The trainers Rabbi bhai & Saiful bhai are damn helpful. They provide you with the necessary diet & exercise plan. Most importantly, they give their attention to you which is rare in other local gyms.
At first trainers are so co-operative, much more careful about trainees workouts. They prefer hard work, believe in honesty. Enough space for workout. Every instrument is handy and looks new.
Its a Awesome place. Bt price is little bit high like this located another gym
