I found this local company on internet. Waited several days for arrival. I got mixed feelings as part of the job was done to good standard but basically I was left with oven not connected properly, hanging on one side of furniture. It seems that gas specialist form that firm was not trained as electrician so I will have to hire someone else, of course not them. Owner blamed me during telephone converstionfor buying a non standard oven- difference in width 3 mm, gap left- 3 cm. Workers spent about 40 minutes fiddling for parts in the van/pipes/ and another 20 because they forgot to remove plug from gas pipes. Costs of work just covered the cost of purchasing the cooker unit. Have been offered additional services free of charge subject to payment for work not finished. I do not think that I will use these people again. Seems that jobs are compartamentalised, so a simple installation would mean exmploying separate teams with extra costs involved. Technicians were nice and polite but wasted valuable, paid time for trivialities.Finish 'n klaar.

The job was to replace, supply and install a new pump (as the previous pump had given up the ghost). I contacted Sadler Maintenance when another company didn’t show up for a job (my property has been a week without good pressure water in the bathroom by this time). And I was super happy to find Jack (and Anita in the office). They were both very professional and amazingly understanding when I explained my situation. They sprang into action for me and said they could be onsite, with the requested new pump, the next day to install same. Jack was great with the communication and advice. Anita was extremely helpful with any questions I had and getting things sorted for me. They were very professional and provided the best customer service I’ve seen for a while! I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good, professional outfit.

What a great find. Jack of Sadler Maintenance arrived when he said he would, good start, he then looked at the problem we were having with our central heating and started work. We had no heating for 3 days and within an hour Jack had the heating working again, even though the British Gas engineer had said we really needed a new boiler and all the heating pipes replaced on the ground floor! Jack kept me informed throughout both of his visits and got our heating working efficiently which no-one else has managed in the 12 years we have lived here. Thank you Jack and we will be using you again (hopefully not for the heating!) and also recommending you to our neighbours

Sadler Services carried out a fantastic job on my 1875 house. They fully refurbishing a top bedroom, removing the old and dilapidated ceiling which had bowed over time, re placed the wood work, repointing and re strengthening the front of the house where old brick work was failing. The walls were stripped back to the original 18th Century colours and skill fully plastered. The floor also bowed and had to be taken up and removed and then re set straight. The room was re insulated all around and is now the warmest in the house! The Sadler crew were professional, responsive, tidy, on time and polite .

Sadler Services Ltd. fitted a new kitchen sink and replaced the leaking kitchen pipes and the old formica back splash with a new one for me.The sink looks great and is well sealed and they bracketed the pipes to the wall for extra support. They were on time and wore masks which I appreciated at this time, and were friendy, quick and overall did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. From the office to the quotion to the work being done the service was excellent and value for money and they communicated well with me. I will definitely use the company for more plumbing work and installations.

Sadler's have just completed a total refurbishment of our flat in a 1930s block. The job ranged from laying a new high acoustic performance floor throughout, new bathroom, new kitchen, new heating system, plumbing upgrade, carpentry and electrical work. The project was very professionally managed by Jack with work done to the highest standard by Pawel and Damien, and Sinead at the office was always responsive and helpful. The team was polite and friendly. We will not hesitate to use Sadler's for any future work on our property.

We were extremely impressed by the service we received from Sadler. We originally had a big brand plumbing company in to do an assessment of our leaking pipe and provide a quote. The first company told us it would be a much bigger and more disruptive job than it ultimately turned out to be. Jack was polite, professional, quick and tidy. He even proactively fixed up a couple of other issues with out pipework that we didn't even know about! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sadler Services.

I am a long-distance landlord with a flat in Battersea. Twice now Sadler's have come to my rescue at very short notice to ensure the issues were speedily and properly fixed with as little disruption as possible to my NHS nurse tenants. I found Sadler through an online search, after having experienced many other Plumbers and so called experts ( specially the ones with the blue vans and funny number plates). I was very happy with the Sadler team that worked swiftly and very professionally. They understood all the complications of an intrecate system including the use of modern wire-less controls. A very tidy and professional service. I can highly recomend it!

Efficient. On time. Polite. Professional. Are they the cheapest? Probably not...but their work is excellent and they have a good reputation that I think is deserved. They do a lot of work for social housing management companies. I employed them in a private capacity as I knew the standard of their work from social housing contracts and I would definitely use them again.

We needed urgent gas pipe and cooker repairs following gas leaks. Sinead did her best to find us an appointment as quickly as possible, it's been a pleasure communicating with her. Sadler gas engineers were very efficient, did a high quality job with the repairs, and did all the checks so we could also get our gas safety certificate. I recommend this company.

Sadlers removed wall tiles in the bathroom and plastered the wall, added skirting and replaced a basin splashback tile. The guys were so friendly, respected the covid safety guidelines, efficient and I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly too. Very pleased all in all. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Sadler Services twice over the last few years. Both times they've been professional and helped us not only with what we called them out for, but with other little things like filling up the central heating system. They've also been incredibly polite and friendly, which is really great and makes having them around/calling them out stress free.

Very reasonably prices services and good quality of workmanship. Boiler was installed in a day, system flushed and refilled. Very nice guys, worked clean, considerate, COVID secure ( masks and distance). Found them via Vaillant approved installers.
