Have been utalizing the mechanical services of Sunbury Exhausts Manager Chris for well over 20years. For a brief period he was not working locally. Fantastic to have him back. Our vehicle is a work vehicle and it CAN'T be off the road. Chris has always understood this and worked to our requirements. We have not missed a day! Further to this as we know nothing about mechanical stuff (although I work in the automotive industry & would eventually work it out if it happened) never once have we had need to question the bill or the workmanship. Today, my son and I had a fantastic experience at Sunbury Exhaust. We brought in our VN Commodore without an appointment and were warmly welcomed by Chris at the front counter. The Sunbury Exhaust team went above and beyond to accommodate us, promptly booking our car in and replacing the exhaust. The level of service we received was nothing short of outstanding. The entire experience was simply unbelievable. I can't recommend Sunbury Exhaust enough. Their prices are great, the workshop is clean, and the results are amazing. If you need exhaust work done, don't hesitate to choose Sunbury Exhaust!

Tried to use these guys, brought my car in twice for them to look at the part that was needed, they brought in the wrong part and still had me waiting for service delivery. When I gave them the feedback that I would have appreciated a call to let me know they didn’t have right part, was promptly told if I didn’t like their service I could go elsewhere. Not too nice. I’m not sure if their quality is good - seems ok - but couldn’t say I was impressed with the customer service!

Would give zero for a rating if I could, paid 1k plus for 4 new pedder shockers. Back 2 leaked within 2 months of having them installed. Although the products have warranty I would Never trust or use pedders again and would never recommend these guys to anyone never returned my emails or calls to enquiry to fix. Hence that tells me you would avoid responsibility, poor quality, poor service. Like anyone, I pay for a service and i expect good work.

Custom exhaust in 4x4 features welded brackets on to bumper bar??? Clearance issues, reducing ground clearance. I wanted the same tail pipe as the original muffler, they made it up with a 2 into 1 muffler piped in backwards.

They took no responsibility for the faulty parts that they installed in my car. Cost me 1000s to get repaired elsewhere . The owner/manager is giving Pedders a bad name. NEVER AGAIN

I have been with Chris for years and as a woman have had alot of mechanics rip me off. Chris is great, prices are good and my car always feels like its been serviced after leaving.

Honest and easy to deal with, Straight up no bull@#** . Lots of knowledge and happy to share which I love. Spotless clean store/reception area and very easily accessible.

So far so good! Gotten a couple of services there and been fair and honest, a rarity for mechanics in my experience.
