Totally inept. The slowest people who charge by the minute to endure their total ineptitude. It takes 10 minutes minimum to get to the area where someone may/may not be present to make you wait to take your car on a half hour ticket, so you get to be late AND pay an exorbitant amount. Save your money and go somewhere else.
