As well as having a private consultation room the friendly staff are at hand to provide fab customer care. The Pharmacist plays an active role in seeing & treating minor conditions to provide advice and guidance to customers. As a Health Care professional I feel I can say that during covid the news very much focus on the front line staff. I was a bit anxious about going for my Covid booster, having heard many stories about no masks or precautions being taken in vaccine centres. I was delighted today to find that Barai pharmacy had a covered outdoor waiting area, hand-sanitiser, screens and masks all in place. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole operation was extremely well coordinated.

Had my covid jab here a few weeks ago and the staff at the counter and the pharmacist dispensing the jab were friendly, kind and professional. The whole thing from start to finish was managed well. Haven't visited this pharmacy before as I am new to the area but will definitely be using regularly and booked in for my next jab!

I've just had my booster vaccine at the wonderful Barai given by the amazing Reena. Barai is our go to chemist, they sort out and deliver my mums medication and give great advice. Nothing is too much trouble for Barai and I can't recommend it highly enough! Pharmacy of the year! Thank you

Just had my booster! Amazing service being greeted at the door by Jackie and had the vaccine by Luke. Jackie kept me company and had a chat. Was done quickly and knew I had a phobia with needles but really took care of me! Lovely staff

Rally friendly and helpful local chemist. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and really can't do enough for you. I highly recommend this place and we use them as this is where we have our prescriptions sent by the doctors.

Had my second covid jab here. The team here are very polite and happy to talk to you. They have a very well oiled operation from start to finish. It's the first time I have been to this pharmacy but have had a good experience
