My wife and I were shocked to find out that the cast iron pipe running beneath our foundation had burst and been partially obstructed by debris. Being a proud owner of a historic property. We had three separate plumbing firms give us estimates, and one of them insisted on destroying our bamboo floors and drilling a 3'x3' hole in the foundation before they could even begin to figure out what was wrong. They would have had to tear up our floors, force us out of our home, and undertake the same work as Queens Plumber if we had let them. The second company quoted us roughly to pull up a large portion of our pool decking and construct a gigantic hole to reroute the problematic piping. Jeff from Queens Plumber was fantastic; within minutes of meeting with him and his colleague we were completely at ease. And all the while,Jeff was an excellent communicator. The Queens Plumber staff walked us through our options and gave us a more affordable proposal. What's even better? Our floors weren't hacked to pieces, and neither was the pool deck. They suggested that we replace everything instead by digging a 10-foot hole around the problematic pipe. The pictures show that it was a huge undertaking. The team replaced a gigantic, 22-year-old water heater on the second floor of our home (another component of this enormous task), and I'll be honest and say that there were a few miscommunications along the process and that we did acquire a few scratches on our flooring/stairs. However, Queens Plumber took full responsibility and made numerous amends. Contractor fees for cleanup after the water heater installation project are on the house. That's the honesty and reliability we were hoping to find in a contractor for such a massive undertaking. A few hours ago, the subcontractor finished up their work at our property and left, leaving behind only a freshly poured concrete slab as evidence of their presence. Overall, it's an excellent piece of work. Problems with the plumbing are the WORST. They charge a lot and you probably won't understand a thing they say. As a former member of the Queens Plumber team, I can attest to the company's integrity, diligence, dependability, and value for money. Writing a large check is the only thing worse than It's like writing a large check again for the same reason: the business that cashed the previous one didn't follow through. Queens Plumber is the finest, and I strongly suggest them!
Incredible work by Jeff! After four other plumbers had failed to resolve the problem, he came to our house and did so successfully. His work was excellent, and he was a pleasure to work with. Very easy to get along with. Nonetheless, I would approach Queens Plumber with caution. Prior to our arrival, they had another plumber come out who handled the situation very poorly. It seems like a bad day for him so far. However, Queens Plumber was quick to dispatch another officer (Jeff) when I called to report the incident. I'd give them a positive recommendation on the whole, though I should warn you that the kind of service you receive greatly depends on the employee who attends to your needs.
I called on Saturday for the next available appointment after our water main burst on Friday evening (after business hours) and they showed up on Sunday to fix it. Jeff and Lary did a fantastic job. Again, he has all the desirable qualities of a plumber. Expertise, friendliness, clarity, and a reasonable quote characterize this service. I prefer this small business to the radio and TV-advertised mega-corporations any day. Amazing work by Jeff and Lary. They were very thorough in their examinations, communicative with me about my questions, and considerate of my belongings. An ideal plumber in every respect.
Jeff and Lary came over to fix a hot water heater that was leaking. They were easy to get in touch with beforehand and showed up promptly at the start of the allotted time for the service call. Upon arrival, they were cordial, neat, and thoroughly competent. Oh, and they were totally competent in their endeavors. Quickly resolved the issue at initial contact. I just used Queens Plumber for the first time. For home maintenance and repair, I strongly suggest. We plan to hire them again if the necessity arises.
Instead of wasting time reading testimonials about different plumbers, just give Queens Plumber a call. If Jeff and Lary are free, ask to speak with them. These guys are the best contractors I've ever dealt with. Jeff and his crew were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all of our repair options and make sure we made the best choice for our home. If I ever have plumbing problems again, I know who to call, and I also feel confident recommending them to anybody else.
Everyone hopes they'll never have to call a plumber, but if you ever do, go with Queens Plumber. From the front desk to the plumbers, everyone I interacted with exemplified the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Pipe repair under the slab was a particularly unpleasant task for Jeff and Lary. The maintenance was done quickly but effectively. They performed an excellent job of responding to my inquiries as well. Absolutely plan on returning for future business.
I required an inspection of my sewage system. I gave Queens Plumber another call. They dispatched Jeff and Lary, two highly skilled and reliable plumbers. After identifying the issue, they provided a solution strategy and cost estimate. On the following workday, They finished the fix. They advised me on how to avoid similar problems in the future. For any plumbing issues, I strongly suggest you contact Queens Plumber. I appreciate Jeff and Lary
We appreciate the professionalism and integrity with which you run your company. The entire process of working with your company, from booking appointments to receiving high-quality products, is a pleasure. Will always recommend you to my friends and family. We owe a debt of gratitude to Queens Plumber, his team, Jeff and Lary
Mr. Larry and Mr. Jeff, from Queens Plumber, have made three visits to my house recently. Both their demeanor and their work are of the greatest quality. I wish all businesses had your level of cleanliness, friendliness, and competence. You're the gold standard of plumbing; keep it up! As always, I appreciate it.
This Queens Plumber stuff is amazing. Lary is who we always ask for, and he never disappoints. He is both professional and affable. Up to this point, he has just changed a water heater and a toilet. He also caters to his canine guests by providing puppy snacks.
