Tldr: RUDE STAFF, NONE OF THE GAMES WORK, INVASION OF PRIVACY. Two of us came here for the bowling alley. Two out of four of the alleys weren’t working, one of them was occupied and we were told to wait for 5 minutes. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes. After 5 minutes we tried asking the staff members to start our game and we were ignored. We went back to the counter to ask for a refund since we were getting late and they were trying to fix the lanes. They refused to give us our refund and asked us to wait even longer. The staff was incredibly rude, yelling at us for no fault of ours. We asked to talk to the manager, the rudest staff member claimed to be the manager. We managed to convince him to give us our refund but as we were leaving the place, he asked for our names and contact number as a “formality”. When we refused to give him our details he took his phone out and tried take a picture of us. While all of this was happening, the other group that was there encountered issues with games that weren’t working and demanded a refund. The staff started yelling at them too. The two female staff were nice and agreed to refund us right away but the male staff member with a moustache (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) threatened them saying it’ll come out of their salary. When we asked him for the contact of a manager or a higher official, he refused to do so. Will never be going back here again.

Place is decent but the staff seems to be sketchy… I went their yesterday on 28th October 2022.. purchased a bowling game for 4 and arcade swipes in cash. Got the bill for arcade swipes and the cashier told me that he will generate the bill for bowling when I am ready to play bowling ….got occupied in the mean while with arcade games and went back to bowling area and when we went to bowling area, i again asked for receipt and did not receive it again… started playing, the machines where not resetting the pins properly and it took forever to reset for a new player… the staff was not present to solve issue with machine in time… somehow I was about to finish the game and I mentioned that I am not leaving without a receipt so another guy went through his book and gave me receipt from a bunch of other receipt… which I don’t think is mine(the chargeable amount is correct) but I doubt that the cashier gave me another receipt to just get rid of me.. very disappointment by the staff(hoping that the management takes action).. have been here multiple times before but I don’t think I will be going there in future.

It is located inside the City Centre Mall. An average place to visit at weekends for children. Various games are there to play and time pass. Basic game pack start with Rs 1000/- which includes twenty games with a validity of one month. It means one game cost Rs 50/-. But you cannot puchase any single game or two. This is a trap of them to compel people to buy at least for an amount of Rs 1000/- for a single visit. One of the good item in the game is only the ride game for which the charge double. The balance are of video games and not so economical. For the smash game the charge seperately and not included in the 1000/- Rs pack. Cash, Card and UPI payments are accepted.

I request people not to go this place. Very worst games and rude staff. We went today and paid for the games but the games aren’t working and it’s getting deducted from the card. Atleast they should tell us that few machines aren’t working well before taking our money. I would have give zero star for this place. Never experienced this situation. We literally ruined our weekend. If we are paying you and the weekend charges are double, you should have make sure about the service, games and all machinery. 3 people complained at the same time but still they are not at all showing any efforts and taking money from us for no reason.

There's lot of stuff for both kids and adults to do. It's a small space for the ball pit, merry go round and other games but a large bowling alley. This is for the games space. There are all the typical games and because it's so compact it feels like you're going from thing to another quickly. A good way to spend an hour and keep kids occupied. The dreamcatcher is different here. It's only a few minutes but it's cute. You have to take a minimum 1000/- rs card first, and that's a negative. You can recharge as you like later but that's still too steep if you don't plan to return soon. Other than that, decent place.

I bought 50 games card in the month of Feb 2020 with 3 months validity. I used only 15 games then lockdown happend. Now when the smashzone is opened I visited today. I was informed that my card got expired and I can't use it anymore. How can a person use the card in lockdown? The guy at the counter said he is helpless and he can't do anything about it as they don't have any instructions from management regarding the expired cards due to lockdown. This is rediculous and management needs to look at it on priority

It was really fun visiting this place after a long time as an adult❤️ It is obviously a kids place and no kid would be disappointed coming here. The bowling alley was good though only 2 were in working condition, not a lot of crowd fortunately on a Tuesday evening. (Cost: ₹150 per person). You have eateries and drinks available in the same floor (L4). The arcade could be equipped with a few more games. The card costs a minimum of ₹1000 and you get around 20 swipes/games to play with that.

Smaaash Zone located in City Center is not recommended for kids. - No proper maintenance of equipment - Most of them will be not working. - Working equipment are very basic level games and charge around 70 to 110 for each game. - Staff is not at all friendly they just take money and won't help. - For kids never ever recommend it's waste of money. - Even if you give any feedback staff never listen's to you. Not recommended and please don't plan for it you will spoil your day.

Though I didn't score much while playing here, I had one heck of a time over here... The price is very reasonable and was worth the while, especially when I was with my friends... After watching a good movie anyone can come over here and have fun... There's also a renowned book store, where you can also read or if you like play... Among all the bowling or smaash placed I visited... This was the best one I had with respect to experience..... Do try this when around...

Nothing so great about it. The smash card, starts at 1000 rupees, while some games are fun, most games are just fraud. Everything that has some kind of gift in it, I recommend you do not play it because it's 100% rigged to not give results. It's absolutely a scam. Some games are fine but a 1000 is not worth in there. Bowling experience was OK I guess. They should provide a few light weight bowls too for women.

If timing mentioned until 2230 then you need to entertain customers until 2230 and not say we are closed by 22:15 . In this case change timing online to 22:00(keep half an hour of buffer) . Saying this as your staff denied entry to play bowling even after requesting him multiple times. We travelled almost 10 kms after seeing timings online. However we managed to play but it wasnt a pleasant experience.

Don't waste your time and money. poor maintenance, most of the games are not working having technical issues no one to look after or correct it. Smaaash has lost it's name and fame through this branch on city center. The staff working there are careless and not bothered about customers and maintenance. so ignorant and showered no interest towards the service. Waste of money and time.

Firstly, this is not a Smaaash. It's a rip-off of the larger brand, with a similar logo. A very limited collection of arcade games, half of which are dysfunctional or have terrible resolution. Only the bowling and air hockey are playable. Looks like it was last upgraded in 2015 or so. Much more worth it going to the Smaaash in Inorbit or Forum.

It's good for some fun and entertainment. Bowling is 249rs per person for one game. And 2000rs for booking the lane for an hour. An hour will be too much for people less than four or five atleast. And there's music for entertainment as well. We are provided with different bowling shoes at the same point for comfort and grip.

We went on a team outing for bowling over there... The best part of it was we didn't had to wait long time for our time to come... The price is great too so is the connectivity from the city from the centre of city.. There's no issue right from parking to bowling.. You can have decently good time with your group here...

The staff is so useless & lazy that nowhere to be found. Every 2 rounds we had an error in bowling pins setup & there is no staff around. Someone should moderate them to make them do their duties properly. The bowling stage is very very old and so is the pricing bit low compared to other places.

A honest review from a guy who has been here for more than 25 times. I would've given it a 5 star only if they replaced the cracked up bowling balls and some pins. If you are looking forward to visit this, try to make it on a weekday. It's often crowded on weekends. (& Gt gud in bowling plz)

Most of the games are not working and staff working there are least bothered about customers and are useless working there. just collected the money but no help or guidance from staff. poor maintenance. Smaash has lost all it's glory by this branch. Wish i can give zero rating.

Good if you love bowling. The prices are slightly higher than similar places. It would have been better if the bowling area could have more privacy for you to have fun with your group. There's an area for games too where kids have some fun as well.

I took my 4 year child and she enjoyed a lot at trampoline and other games. The other visitors were also very friendly and cooperative ,had nice experience. Parking and access to this mall is very convenient. i will surely revisit this place.

Worst place .. only cheats .. we paid 2000 for 45swipes .. but more than half the games don't work and those that work don't credit the write tickets to the card. In the claw catcher game the claws don't close. The ticket catcher game , VR …

Worst experience, we took a lane for 1 hour for 5 people and most of the time we spent searching for the balls. There were no proper balls and also there were some technical issues due to which balls thrown were not coming back. Guys …

The lanes are very bad.. 1) Balls keep jumping as if they’re some speed breakers on the lanes 2) The balls get into some groves on the lane and just keep going in that line only. calling this a bowling alley is a disservice to bowling.

I had a bowling game on Sunday 04/04/2021. The experience was not so pleasant. They don't have balls in different sizes, existing balls are damaged. The air fans don't work and the staff doesn't have a clueless about everything.

Could be one of the crowdy places during the evenings n weekends. We enjoyed different games. I think not fit for small children. Atleast 10 years children can enjoy. For a group, really a place to enjoy but a little expensive.

Review as on 22nd February Good experience decent arcade games. Bowling is quite busy with only 3 lanes working and frequent technical glitches with the pins. Hope they fix it soon and make the gaming experience more enjoyable.

A very poor place and can be avoided now for sure. Most kids games are not working. The bowling lanes are under repair most of the time and the couple of lanes working do not work well. A very sad state of affairs!

Decent enough gaming arcade. It has a good bowling arena. Reasonable prices. But the bowling equipment is old. The bowls all have deep scratches that make it hard for bowling. It needs more maintenance.

4 bowling lanes... They have kids zone...... And few arcade games...... Children had fun.... More arcade games would be amazing..... Well not bad... Bowling is 300 and arcade games are 70 rupees.

The person who is sitting at cash counter is not giving toys in exchange of tickets and saying lie after much saying he gave plz look into the matter wht pathetic person thy kept at counter....

Great place to enjoy with your friends and family. I visited recently with my brother had an amazing experience. games are lot of fun, bowling was my favourite and food was good too❤️

Overall a good place to hangout with friends and family. Play games like bowling alley, standalone car & bike racing games, basketball shots. Few games were not working properly.

Nice bowling experience. But the gaming card is costly and we can't use the card in any other smash. Min charge is 1000 for the card. Bowling is cheap. 150 rupees per player

This is my family's go-to place to chill back and relax with an interesting sport - bowling. We aren't pros but it feels good to learn and improve in this game, as a family.

The bowling is only accessible for one's over 15 years (hence I couldn't enjoy it with my kids) and much of the machines are out of order. Complete waste of money and time.

It was pretty fun however a couple of the machines deducted the chances from my card but never worked, that was quite saddening, other than that i did have a lot of fun.

One of the most visiting place in city central mall hyderabad...charges are less and games are good....games are there for all ages people...you can enjoy

It's was really fun to visit bowling , but now the prices are little bit high and one system was having some technical glitch while I was playing.

The Bowling lanes are very dead. Only 2 lanes are working that too lane 3 is struck after every throw. The Bowling needs a serious renovation.
