Guys, your sandwiches are just awful, there's no sugar-coating it. Second time we've had your chicken mayo sandwiches & previously the egg mayo too. Both times there was just ZERO salt...nothing, nada.... It reminded me of when I had covid & lost my sense of taste - all the texture, but left me wishing I'd just had a glass of water instead. Also, can someone get the person cutting the items a better knife. The panga is just not cutting it....pun intended. If I wanted half a Cucumber in my sandwich (the whole half) I'd go next door to Kauai.....there, they they at least shred it. Lastly, can we just leave the lettuce out, thats another soggy topic for another day!

The girl by name of Happy who works at the kitchen was so rude towards me this morning, I've never been so disappointed in my life. I asked her nicely, what have they cooked today and she said food!!! With a very rough voice like I was saying something very bad to her. I told her that I know it's food I want to what kind of food I even made an example of rice, chicken and beef. People laughed at me, I felt so stupid. I would not advise anyone to go there, it seems like the staff is not well trained. That girl doesn't have a respect and she doesn't take her job seriously.

To be kind...I think more staff is required to handle the number of vehicles, and they require further training with how to operate the fuel pumps correctly. I fill up here often and always wait a very long time( sometimes more than 10min) for an attendant. Only 3 staff in sight on Sunday afternoon filling 10+ cars, and was told by supervisor 10 staff employed for that day. Will not recommend this garage; they don't deserve the service. There's much better service from other stations within proximity of this Station.

Between Standard bank and Shell I was shortchanged R50 on a withdrawal and issued a piece of paper from their ATM saying the paper itself was worth R50. Shell staff were sympathetic but they had no answers or solutions to this problem arising in THEIR store, I don't deserve to be inconvenienced like this by either party. Im not one to complain but realistically I've lost R50 and have left with a sour taste in my mouth towards both Shell Umhlanga and the ATM provider.

I bought the beef burger from spar inside the shell garage. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. I took one bite and immediately spat it out and threw the burger in the bin. I wouldn't let my dog eat that burger. The meat looked like cardboard and its smelt rotten, yuk. I wasted R27.00 :( I will never buy anything from that spar again and I would discourage anyone else as well. DISGUSTING....

Super customer friendly environment. Rushed in there once just to use the toilet and unlike other garages who first ask you to buy something or turn you away... Spar Shell Garage pointed me to my destination.. there after yes I did by something only because I was grateful and tipped my anonymous Helper! You guys deserve a permanent Gold Spar!☆⭐

It is very conveniently located and due to this can attract traffic (especially before a fuel hike) and I would stay away from it late in the afternoon as it is very congested with people leaving work and trying to get onto the highway. The pump attendants are quick and friendly and the Spar convenience store is well run and well stocked.

It does get busy at and around this garage. So I do sympathise with customers who wait a while for service but in fairness it probably very busy. The 24 hour store is convenient but expensive. Like that they have an nedbank ATM. The areas is clean and lots available to be bought. The coffee shop is not halal unfortunately.

Great location. The staff are super friendly. If you want something to chow late in the evening, but don't feel like going to the mall. You can just swing by and quickly grab a few things to whip yourself a home cooked meal. Or better yet just grab the cooked meals on offer at the store.

When the petrol hike frenzy comes about and people start flooding petrol stations. Rest assured, this one will be conveniently equipped to handle you. The spar has a lot of nice things for a road trip or those early morning necessities like milk and bread

Petrol attendent never greet, they never gave me a good service. I usually top up in this service Station at night. I use to work at service station as a Supervisor and I've noticed that guys who are working at night never ask me to check

Clean store. Very nice range if items to buy. While the store is great, I was dissatisfied with the the Covid precautions in the store with regard to Social distancing. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Had to wait for service attendant. Too busy chatting. Filled fuel and messed up the tyres pressure. Had to stop again at another service station to rectify. Not impressed with their attitude and service.

Amazing customer service. went in to buy a cup of Mocha at 4:50am... The ladies were delightful and absolutely heartwarming. My Mocha was made with love. kudos to them. They deserve great recognition

I received a very bad experience on Wednesday (19 May 2021). A acted as if he is fueling up my car. Took my cash, but there was no petrol filled up. I'm still shuttered by this experience.

Just Iike every other Shell related store, the staff are always friendly and up beat. Sometimes I drive a bit further just to visit Shell instead of a competitor!

Service at the forecourt is pathetic, this is my third visit there to refuel . The attendants waste time talking and socializing. Left to refuel at the Caltex.
