Perfect place for some "me" time or time treat a loved one and yourself. Going here for a complete spa experience is amazing. The service is great, and the massage is super relaxing. They offer tea, there's relaxing music, plus their bathroom is nice. Booking is easy as well. This location is nice because it's by the water as well. Nat, the therapist who attended to me, was not only incredibly professional but also impressively detail-oriented. The 60-minute massage that Nat provided was absolutely heavenly. The skill and expertise with which she kneaded away the tension in my muscles left me feeling completely rejuvenated. She paid close attention to my preferences and had good pressure, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The 15-minute facial that followed the massage was equally delightful. Nat’s attention to detail was commendable. She carefully analyzed my skin and customized the treatment accordingly. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and I could feel the stress melting away as she gently cleansed, exfoliated, and nourished my skin. Sabai Thai Spa has 5 branches in Vancouver. Locations are North Van, West Van, Downtown, New Westminster, & Port Coquitlam. The size of the places is not that big and its cramped inside. Masseurs & masseuses are not necessarily Thai. There are different nationalities. One of the issues was the voice of new customers coming in talking to the reception in the middle of your relaxation massage. Also, sometimes you could hear the sound of cars passing by. I’ve been to different spas in Vancouver like Smile Thai Spa. I have not received any professional massage by any of them and don’t know why. In a spa, every detail matters from the very beginning including the smell, the hospitality, massage, and after-massage moments. I have not seen such absolute and comprehensive package here. ❗️ My experience at Sabai Thai was normal. I just received a bare minimum quality of massage. Of course the masseuse did her best, but it wasn’t satisfactory. I expect a deep and professional scan by masseurs or masseuses through the message and solving any tight muscles problems and leave you super relaxed. In total, you’ll enjoy the vibe and massage itself.

I had a great booking experience. I had trouble online, possibly because of technical adjustments, but I was able to book the same day when I arrived. The front desk associates were very sweet, helpful, and lovely. And wow, Mina my therapist was wonderful. I felt so relaxed. I got the Siam blend 90 min treatment, and the stretches were gentle enough but also felt effective. Her pressure was like this, too. Soft and gentle, yet I still felt worked and she got into some tough areas. I also love that during my filling out the paperwork before hand on an iPad, that I could select areas on the body for my therapist to address to guide them exactly to where I wanted work. They had a little washroom that I was able to shower in. There were no lockers or anything so I had to carry my stuff everywhere, but it was a mild setback. Overall, a wonderful experience. Such a nice treat on my vacay! Thank you Sabai!

If you're looking for a relaxing massage than this is the place, however if you need actual relief from muscle tightness especially in particular places, than Sabai Thai Spa cannot help. Despite paying extra for deep pressure, my masseuse still did not apply the amount of pressure I needed. I also repeatedly told my masseuse that I had particularly tight IT bands and hamstrings and that I would prefer more time to be spent on my legs than anywhere else. She still only spent maybe 15min on my legs, the rest was spent on my shoulders and back; she did not listen to my requests. I've received better Thai massages elsewhere. This place wasn't worth their high price point.

Lara was my therapist and I am happy with my experience today. She listened to my requests and focused on the areas I mentioned. I really appreciated this as it is not too often I have had a therapist who works with the client so cooperatively. I was also impressed with her expertise. She was able to help specifically with my lower back and hips. I could tell she had a good understanding of anatomy and alignment. I would definitely book another session with her. Great service at Sabai as well. Staff were friendly. It was a relaxing and welcoming environment as well.

This place was absolutely amazing. I took my whole family there and five of us got a traditional Thai massage this morning. It was perhaps one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my entire life. It is extremely clean, and therapists do an amazingly good job. You will not be disappointed. It is only a half a block from the Westin hotel. It made me wish that I was visiting the area for a longer period because I would’ve scheduled another visit. I will definitely stop in here when I return to Vancouver in the future. Ask for Sachi. She’s a gifted masseuse.

Despite booking my massage the morning of, it was a seamless process. The 90-minute Signature Siam Blend Massage was the perfect mix between a traditional Thai and Western oil massage. The deep stretching was incredibly therapeutic, mentally and physically. My massage therapist checked in a couple of times to ensure I was comfortable with the temperature, pressure, etc., which I appreciated. I cannot imagine going back to a 60-minute massage after a 90-minute one. I was truly able to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back!

I have the most incredible experience at Sabai every time I visit! This time was no different. I highly recommend the perfect balance package!! As well as the deep tissue and herbal compress ad ons! My body completely melted under Chloe’s care. She took her time working through the pathways and meridians in my body. She was thoughtful, kind, and her hands are extremely healing!! I really enjoyed the New Westminster location with Sophia, and had a really great experience. Today we were downtown and I decided to treat my partner to a 90-minute blend massage at the Coal Harbour location during their promo. Unfortunately, he was quite underwhelmed. He was expecting a full-body massage with more focus on the shoulders, but the therapist didn't work on that area much. The pressure wasn't up to par either. He found it relaxing, but it wasn't the high-quality Thai massage he was hoping for.

The masseuse who attended me, listened to me and proposed the best treatment. I thought it was okay, but to be honest I've had better massages of this style. In reference to the attention of the staff, I think that other branches have a better service, on this occasion they did not offer me water or tea as in other branches, and unfortunately in the room I could hear external noises at times (both from the place and from the street ), but I must decorate that the room, the bed and sheets were perfect.

Today is my first time visit Sabai Thai at Coal harbor for Pure Bliss spa package. The ambiance was serene, with calming music and soothing aromas creating the perfect atmosphere for a blissful escape. The massage therapists are true professionals, demonstrating skill that left me feeling completely at ease One thing they can do better is they can use softer towels for customers face instead of using same kind of towel they use for body to wipe the customer's face.

As we entered the woman at the desk was not that friendly but when my massage therapist came to greet me she was lovely! One of the best massages I've had! She found all the tight spots in my back and really took her time with good pressure to work through those. The hot oil feels so nice. I found SOME products for the facial a little rough (dependant on skin type) but the final face mask smelt really yummy. Overall great experience. I'd go back for massage

Three of us ladies went for a Pure Bliss massage package at the Coal Harbour location. We all came out feeling very relaxed and pampered. One of us, who had never been to a spa before, said she felt like she was on a cloud. The service from the moment we entered to the moment we left was friendly and professional. The premises are clean and there is a very peaceful feeling from the waiting area to the private rooms.

I have been to Sabai Thai Spa (Coal Harbour) more times than I can count. I’ve tried several different kinds of massages and packages and have never been disappointed. I’ve also seen a different practitioner every time, and each one is as good as the next! They always have amazing deals, so I suggest getting their promotional emails. Everything from check-in to check-out is smooth, well thought-out and relaxing!

Best massage place in Vancouver, been there many times and I’m so happy they have RMTs now. They’re very nice, the place is spotless and it’s a peaceful, serene experience. I also took my mom for her birthday and she said she can’t remember when she felt so good, pampered and relaxed. (She’s 75 and has arthritis, chronic pain, muscle pain from Diabetes meds…so this was a true pleasure for her)

It was my first time at Sabai Thai for a massage. The masseuse Sachi was very polite and friendly. I prefer deep tissue style massages and Sachi was able to provide the perfect amount of pressure. After the massage I felt very refreshed and the stress built up in my muscles was gone. I would highly recommend you ask for Sachi if you prefer to have a deep tissue massage.

The worst massage experience I ever had! I got the RMT massage but it was just a very light oil spreading over my body with no pressure or trying to find the tense parts and points of my body. I have had RMT massage in other places in the past with much more better experience and less price. You pay so much for almost nothing in Sabai Thai!

Overall this Center is one the best ones in BC. I like the interior design and staff attitude. I got 90 mins balancing spa , the masseur was pro and I'm happy with her work. However, the massage room was not quiet and there is a lot of noise hearing from outside, it was chilly as well so I wasn't 100% comfortable during the massage.

Was at Sabia at the Coal Harbour location. Had the 90 minute Gentleman Package. Room was clean, nice ambience with lighting and relaxing music. My massage was tremendously relaxing. Practitioner asked if any areas like neck, back needed more attention and asked about level of pressure I wanted. Excellent massage, and will be back.

The ambience is beautiful, the staff are so warm and friendly, and their therapists are AMAZING. We’ve been going for couples thai massages and WOW! These ladies are strong, skilled and thorough. It’s our new favourite place and thing to do to pamper ourselves. They also have excellent packages so the prices are very reasonable.

Perfect for Rainy days! We were visiting Vancouver although had quite a few rainy days. We decided to search spa places and found this location. We got the pure bliss spa package and it was a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend to those that want to de stress or simply use as an activity for rainy weather while visiting.

I almost always have a good experience here. Recently I saw Ayana and she was very kind, caring and knows her stuff. I really appreciate the effort put in, listening ear, attention to detail, and always enjoy the hot towel to the feet lol. It's a lot more calming than other places I've been to. Music is always spot on.
