , electrical all messed up bought from auction. another advised me 'not to buy that one and lets look at other audis'. richard told me that it is fine just that it needs tuneup, others said it does not start. I wanted to see another gray 08 qudi a4. but we looked at one from 2011. and was told that the 08 is sold. I insisted to tell me if the white one can be driven. I was with two persons in the lot. now they took me inside. Here I find this gentleman from Palestine his name David, just like mine. I ask him is the audi in good condition can I drive it.? ( the white 06 A4 ..) And he answered, that is fine. I told him I want to drive it. He asks for DL. makes 2 copies. Sends me outside with this younger guy who meets with Richard. we go at the car. Richard tries to start it, but nothing... it did not start.5pm out. So what advice to give you? This is my experience.

ZERO Do not purchase from this dealer. I had to file a lawsuit after giving then the opportunity to fix the dealership quote. I came from out of state bought the car and the next day service engine is one. Call them Monday they fight me telling me the car is used and hung up the phone. After a battle on the phone they said to bring it back so I did and they would fix it im 3 hrs away they did not fix what was on the dealer quote the did one thing and did it false so when I picked it up almost 4 weeks later they did not do what the dealer quoted and the check engine came on again the next day. The whole ride home my car smelt really bad and in the process ther destroyed my carpet and interior. Call them first thing on Monday to tell me the same thing use ur warrent it's a used car blah blah blah Minded you I went less that 500 miles and was in my 15 buyers guarantee. They did nothing and when they repaired one part the did it faulty. I had these issues as soon as I pulled off the lot with a vehicle over 20k. DO NOT I MEAN TAKE THIS FOR REAL,PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. There sharks taking advantage of people. Nice on the outside will approve anyone but does not approve the car

Just recently bought a vehicle here. I came here because my family is good friends with the owner. They were really nice people but one thing I found kind of shady was the fact that they gave me an envelope after purchasing and signing for it. And instinctively I started opening it and the old man was like "ooh that's just some more paperwork" . I opened it anyways and seen the rating for the cars condition was below average. This made my stomach turn because I came and bought the vehicle in full price. It wasn't till I drove off the lot that I immediately felt how fragile the car was. Biggest mistake of my life. Just ask for the car fax before anything and test drive it before buying it. I just assumed since they were friends of my family they would have looked out for me.

Son unos ladrones , me vendieron un carro en malas condiciones y solo en reparación ha estado en los 10 meses que tengo de haberlo comprado, no me lo quisieron cambiar por otro y ahora que el motor está malo la financiera me da dos opciones, que el dealer lo compre lo cual ellos dicen que en esas condiciones que por cierto así lo vendieron no lo van a comprar y la otra opción es declararme en banca rota para devolver el carro y tampoco me parece ya que llevo al día mis pagos y no quiero el carro no por falta de dinero sino porque no sirve el motor ya que ellos le cambiaron empaques de mala calidad y ahora tiene el motor agua. Son unos rateros así que por favor pongo este dato para que nadie vuelva a caer en este dealer rata.

Its been a week since I got my 2012 Golf TDI from S and M Auto in Hickory. The showroom is gorgeous. The entire building is brand new and they really went all out. Everyone there made me feel like family from helping me get a really great deal on financing, to the Dunkin doughnuts offered. Raymond was awesome and I appreciate the time spend helping me. I was in an out for a Saturday morning and beat out two people looking at the same car as me. Thanks again and I will happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a car but doesnt want the dealership hassle.

purchased an Audi from them that required nearly $10,000 in repairs 9months later. Moduals that cost $1700 for a little box let alone labor. No longer have the Audi but said hey 3 years later let me try them again since they did shuffle some paperwork to get the Audi deal done. Submitted an application online, these guys do a hard inquiry on my credit and didnt even bother to give me a call. If you wanna buy repos that dealers buy from the auction this is your spot, but have 5 thousand laying around incase you need a luxury transmission.

Would strongly suggest buying elsewhere. Had a truck and drive less that 500 miles on it before I had to get it towed into a Ford dealership. This will be the second time in a month I have had to take it in to Ford. This time the gear shift is stuck in Drive. After Ford looked at it they said this truck might be giving you some problems. Strongly strongly advise to save your money down the road and buy elsewhere. Mind you I was sold this truck in “mint” condition according to two of the employees that work there.

They were great! I love Edith! Got me in & out. My only issue is Joe who does the insurance has too much on his plate & can be a bit pushy. I’ve never known to start a premium and make another payment within 10 days. He insisted it was good for a month but didn’t tell me that I would have to pay an additional $170 the following week. Also, did not put my SR22 onto my insurance. He just moves way too fast, be firm with him. Overall, a decent dealership. They’ll work with and for you!

I read the reviews before coming, and they were right, these guys are shady. When I called to check on a certain vehicle that appeared to be a great deal, they said it was in stock. I printed out a card fax ($49), and I drove 1 hour into the city. When I arrived I gave them the same VIN# I gave them over the phone and they told me it was sold two weeks ago, but they have another one just like it! These guys ARE what you picture when you think of shady used car dealerships...

DO NOT go to the auto sales location i put $7,000 on a vehicle for it to break down 30 minutes later towed it back to S&M auto and they told me they weren’t going to fix it or give me my $7,000 back then on top of that told me to pay for the $2,000 labor fee to get it fixed Jack (owner) told me this to my face, kept trying to call them about to situation but they leave me of hold for 30 minutes at a time no call back or updates

I contacted frank inquiring about 2017 Lincoln mkc we needed more photos of this vehicle. And frank was very helpful get us pictures in less than 1/2 hour. We went there to test drive it we were impressed with their showroom. Frank, mike and joe are great! We drove from Indiana. Will do business in the future with them a class act they will treat you right in hickory hills.again great people thank you

Try to get my money back .day one since I pulled it off the Car lots... Been putting money into it ever since... A month ago the motor.. And they took the car to the door of my house so that in a week they would call me that I did not qualify for the car that they were only going to put a GPS. and after waiting 1 hour they told me that they were not going to give me that car back . to come back so that I could choose another car. and they gave me the one they wanted

Do not buy from any of there locations!!! They sold me a bad truck and now the owner won’t answer my calls or isn’t at the office when I go look for him. I like how every 5 star rating they have here is a fake account which says "google user" First and foremost, almost all their cars are in wrecks and resold on their lot. if theyre not its because the owner likes to drive a decent car for a while and then sells it. no credit or bad credit?they guarantee you driving out of there with a car @ 25%. Save your money and go to a reputable dealer

They all have issues they turn off the engine light before you purchase the vehicles, my sister literally bought a car two days ago and the lights on and same thing happend to the 3 cars from here she purchased, they have you buy a car and trade it in for half the value ! First off service Is horrible! Felt judged without even talking! Second you tell them what you like or want and they ignore it and give you there "what fits you" limited options! Cars are keyed up, dented or inside smells like mold! They place all the good cars trucks in front witch is eye catching but want you to buy the ugly ones in the back! No thank you!

Don’t bother buying a car here. I bought a car two years ago and the interest rate is ridiculous and I’m over paying for the car by way too much. They’re pushy and rush you out. I can tell that my car had touch up paint done on it and now it’s washing off and I can see the damage of the original paint. Be careful if you’re young they will take advantage.

Good customer service. I purchased a 2010 dodge challenger with extended warranty over a year ago and the car is awesome! Only MINOR repairs to the vehicle since ive had it.... Auto mechanic work is done on location at the dealership and the mechanics have you IN AND OUT depending on the job.... No long wait time when repairs are done!.. good business!

Yes they are very nice but they do not tell you that not all of their cars work. That the cars have been in wrecks and something is always wrong with them. If you buy a car you will have to come back to get it fixed. Its about to be 4 weeks since I put down money for a down payment and they still haven't given back my money when I asked them to.

Do not purchase anything from here, they sold my fiance a car with a bad transmission, she paid for extended warranty from them, and when the trans went out they said it wasnt covered. They rigged the lights up until she left once she left all lights went out due to electrical problems , please dont no purchase cars from here.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE! I bought my car and the extended warranty. Within the first year I started having problems. To date I have replaced the engine, the alternator, and the catalytic converter costing me close to 10k with absolutely 0 help from this awful place. JUST WALK AWAY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

S and M auto is the place to go to. I got a good deal on a really nice car runs like new and I'm satisfied. Came to see Sam and he carries himself like a professional and very good customer service skills. Sold a car with a bad transmission only lasted one week when I went to talk to them about it they pretty much said there's nothing I can do. Very bad experience, now stuck paying for a car that's no good or messing my credit up even more.

I bought a car after completing the agreement and found that they took away from my car many of the things that were present before the purchase and when I came back to demand the lost things they asked me to pay money for my things
