An absolutely brilliant experience with Sab. I had put my car in with Western General Bodyworks Maribyrong for panel work.(separate review).It was also in need for a service and roadworthy and as Sab's business was next door and RACV approved, the staff at GBM moved it next door for me as I had taken a fall in the meantime and was on crutches, all this in the midst of a lockdown and very difficult circumstances for a sibling interstate...the last thing I needed was any grief in any form. Sab was utterly professional, courteous, sympathetic and helpful from the very start..Long story short, he even offered to drop the car back personally (and did!!) given my circumstances. I hadn't seen the car since it had gone into the panelbeaters a month before and barely recognised it when Sab pulled up, such was the quality of the work they had done ( and oh..someone had given it a much meed wash an wax !) Could not be happier with the work which he has done to to the highest standard. Was lovely to meet him as he was as charming in the flesh as on the phone. Just like the WGB people next door, the service goes way beyond the average Australian service experience. Long may they flourish.

Best customer service! Sab has been a absolute legend from the start! The shop is very busy but he will always acknowledge you and make sure you are just as important as all his customers. Sab and his technical team did such an amazing job on my car. The minute I drove it out of the shop I could feel the difference in my car and the performance was amazing. Driving a golf I know they aren’t the best to work on because everything is so compressed inside. But wow I can not thank Sab and the team enough for the amazing work they did on my car I highly recommend Sab and his team. His customer service is next level. I am not a mechanic but he was so supportive and explained every issue I had with my car and way’s to improve personal maintenance on my car. They are very busy so I do recommend booking in advance. It is definitely worth the wait! They offer extremely competitive prices and give the outside of your car such an amazing clean. Thank you again Sab, I was avoiding what was needed but you made the process smooth and I didn’t feel embarrassed.

I took a tyre in took get repaired, as the person I spoke to on the phone seemed like a decent guy. I carried it into the reception area while I waited for service, which admittedly was a dumb thing to do. The first thing Sab said to me was 'You brought your tyre in here? Seriously?' I apologised, said I didn't mean any offence, and that I would take it outside, but he kept up with it, and made sure I well and truly felt like a dill. I told him he'd come in pretty hot, and asked if it was better if I just left. I thought this might also give us a chance to reset. He simply said 'see you later' and waved at me, so off I went. I guess I did something stupid, but it's another thing to act like this. You can treat anyone however you like when it's your business, but it just seemed pretty unnecessary. I'm sorry if I left any dirt on the floor, but I would have been happy to clean it. *shrugs*

They are friendly experienced reliable mechanic but prices are not cheap or expensive. My Jeep Cherokee repair was delayed because the received wrong parts from the supplier but gave me courtesy car which I used until my car was ready. Happy with the quality service so far. My previous car mechanic was cheaper but I suspected the lack of experience from them because my car was on trouble just after a routine service by them. The problem in lower ball joint wasn't noticed during service. So after the problem I looked for an experienced mechanic. After the car repair by Sab's auto I did two long drive and so far so good. Really recommend their service.

I was introduced to Sab through a good friend of mine and I needed a service on my ranger. I have dealt with numerous mechanics over the years, but I must say this is one of the best businesses in any industry, I have ever dealt with. The workshop is spotless, the customer service is to the highest standard and they even washed my car. I also needed a roadworthy done on another car 2 weeks out from Christmas, but he still fit it in for me. I was so impressed with the entire experience, amazing business!

My husband and I can definitely vouch for Sab's Auto! What more can you ask for from an auto repair service?!? On top of that, they have a cheeky sense of humour. So someone bent my windscreen wiper so understandably I was pretty upset. Sab put my mind at ease instantly, and fixed the wiper right there on the spot and only charged me for the part itself, so was only $40 in the end. Extremely impressed with the great customer service and empathy shown for my situation, not to mention the low cost and efficiency. First class experience repairing my Porsche Cayenne after I was hit from behind at a red light. Sab personally called me to keep me informed of progress at all stages of the repair process. I was provided with a loan car during the repair. When I picked up my car it had been repaired perfectly and had the best polish it has received since I bought it. I would have no hesitation recommending Sab and his team.

I have been having my cars serviced at this RACV service centre for over 15 years. I have found them to provide a thorough and reasonably priced service. The staff here are experts in the fitting and adjustment of child restraints. I would not recommend any other mechanical service centre in the area.
