Contacted them on public holiday for water coming out of my walls. Replies from the office were super fast and helpful. The person who came in to check the next day, Lai Kean, came early by 30 mins, I really appreciated it as I was worried if the water issue got worse. He explained the detection process and instruments he used and did the detection very thoroughly. Was also given clear explanation throughout. Initially thought I had to hack my walls but after checking, he proposed a solution that doesn't require hacking. The 2nd day, he came with another worker. They came early again by 15 mins. Really appreciate as it makes it easy to plan my day. They did the work and, when done, even checked other parts of the house to make sure the issue is fully resolved. I also asked for additional service to replace a manhole, which I'm happy they agree to do. They also cleaned up properly after the work. Overall very happy with the office staff, the overall price. Most of all, great service by Lai Kean and Abdul Kalam. Recommend to contact them for whatever water issues you may have. 5 star service! No leaking from my walls anymore. My landed property had pipe water leakage and the floor tiles were hacked without my permission by a typical contractor, but the root causes could not be identified. Mr Lai of Seven Engineering Company has been a blessing to me. They are equipped with leak detection technologies to detect the source of the problem. Detailed information about the leak was provided by Mr Lai, and a repair plan was suggested. In addition, the previous contractor failed to resolve the waterproofing issues with the balcony and large window bays of the room. It took Mr Lai only one attempt to solve the waterproofing problems. As part of his inspection, Mr Lai checked the condition of the water pump and solar panel to make sure they were in proper working order. The service Mr Lai provides is of the highest quality and he is very professional. Mr Lai of Seven Engineering Group is someone I highly recommend. I am not affiliated with Seven Engineering Group.

I had a unknown water leaking problem which normal plumbers could not find the source of the problem. I had been looking for a company like Seven engineering (Berlin) to use high tech equipment to have pinpoint accuracy in detecting the source of the leak. So after 1h plus the consultant Lai was able to determine that the leak was coming from my neighbours house. So I would highly recommend their services instead of getting a plumber to hack you entire wall to find an internal leak if that was the problem. It would save anyone on cost. Thank you.

They have professional devices to do pressure & moisture test. Very good service. Able to identify the leaking not from my condo unit. Highly recommend to engage their service first to identify leaking root cause otherwise you may face the same issue as mine in the video (Floor tiles were hacked by another contractor but unable to identify the root cause, in fact water leaking is at the below unit).

The team, lead by Mr. Louis, is very professional. The team used gadgets like ultrasonic and pressure test equipment to detect where were the leakage, then will recommend where to drill and hack the leaking spot. Very expensive #around 1k++ for small area and cannot give you root cause, quotation said use ultrasound do 3 hours job, and come just 30minute scan job, and suggest destroy entire area, not a professional
