My dad and I went here last month to buy a new TV and we bought a Samsung 32" one. We are really happy with it and it was very easy to set up ourselves. We are really happy with the customer service that Ravi the manager provided us, he was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions before we bought the TV. He offered us to set up our TV which was a good option to offer customers but we did this ourselves, but they took our old TV away when they delivered our new one without any hassle. We are very thankful to Ravi for all the help you've given us and thank you for also registering our TV for us to get the warranty officiated. We definitely recommend Shasonic as they also have very good prices that are much better than elsewhere including bigger competitors. We got our new TV at a very good price in the Black Friday sale from here compared to anywhere else which was much more expensive even on sale. Thank you again! We will come back here!

Extremely bad customer service. I reached at 5.48PM and the employee closed the door on my face! If the time is listed untill 6PM, how can you close the door before hand! That too before Black Friday! I wanted to purchase the Samsung OLED 65inch. But the sales guy was absolutely unprofessional! I am sure my visit would have been recorded in the cameras!
