Pizza here used to be decent but 6 months ago i recieved a pizza that had foul smelling cheese and didnt order again until today. Id usually give a restaurant 6 months to try them out again after 6 months to see if things have changed. Today i ordered a large Margarita& Vegetarian pizza . 45 mins later wondering where the pizza is I decided to call the restaurant was told the rider was on another delivery much further away and my delivery location was 2 minutes from the restaurant. Not wanting to get a cold pizza specified to the restaurant please send a fresh order thats not going to be reheated. The restaurant calls a couple of minutes later saying the riders bike had a puncture and will be there shortly. 1 hour 2 mins later from initially placing the order the rider arrives with the wrong order ‍♂️

Well....If you haven't been here, you are missing out. Probably one of the best walk in fast food restaurants/Bistro in Mombasa-Naivas Mall, Nyali.The burgers and Loaded Chips with spicy chicken were done to perfection and needed no sauce.Tried the double burger with cheese and the grilled chicken burger, The pizza and loaded fries . These are highly recommended. Wil always come here for the attack.

When snack attack first opened i was very impressed and would tell my friends that they should try this place. However just like most resturants in kenya they open well but very quickly the quality drops .i have now gone twice to snack attack and when ordering have advised the staff of my bad meal before and ask them to please insure that they improve but sad to say again i have had to leave my burger after eating only one bit. I again call the staff and show them what kind of food is being served but NO ONE CARES. So to all of you who wish to eat at snack attack only order the chicken burger the beef will dissapoint you. Very very sad

This place was amazing, especially the burgers and shawarmas from The Big Men, that's a straight up 10 over 10, I loved it, the pizza wasn't quite there, too much salt and the other was Abit ok. the service was not that great at the pizza area compared to the Big men

Food is excellent...chicken is better than KFC anytime....but what brings my rating of snack attack to 3 instead of 5 is the atmosphere. It is too stuffy. You feel like eating fast and getting out real quick. The Ac never works and what makes it worse is water was dripping from the ac on my shoulder! This is mombasa...its hot...make your customers comfortable and happy. Make them want to come back. As.much as I.love your food...I wouldn't think of coming back

I don't know about you all but l always feel so comfortable here. Pizza is so great and delicious so is the services but not on your delivery services...abit poor

Waited 30 minutes for burger and chips and some chicken… only for the burger to be dry and cold. Not acceptable especially for the price they charge. Id recommend sticking with KFC/Java House or Chop it express as seems other customers said the wait times is too long

My second experience and no improvement In fact its terribly over priced and I would get better service at a local restaurant at half the price. Extremely dissaponted that they did not have any wraps. Its quite surprising, but I would not eat there again.

A great place to get delicious fast food at very affordable prices and hangout with friends or alone. Service is okay, ambience nice and fun. There is wifi. The fresh juices in lemonade and tropical flavors are bomb! Casual and laid-back vibes.

Very efficient staff with full knowledge of their products. Price friendly wholesome meals; there is WiFi to browse if you are alone and a get to together for groups. Mainly college students meet and greet here.

Poor imitation of McDonald's. The angry chicken burger was 50% breading despite being their highest priced offering. Bonus star for the service which was pretty good

Pizzas are nice and so are the chicken. Some compare them to KFC. They have the loaded chips which is amazing. Customer service ambiance is good too.

The services was good great sitting setup but I felt the wrap is misadvirtised as on the menu it's 3 but you get one small wrap which is overpriced

Gosh, I've never come across such poor and rude customer service, the riders are even worse. I cannot even recommend to my worst enemy.

They took an hour to deliver and the pizza was not even worth it. Wouldn’t recommend for pizza, maybe try something else on the menu.
