Previously My rating had 5Stars but I am forced to change my rating down to 4Stars. This is one of the cheapest Private Gym chain in Ahmedabad. The Staff is very friendly and also calls you to remind you to go to gym if you miss out from register for more than a couple of days. However, the training staff members are least bothered to help you with your exercise. You have to request them again and again as if you are using a free service. Also, during evening sessions you will have to workout under romantic, old retro, sad or item songs which is pathetic. I hope this review will make a change and that I can again change my rating to ️⭐

People should avoid SFW. Its purely marketing to fetch more customers. Poor planning for people's workout plans. You will find hardly 1-2 active trainer on floor among 70-80 members during peak time. Too much crowded. Diet plan is mentioned in offer but they don't have dietician. They can close any branch anytime without informing the members. Recently closed Anjali branch and forced all the members to use Paldi/Shivranjini branch.

I've been a member of the gym for several months now and i am extremely happy with my experience The equipment is well maintained and there is a great variety of options for all type of workouts The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to help me with anything I need I appreciate the clean and welcoming environment and I feel like the gym truly cares about its members

In terms of Ambience, Space is too large.The recent trainers especially Dharmik Sir and Khan Sir are like great mentors and guide us whenever we need.
