Dear STI Team, I would like to open something about this University. My wife is studying in STI and she is getting the final year on this 2017. Specially about payment, we have paid the amount 5000 USD which is only half of entire fees of final year. The rate of the dollars they have collected from us was 1367 but actually KBZ bank rate on the applied date is 1356 which was provided from KBZ bank. After we did complaint about the rate , they described from a website which was 1362 . However , it was different about 5$ or 11$. Finally, we tried to pay the accurate amount in US$ but they didn't accept dollars as well which is beyond acceptable. We were not really happy because of their service. They kept us waiting for someone always too long when we had appointments with them ,even today as always. Whatever we would like to know ,the reception couldn't answer exactly or near exactly. I would like to mention it's totally poor customer service and i prefer anybody won't get to pay extra charges. Please STI fix it or it would be dangerous in the future.
