Very poor quality services r offered by this guest room as we stayed their for few days. They never change the beddings. No arangement for room & overall cleanings. they serve the un-filtered water and show it filtered water. water used for general use is un-hygenic VERY BAD SMLL COMES FROM WATER FOR GENERAL USE. THIS SHOWS THAT THEIR OVER HEAD TANKS R SOO DIRTY. It looks that they never cleaned the ater tanks. Kitchen condition is also verse. The new thing hich i sew in this guest room that exhaust fan of a washroom opens in another wash rooms.. the only positive things goes into the favour is his location. Other wise this guest room is . I Request all the geltleman to avoid this guest room and not to waist you valued money.

Stayed there with family for one week and concluded that It was the most horrible and pathetic experience to stay at this place. Firstly, Rooms and Kitchens were full of cockroaches. Fridge and water dispenser were their favourite place. Secondly, AC was not working properly and even the management was switching off AC while we were sleeping. Moreover, Staff was not listening the guests and we have to make 6-8 requests for each service. Repair activities were being carried out on 24 hours basis, therefore had to live with hammering noises. Above all, the owner and her daughter were carrying suspicious activities, providing short stay services to the couples and upon our protest both ladies began to bully at us. Overall, this place is not meant for family stay in any case.

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this hotel. There was no water. AC was sometimes working and sometimes not. We were not given the AC remote. It was only controlled by the manager of the hotel. The washrooms were so dirty. Wifi and water were not available. We agreed to breakfast on the call, but they didn't provide it when we reached there.

There was no safety; I reached the hotel at 4 am, and my dad left the hotel to pick me up from the airport, but when we came to the hotel, we knocked on the door for almost an hour. Meanwhile, there were no security guards.

Ground floor was newly renovated. But management was kind of ajeeb... They had these fazool restrictions like, AC will be only available from 10 pm to next day 5 pm. Doesn't make any sense. Even though they claim these timing, they switch off the AC early in the morning like 6, 7 am. We booked like 5-6 rooms for more than a week. And the owner was asking us not to use the common sitting area (t.v lounge like space). Don't understand how a person can do so much micromanagement. If you keep doing micromanagement, you will always keep stuck in those small things.

Staff was Cordial professional and help full, Enviroment was very good and welcoming as well on first floor, Food was so tasty, as they have also professional cook to serve home made food to the guest, Ground floor rooms r not suitable for family, deluxe rooms r much better than the ground floor rooms, they were switching off Ac on an off that was quite irritating, The water they served was normal tap water in unsealed bottle and the charges they took were of mineral water, unlike other guest houses they don't serve complementary break fast

Had a pretty rough night as the were Renovating their So called Guest House during the Night, i had to Request 5/6 times to Stop Using Jack Hammer at 1:00 O’clock in the morning because the whole building was vibrating and it was impossible to go to sleep. I had early morning flight aswell, was very sleepy for my flight i could hardly wake up at 6:00am coz i was awake until almost 2:00am due to their Renovation noise. And also you don’t get what you book online, they will give you a different room smaller than what u have booked with dirty linens and amenities… SO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL…

The service provided is extremely disappointing. The staff appears to lack the necessary skills to attend to guests in a courteous manner, and unfortunately, they have displayed inappropriate behavior towards their clients. Moreover, the caretaker woman in charge demonstrates a distinct lack of professionalism, with an impolite attitude towards clients, even going as far as to shout at them and ask them to leave before their allotted time.

Stayed here for 1 week with family and we will not be coming back. We do not recommend this guest house! There are cockroaches everywhere and the rooms and washrooms are not clean. The owner constantly turns the AC off even when we are still in the rooms. We always have to ask at least 5 times for a simple request. If the owner still forgets to answer the request, they will blame us and say we are making things up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

i had a worst experience in my life that i ever had,i stayed in such a worst bad hotel, arrogant lady recieptionist illiterate staff, therefore,i suggest you not to stay in this hotel. during my stay they didn't give me the Key of my room. Behind my back,they opened my room without my consent and without my permission they used to turn off ac time and again.

The only good thing in this guest house is that its near to Jinnah International Airport Karachi and the management only encash this option The standard rooms are smelly for which I have to pay extra for upgrading room to delux but the place vs price is not favourable

Bery very bad service. They charge you for AC and tell you at the time of booking that we will only switch off AC when electricity is cut off but during my 4 day stay they only switched on AC for 7 or 8 hours in total.

Guest house is good, especially the rooms on first floor (deluxe rooms) are comparatively more neat, clean and comfortable. Added advantage is the location as it is about 10 min drive from airport, Jinnah International Airport.
