I come here very often and it's always been a wonderful experience. The Sephora employees are so educating, humble, and FAST! If you ever feel uncomfortable about walking in because you'll feel uncomfortable due to lack of make up or skin care knowledge DON'T WORRY! That's what they are there for. Super awesome location.
I wanted to make a quick stop here to get a foundation for my birthday makeup. I was in a rush, and Shanerica helped me in the most efficient and friendly way- she matched my skin and found a foundation that met all of my requirements. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience here.
This location is absolutely filthy everything on the shelves had gunk dirt or someone's hair on it. My girl did not feel comfortable touching anything inside the store and wanted to immediately leave. I didn't even have the chance to take a picture to show how gross it was.
The Willowbrook staff is lazy, rude, Thecall was dropped five times no one EVER answered. This is unacceptable. I like the Galleria, Woodlands locations. This location has a VERY low customer service rate. The Manager is rude along with the no diversity team.
