So I think need some extra line for receiving customer call. Timing of shipment is very well. Delivery man's are very much responsive and they honor their customer.

The service is so poor they don’t pick up the phone. Always the phone is busy.I called two of the location in khulna for one and half hour to reach them but they didn’t pick up the phone. Once they pick up and I asked for shipping price they behave rough and keep their line busy.
