First time using this place cause my washer broke and I’m surprised how clean and good it was. And I liked how they have all different size washer and dryer machines and they are quick. I especially loved that there is a giant washing and dryer machine that you can fit like 3-4 loads in there. Not only does it save time, but also saves money. I only had a problem with one machine the card wasn’t working and had to swipe allot of times, but other than that, this will be my place if I need to do laundry. And also my clothes smell so good so that means the machines are in good condition and kept up with.

Here is another business that believes raising their prices without improving their service is justified because of the pandemic. The mqchines are often broken, cards often fail until you attempt them numerous times and their is no resolution to difficulties because the owners are non existence. So tired of the greedy business owners on Hylan blvd, nothing improves but all the prices continue to rise. Clearly they are not starved for business, I will find somewhere else to do my laundry

Total rip off place. To use the laundry machines, you have to deposit money to get a payment card. But nowhere in the laundry mat is it posted that the payment card cost $2. The card vending machine automatically deducts $2 from your deposit. The two bucks are a small amount, but it is dishonest not to post the price of the payment card. So the place robs $2 from every new customer. Better off choosing another place that accepts coins without the payment card up charge.

Machines work well property is well maintained, but customer service and customer communication is very poor. I am a frequent customer for more than 4 years and I can’t even ask for a bag without being ignored or charged $1 a bag. Certain staff act like they only speak one language and it isn’t American English.

Used pickup/delivery services at this place for about half year. So.. Little by little all my whites became yellow/grays. Seems like they don't use detergent at all. Smells bleached. Well dried. But ready to go garbage... ))) And I'm ready to go K-mart buy new T-shirts.. Beware...

This laundromat is amazing! Everyone is so nice and it’s pretty cleaned, All the workers are great as well Especially Lupe, Lupe folds clothes so neatly and takes cares of customers clothes! Doesn’t make mistakes! If you’re going to leave your clothes to get washed ask for Lupe!

It was the best experience I have had In a laundrymat, so clean, so kept up with and even had free internet while I waited, when I couldn’t wait there driver picked up and delivered my laundry one of the best drivers I have ever encountered, overall more then a 5 star review

Really unprofessional and naughty staff, they take your cloths right out the misnute the machine stops. No respect for your cloths. Staff tells you to get your own machine if you dont want them to take your cloths out. Stay away, many nicer laundrymats in the island.

bad customer service, only the hispanic worker is nice and friendly the others are rude and disrespectful! They over charge, the machines barely work and you have to keep repaying it’s like they want to take your money. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend coming here.

not bad place at all, its 24hrs so thats great. people are very nice. I wish they can do better in there price for what they charge in using a small machine to clean your clothes. thats about it, but I will still go there anyway.

This place is great. The ONLY problem is the machines operate off prepaid card. The problem is the machine are not reading the card to start your machine. It can take 10mins to start a machine

Ok service but the machines and card readers are ABSOLUTE TRASH....the owner needs to make major improvements in location. This location is not accommodating for the handicapped.

A lot of machines don’t work. You will never know what machine is with the leftovers of bleach, because nobody never cleans or checks it, so be ready to take your clothes spoiled

Awesome, clean place with incredibly nice staff. TV channel is always on something dope and interesting. Quick service with probably the cheapest prices on the island. 10/10.

I find it very convenient that they have an ATM in their store. The machines are easy to use also. I wish their space is a little bigger.

Hours are convenient.. I just wish they had .ore carts to place your clothes on when its busy . They only have about 7 carts at most .

We droop and pick up our household laundry every two weeks. The staff help and fold our clothes so neatly. Nice service.
