In particular, my limited/no access to internet communication. Since my dealings with him early 2021 to current date he has consistently met and/or exceeded expectations time and time again. I Thank Ms. Dipti Mehta for her excellent service she rendered to me today on my visit to SBI Canada Mississauga branch. Just on stepping into the branch, she acknowledged me by raising her hand and when I approached her, she was very professional and courteous. She answered all my queries and did all the required for my deposit and transfer of fund. While serving me, her cell phone rang but not only she rejected the call but even kept the phone face down so that even further calls would not disturb her during the service (I think it was not an official/emergency call). Such helpful and courteous staff will be an asset to any organization. Kudos to SBI Canada Mississauga branch and especially to Ms. Dipti.

Excellent client services at the 77 City Centre Drive Mississauga location. Bank Manager Supervisor Subha Krishnan was very kind to help my elderly mother manage estate settlement paperwork update with consistent follow- ups to complete the paperwork and investment advice. She is a very patient and knowledgeable bank representative and fully fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Deepa Makhija Assistant Supervisor assisted me with online account set-up until all technical requirements were completed. Very patient and helpful until the online access was granted. It’s very rare these days to have such great customer service. Highly recommend this branch for banking.

ZERO STARS !!! Very disgusting branch!! Just went for an small attessment to reactivate my account they told me to scan the QR code and book an Appointment with branch manager. Firstly, the QR Code was not working Secondly, I dropped an E-mail but never got a reply. Lastly, I went to the branch they never gave me any appointments and told me to come after 2 months. It’s strange that being a loyal customer to SBI since more then a decade branch manager did not even consider to meet and complete such a minor business which might have taken less then 5 minutes and being such an INCOMPETENT !! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would not give even one star!!

The staff, including the Branch Manager at the SBI Branch (77 City centre dr., Square 1, Mississauga, ON) location is cordial, informative, engaging, efficient, and in essence customer service oriented. I opened an account with them earlier this year (2022) and since have thoroughly enjoyed my banking experience. For my remittance needs, SBI offers a better exchange rate (CAD to INR), far lesser charges and a transactions ETA of within 24-48 hours. I regret not switching over 10 years ago from my CAD bank, i.e. one of the big 5 banks, that has a transaction ETA of 4-5 days and almost 4 times SBI’s charges. Keep up the awesome work !!!

I have been to this branch a few times and I am truly amazed at the stellar quality of service this branch provides. Roshni's & Varsha's expertise and in-depth knowledge of banking services are exceptional. Day-to-day banking needs and opening of new accounts are done with utmost care & precision. Helpful advice and quick service. I have my account with SBI Canada since 2019. And I have had to visit the back no more than 4 times since. Most of my questions were answered over phone and were queries solved within 30 minutes. This branch at City Center is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. The Customer Service Rep is extremely helpful and gives the best possible advice for your situation. I wanted to make some changes to my account and they made it happen during the same visit within 30 minutes total. Highly recommend this bank and branch.

For those visiting this is not State Bank of India but SBI Canada Bank. Just like any other Canadian Bank. The staff is friendly and courteous. They have Branch Manager deputed from SBI in India and entire staff is Canada employees. If you need to open NRI/NRE account. The process is download form from SBI website. Fill the form and the Branch Manager is authorised to validate the documents and attest after which you need to send to SBI India branch where you want to open account. Hope my Info saves the time.

Attitude leads to altitude.

As a last option went to SBI bank, who support Indian origins in Canada technically and assist with their requests. I have few rs 2000 notes which I wanted to convert in INR which was rejected by the teller stating that we are a Canadian entity of SBI bank India and don’t deal in this kind of transactions go to exchange houses and pay the premium. If Indian banks don’t deal in these matters then who does??? No more recommendations for NRI or insurance anymore…. Learn the lesson the hard way

I went to get the life certificate for my dad. Two ladies that were working there were very friendly and helpful. I was provided a form to fill out. Rahul ji checked my dad's ID and stamped the form and we were done in no time,excellent service. This was my first time at this place. There are signs of SBI in different places but if you are coming then make sure you go to the entrance opposite the square one mall because there is no entrance from inside the building.

I am been with SBI with quite a few years and all the time my experience has been excellent. Many times, if there is a line up, manager would come and help you. Last week I went to new Squareone location. Had an excellent experience. Yogini Kembhavi helped me there and something was pending so she called in the evening to inform that things have taken care. Excellent help from Ms.Shuba Krishnan, Mississauga Br I had a problem in opening GIC thru on-line in PC. GIC can be opened thru SBC YONO App. She stayed on-phone till all steps are completed from downloading the App and completing GIC opening. Also, within half an hour she completed the internal review and confirmed that GIC opened. This helped me to save lots of time and trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and quality of service at this branch. Roshni and Deepa were prompt and went beyond in helping me with my SBI app and transferring of funds to India. In fact, earlier in the week Varsha and Karn were very helpful in opening my accounts and providing guidance for my online set up. Recommend this branch without hesitation.

Called branch to get life certificate for father on November 5, 2022. Deepti and was very kind to listen and provide solution keeping in mind the urgency and availability of time slots. Rahul was kind to review and provide the certificate in few minutes. Entire process took half hour. SBI customer service specifically at Mississauga branch is awesome.

For some reason I found the SBI Canada staff to be the same as SBI India employees. They refuse to help you and are pretty rude. They find it very convenient to dump work on someone else the same way as you would find in India. The customer service levels were as you can expect from SBI. Disappointed with my experience.
