Hi guys I'm heartily recommending "Don't select this hospital for any health checkup for corporate and personal check-ups also." (Which is the major revenue for this Hospital but service is poor). Don't believe only ratings please read all the reviews then decide your visit to this hospital. Actually, Gone for the corporate health checkup. Check-up done and consultation also went well. But finally they made me regret by giving all the documents in hand to carry. I gently requested, it's raining outside so I need a carrying bag (at additional cost) to carry my reports. My corporate is paying nearly ₹10500 rupees for this check up package but I got the worst reply from the Co-ordinating staff in the blazers and the reception team. I just returned the reports till they give the correct solution. But no proper or even minimal effort were taken to resolve my issue. Just simply ignoring our genuine request and also threw my reports when I asked to keep reports. I'm going to report to my HR team and to my colleagues to don't prefer this hospital. Finally I got the carry bag from the local vendor and then collected my reports from them. They will not think once the amount got paid. It's always your choice. So, before registering just ask them if they will give any carriable folder with pack to your reports then you can go ahead for the tests. Overall testing experience was good but the wait time for few tests are high on Saturday but heard on week days it's less. Kindly plan your visit accordingly. The token system is there but it's not properly followed, based on the person availability the tests are being carried out. Need additional and genuinely coordinator to support the patients if they have doubts. Washroom hygiene need to be improved. The rooftop cafeteria is on the 4th floor. Food quality is good at that price. Highly recommended. Awaiting for the Sparsh team response for this issue below this review to discuss more. We’ve been using Sparsh for Ortho, physician and other consults since 2020. While I’ve had to wait for doctors on many instances I’ve also had either the nurses or the admin staff inform about any delays. It’s understandable if a doctor is on rounds and is delayed or is in the OT. But this time with the gastro dept I’ve had the worst possible time and not just once but twice- firstly appts when there a queue are arbitrary, either at the behest of the nurses or the doctor. When I went for a endoscopy/coloscopy again a person was pushed ahead of me which is highly irresponsible. The doctor in question is Lokesh LV and today what happened is the hospital (not via practo) gave me an appt for 9AM. Waited at the hospital from 8.55AM and then at 9.15 when there’s no nurse even, I check with the mail desk staff and they call the doctor and he says he’s coming in half an hour. Then at 10am when we confront the staff again it slowly comes out he’s only coming at 11am. No one bothered to even check if the doctors timings have changed or maybe he’s not communicated. God knows, but hiighly incompetent staff and it’s deteriorated in the past year btw, and in the case of the gastro sept it’s the worst. Avoid Id say. It’s not as if there’s a dearth of good doctors or hospitals.

Whilst the doctors here are great , it’s the admin staff that completely spoils the experience for you . I was scheduled for a GTT test along with other tests in my 7th month of pregnancy. During the test , the blood collector , simply handed me over a 75 gm glucose box and said mix it with water and have it . When I asked I don’t have a glass , neither do I know how much water to mix it in, he said , disposable cup is there next to water cooler , fill up and have . I asked someone else to help , he simply said have as much water you want and Walked off . I don think this is GTT test . Somehow , I finished drinking the glucose , and after that , came and sat outside and lo behold , a nurse casually carrying the vile of my blood sample , spills the blood on the floor and hurriedly asks someone to clean it up . When I asked how can you spill blood like this , she rudely said , there is sample left for your test . If blood is so cheap , why draw so much in the first place . No apology, no empathy nothing . Doctors should stop recommending tests to be done from Sparsh lab . Absolutely unprofessional and callous in their attitude .

I am first thanking God followed by Dr. Muralidhar Katalgiri a wonderful Laproscopic surgeon who did my Inguinal hernia repair. In sparsh infantry road hospital .An excellent handwork , down to earth person who explained me from the day 1 of the appointment.Me being a doctor self (Orthodontist)was afraid initially to undergo the procedure .But he explained me in such a way that I accepted the surgical procedure.He did it in the same way as he promised with minimal invasive procedure.No pain at all after surgery and have not taken any pain killers so far .God sometimes send angels and one among them is he who is doing his job excellently .I wish him best of luck and pray God almighty for his prosperity and continue to serve human community.Thanks Dr Muralidhar and thanks Sparsh group .Not the least I thank the team of the doctors who are very knowledgeable in there fields also the nurses who took care round the clock.

Sprash is an excellent hospital in Bengaluru.There are many branches of Sparsh and all of those are very good. I have personal experience of treatment at the Infantry Road Branch and the Bommasandra Branch which provide excellent services. The Doctors, Nurses, technicians and other medical staffs are very good, helpful and humane. The system is too good. Especially I want to mention about Dr. PRASHANT BAFNA Sir (Rheumatologist & Immunologist) who is an excellent doctor. Besides, he is very frank, cordial and helpful. As I am a very distant patient hailing from remote area of West Bengal, he understands my predicaments; and advises and helps me beyond a just a Doctor-Patient relationship. Did my annual health check up here.from the time of registeration lokesh( in reception near xray room) was patiently answrng to queries and guiding by each step.. Only suggestion i have is i had to cancel my eye checkup as doc was unavailable untill 3pm.. may be extra doctor for eye would be a help ful thing.. Else pretty happy with the tests and Dr.Neelima gave her time to listen and answer my queries properly.. Cafeteria is good... But saw a manager of chef (may be in blue/violet dress)shouting at staff in front of us... Which is not a good thing... may be management can think about this... 5 stars for the hospital and staff..

Excellent experience and patient care from front office staff to doctors, Nurses and ward staff. My daughrer was admitted here for dengue fever for a week. Dr. Pooja and team were so compassionate and empathetic for each and every query we had. The works of nursing staff were commentable. Other staffs like house keeping, pantry and admin team were all so caring. We came here with a lot of fear and concern. Today, we are so relieved a lot after her recovery from a dreadful disese. Hospital is very nice. But there is one complaint on the ICU staff for the knee replacement patients. There is one nurse . She is either Nepali or Tibetian. But the attitiude is very bad . She responds to patients who give her tips and not to patients who do not give . This is very bad and the administration should give some importance to such kind of issues. I could have questioned right there and then but it’s not about one patient . This would be common across many patients . I will raise this question with the doctor who operated my mother as well. Worst parking service. purely money minded. Waited for more than 20 minutes for the vehicle after informing. Helpdesk person also informed through mic, but the other end person says only the money which is to be paid but not the status. On top of that, they added 10 rupees extra from the original receipt, which I am forced to pay. This is a kind of day looting. This is almost the second time. Very pathetic parking service. Hospital management should take severe action against these money minded third-party agency in order to save the hospital's reputation

Sparsh Hospital Infantry Road Bangalore is one of the best Hospital for all kinds of Medical Services. The infrastructure of the Hospital is very good and the staffs and Doctors are good. The only drawback is with the parking charges for Bikes and Cars. Suggest to waive off parking charges for patients who take admission. Mr.Bharath is very promising physiotherapist. He takes personal interest and understands the difficulty of the patients and persuades them for taking effective physiotherapy. Mr.Bharath has helped my aunt from the time when she was in severe pain to constantly guiding her greatly towards effective recovery. He was there all through the rehabilitation process which was something very good for my aunt's progress. Therefore I highly recommended Mr Bharath to anyone who wants to go back to normal and pain-free life after Knee replacement surgery.

This is the worst profit making hospital. Rheumatologist of this hospital suggested costlier MRI test instead of low cost x ray test to my sister Eventhough she did not have symptoms. After spending 10000 on testing we went to doctor with report. She did not even look at the MRI copies but just referred reports and said you have no issues...xray cost was 1000 but we spent 10000 on MRI.. Bangalore hospitals are doing such cheating..for a simple pain these doctors ask you to get tested for list of tests..don't trust them.

My husband underwent spine surgery at Sparsh Hospital, Infantry road branch. We had an excellent experience as far as housekeeping, nursing, administration...services are concerned. Staff very courteous, cordial, supportive & humble. Food quality is good. Dr. Arvind Bhateja & team did the surgery with great dexterity and skills. We are totally satisfied with the results. I would had given negative stars if I would had been given an option. The hospital management is a third class management where they just sit to loot you in the name of treatment. They will just do some medical tests which are never needed and increase the bill. They charged me 91k for one day treatment. Just a third class hospital. Instead go to Narayana Group but don't go to Sparsh Hospital,Infantry Road. Even the cafeteria ,parking all are overpriced. Just a money making hospital. Chi chi chi.

The best experience you can have at a hospital. Everybody right from the reception staff to the rest of the staff and the doctors are so patient and humble, it is a very refreshing experience. I have been going every year for my checkups and everytime the experience remains the same. My entire check up which would normally take a day in a regular hospital would finish in 2-3 hours in Sparsh. That’s the best part here. The staff ensure everything moves smoothly across different departments.

The hospital's service quality is superb, and I applaud them for adhering to their beliefs of faith, hope, and love, which are expressed in every action of every staff member working here.We are grateful to the hospital for providing us with hope and saving my brother's life. Nobody has any value for time. Patients are all taken for granted. They give a 9 am appointment the hospital and the reception is deserted till 9.10 am. Then the cleaning staff and the reception staff saunter in. It's 9.30 am and still there's no sign of the doctor. And they have a standard reply 'doctor is in OT'. Why give an appt at 9 if the docs in OT. No co-ord between depts. This is not the first time this has happened. Very un professional service

It was my first time being away from home when sick and I didn't want to go to a hospital. Being sick for me was always extra love and care from my parents and family. Im writing this before getting discharged and all I want to say is 'I don't want to leave'. The service quality here is a 10/10. I visited to Spash Hospital today for the first time for my Health Check up. It was quite good and hassle free experience. All the staffs are very professional and empathetic. In billing , Ms. Preethi's co-ordination was good and other staffs in reception are nice as well. Dr.Anjali is very polite and explained my reports briefly with clarity.

The hospital provided exceptional care with a compassionate and knowledgeable staff. The facilities were clean and the medical team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. It was a very pleasant experience with sparsh . Right from registration, to admission to surgery to discharge the whole experience was superb. The whole staff including the security guards , the nurses the doctors are very courteous. The clean and well maintained rooms help u heal faster . 10/10 to the awesome facility .

Front desk reception staff very callous, they lost my Previous Bowring hospital OPD file, there is no efficiency in maintaining old patients needs and records, almost all consultants are callous and commercial, no value for the money billed. Patients from other hospitals should be very careful about their previous files.

I consulted Dr.Ravi Kumar for backpain, he was super patient and walked me through all my options, got my surgery done by him and he checked up one me many times after surgery. Gave a detailed plan as to what do post op to rehab. You feel like he cares for your recovery as whole and not just if surgery went well.

This is my first visit to this hospital today, Sunday, for a suspected fracture and was happy with their overall approach. Duty doctors and Staffs were courteous with no rush.. On my request Ortho Doctor came to check me with a smiling face. Even I noticed it's a happy bunch of team. Excellent service

Sparsh is now my go to choice for all my health needs. The Doctors here are highly qualified, and practice evidence based clinical medicine. They take their time with you to go through all of your concerns. I cannot recommend Dr. Samith Shetty, the diebetologist and Dr. Geeth Monappa, gynecologist enough.

Customer Care and OPD don't speak to each other. I have been sent back twice after having a confirmed appointment with the Nuero Surgeon : Dr Mohamed Usman. They might be a great set of doctors but the team at the reception & OPD are very unprofessional. I don't think I'm going to voluntarily go back.

Admitted under Dr.Prakash then transferred to Dr. Ambanna both of them are excellent. They identified immediately what is the problem and given timely best treatment given with care and positive attitudes. All staffs are kind and attendive. Housekeeping maintaining good hygiene.

Health care department The staff here are very helpful and guide us throughout the process. The doctors are good and friendly, they give valuable feedbacks and suggestions based on the test results. The lab facility is good and can perform variety of tests under the same roof.

Hospital is good in centre of city with experienced doctors and staff,i recommend hospital for gynecologic issues,they have separate women and child section were they specifically take care. Cliniliness in old building to be maintained and improved to match with new building.

Horrible experience in OPD Booked appointment 2days before and when we reached hospital they registered and collected payments and after all procedure they are informing us that doctor is on leave and you can consult his assistant... I travelled 12km with a senior citizen...

I'm completely satisfied with the service here. Very hygienic hospital, doctors and nursing staff are very good here. The only issue with the hospital is, regarding car parking and hospital canteen....where the food n juices are too costly.
