Soy comprador de esta marca dado que mi mujer es auténtica debota de este zapato. No me extraña, son zapatos de calidad y parecen cómodos, lástima que trabajo con botas de seguridad, sino sería consumidor seguramente. Pero además destacar su servicio, estas navidades compré unos botines y para que no tuviera que volver, vivo lejos de barcelona ciudad (iba con mi mujer y no podía comprarlos en ese momento). Me dieron la opción de pagarlos y ellos los enviaron después a la dirección indicada y la fecha acordada; sin extracoste alguno. Son zapatos de calidad con un servicio excelente. Muchas gracias por todo y espero volver pronto.

Increíble servicio y calidad. No soy de España pero pase a comprarme unos zapatos, pensé que iba a poder retirarlos personalmente, pero me fue imposible. Contacte con la tienda y ellos no solo me atendieron con increíble cortesía, además enviaron mis zapatos por correo. Los zapatos son tal cual los pedí, me quedan como un guante y su calidad es asombrosa. Quiero destacar el increíble profesionalismos y dedicación de Héctor Cuéllar, quien me ayudo desde elegir los zapatos hasta enviármelos a casa. Gran persona! Para terminar, es la unica tienda (que he encontrado) que venden modelos clásicos como oxford para mujer.

Nothing to do with the store however, I agree with Anthony regarding the lack of online customer service. I also ordered in late November 2019 over 8 pair of shoes online. Some of these were for immediate shipping which I received within 2 weeks however, one pair of shoes also indicated for immediate shipping was not delivered. I tried to communicate with the company for the past 2 months with no response or acknowledgement to at least 6 emails requesting the status of this order. Great shoes when everything goes well but nowhere to be seen or heard from when issues arise. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Outstanding service by Hector, who was able to do a perfect job at accommodating my particular situation and deliver great customer service. He showed excellent knowledge on the different lasts and leather types. He also was able to work with my schedule and payment method preferences. Walked out with 3 pairs of gorgeous Cordovans and 1 pair of Suedes.

Absolutely beautiful store right in the heart of the Passeig de Garcia. If you are a Carmina fan, then this is the place for you. As one of only eight stand alone stores in the world, going in is a real treat. Friendly team and absolutely beautiful footwear for both men and women.

With great excitement I entered the store only to be underwhelmed by what was available - simple black, captoe oxfords were not available. The US site has the shoe but is 200US more. That's disappointing to say the least.

The guy working here is very rude. Does not appreciate client’s questions. I asked if the shoe is 100% leather and he said it’s an offense to ask this to him. I left immediately.

Shoes that will last a lifetime. Since I bought my first pair, I haven't found another shoemaker that surpasses Carmina's quality. I now have four pairs of shoes that I love!

스웨이드의 품질이 매우 뛰어나다. 아주 부드러운 재질로 만들어져 있어서 발에 딱 맞는 느낌이다. 직원은 고객이 고민할 시간을 충분히 주고 필요한 경우 재고확인, 시착 등을 잘 도와준다. 결론적으로 제품의 품질과 서비스 모두 만족스럽다. 한국에서 사는것을 참고 이곳에서 사기를 잘한것 같다.

버건디 소가죽 로퍼 구입했습니다. 발이 크고 볼이 넓어서 신발 사기가 쉽지 않았던 남편인데, 착화 후 편안하다고 극찬했어요. 종업원도 훌륭한 영어로 친절히 응대 해주었습니다. 택스리펀 서류 뿐만 아니라 FTA 원산지 증명서류도 준비해 주었는데 유효할지는 모르겠네요.
