First inside shopping g experience 10/13/23 and it wasn't pleasant. The inside clerk is rude and not helpful. I had to request a receipt for my transaction. I usually only pump gas & maybe do the car wash. Today I paid for the $12 car wash at the pump, pulled over there and the car wash was CLOSED. I went back inside to request a refund, first thing out the guy's mouth... 'We don't do refunds for car wash'. I had to reiterate that that the car wash was closed. He then told me he doesn't know anything about that and I had to wait for the manager to return inside. Minutes passed by and eventually manager comes in. He makes me wait longer while he goes to 'investigate' and comes back to tell me that I can return tomorrow for a car wash. Sir, I just want my money back which he eventually did but I probably won't return inside again.

Came in the store 4-1-19 to inquire if I could obtain video if I paid money for it from their cameras. I spoke to the morning manager Alex and he said that the cameras didn't take video of the street. This really insulted my intelligence while I'm looking at the video of the different cams on the screen right at the checkout. I really need the video so I asked him if I could pay $200 for it. He kept lying to me and then proceeded to cowardly call the police on me when all I told him was that he was a liar and to be careful because the universe (God) has a funny way of working out things. That was a no-no- I should have not said anything and just let God handle it. His other clerks are sweethearts though, and I feel sorry that they have to work with this coward.

I stopped in and got 10 dollars of gas. I pulled to the side in a parking spot and got out of car to smoke a cig and look at map on phone. Before i could pull up map manager comes out and tells me i have to leave. I asked why and he said because they dont let people stay in the parking spot. I asked him what i was doing wrong and he said the same thin and walked away. Ok... End result...Paying customer chased away for no reason

Worst guy working evenings shift . Does not know what he is doing rude to all the customers . Needs to be fired !! Beware owner he is losing u customers. Two other customers complained on their way out . Saw him doing credits on register not sure what all that was about . Been going there for 4 yrs 3 times a week never going back again . Going to stripes ...
