I will never return here for Optometry services. As background, I was experiencing an eye emergency and I went to this office without an appointment, because these were the Optometrists my family and I had seen many times over the years. However I myself had not had a full eye exam for about 3 years so, although I was standing there describing the pain and burning I was experiencing in that eye, they would not see me and could not schedule me for a full eye exam for two days. They sent me to a walk in medical clinic who immediately referred me to a different optometrist who did see me immediately and where I received prompt, professional and FRIENDLY medical attention to remove the foreign object that was in my eye and causing the trouble. Dr Susana Sebestyen & Assoc. NOT recommended.

I have known Dr. Susana Sebestyen most of my life- I worked for her many decades ago and she was my mentor who encouraged me to become an Optometrist. What sets Dr Sebestyen apart is her passion for providing high quality care to her patients- she cares for her patients as if they are family. Dr. Sebestyen was never content sitting back and running a "business"....she continuously upgrades her training and knowledge so that she can offer her patients more than a regular eye exam. She is a very unique Optometrist in that she treats the patient holistically- with the eyes being the gateway to other conditions. Dr. Sebestyen is a pioneer in integrating homeopathy with Optometry in Canada. Her patients are loyal to her because they sense her devotion to their care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sebestyn for over 20 years and all I can say about her is that I recommend her to all my friends – and everyone of them has thanked me.. And, all my family go to Dr. Sebestyn… for example, her thoroughness saved my wife from a serious eye problem on her cornea. I know she has also saved at least one of my friends from an imminent retinal detachment – that would have likely caused him his vision if she had not been so professional. In short don’t hesitate to see her. And, I've also bought all my glasses there.... and the quality is superb. I've been wearing glasses since I was three and I am paranoid about my vision; because of Dr. Sebestyn I simply don't worry about the health of my vision anymore.

I made an appointment and waited 3 days to get it. Finally I get there, give them my health card and fill in a 4 page document. I waited a bit and they took me inside to take pictures of my eyes and waited for about 45 minutes before they come to me and tell me they had to take a different set of pictures that cost $70. I have done many eye exams and I am covered by OHIP. I have never had to pay for an exam in my life. I think these people tried to take advantage of me because they saw a 17 year old kid alone with no adults. At last they refused to do my eye exam. I left. IF YOU ARE COVERED BY OHIP YOU SHOULD CALL OHIP AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

been going to them 18 years... out of convince, nothing more. However I will no longer go there (neither will my family). The issue: I am going on vacation next week and need more contacts... but they wouldn't order any because I was due for my yearly check-up. I said I would come in when I get back - but they refused. After 18 years of being a customer, they yearly check up and fee seemed more important than helping me with a box of contacts that I would pay for as normal. Disappointed and very hurt by the customer service.

I was very impressed with Dr Susana Sebestyen and her team, when I went to her clinic for an eye examination, a few months ago. She really takes the time to explain things to her patients, and you can’t help but notice how passionate she is about her work. What really caught my attention was how well (patiently and gently) she handled an intellectually disabled patient. Am so glad I found an excellent eye doctor and will certainly be going back to her !

The exam that I received was thorough and professional. I'm very pleased with their excellent customer service. Also, they offer quality, fashionable, and comfortable glasses. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A frame adjustment that was needed after I had been wearing my new glasses for a week was done promptly, correctly and without an appointment. I really appreciate this!

This is a professional, caring, and knowledgeable team. My family and I have been going for many years, even my 1 year old has had his eyes checked. They are thorough, offer assessments that aren’t available anywhere else, and explain your results. Not to mention the great selection of frames. If it wasn’t for this office I wouldn’t have lenses that makes my eyes strain less. Thank you!

Amazing group of optometrists! They are very detailed and preform amazing comprehensive eye exams making sure nothing goes unnoticed. They are all very professional and explain issues to you so that you can understand it clearly even if you have no optometry knowledge. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend going here for your eye exams!

Dr. Sebestyen took great care with me and treated a dry eye problem I didn't even know I had. I suffered from headaches and eye pain, and with her special care and dry eye treatment program I no longer suffer from these problems associated with dry eyes. I highly suggest going here for your eye exams and for specialized treatment for dry eyes.

Dr Sebestyen is very thorough, and knowledgeable.i had a minor pproblem, and she had me come back, to make sure it had disappeared. The girls in the office helped me pick glasses that looked good on me., it was convient that they had a large choice of glasses. r ight there. I have been with dr. Sebestyen for about 24 years . The staff is excellent , friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the doctors are knowledgeable and superb. The frames for the glasses are really beautiful and of high quality. I have never had any issues. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that needs eye care.

I was referred by a friend of mine to her medical office and I haven’t gone elsewhere since. Dr Sebestyen’s level of professionalism along with her staff is impeccable. They have been so accommodating for my family. They also have a great assortment of frames and their staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have had several of the doctors at this office and they have all been wonderful. My exams have always been on time and done comfortably. I have bought all of my glasses from here over the past 7 years & they always come in very quickly! The staff here is also very nice & welcoming. Highly recommend!

Dr. Olivia Ricci was very attentive and answered all of my questions. This was my first time seeing an optometrist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Ricci was very friendly and helpful; I would highly recommend her.
