Read/trust the low ratings/reviews of customers describing Safari charges much higher price / their bad experiences with Safari. Be smarter than me! I had no plumbing knowledge and Safari was the 1st plumber I used. Safari got my credit card number beforehand and charged me about $1200 for clearing a blocked toilet drain in a condo terrace home. I added my bad dealings with Safari and how Safari charged me almost twice the price of other plumber for the same work. Safari plumber persuaded me to agree his work under his recommended Safari 1st option-snake through that he said would fix the blockage problem 99% of the time and would cost me about $300 including its $49 service fee and it's a good deal. But 20 minutes later, he asked me to go up to Safari 2nd option - toilet removal that cost me $1017 plus $49 service fee. I questioned Safari plumber that I relied/trusted his recommendation of the 1st option and had he told me in advance the 2nd option would cost me that much or recommended/quoted the 2nd option prior to the work, I definitely wouldn’t have agreed to his doing any work regardless it’s 1st or 2nd option and would have another plumber check the problem for a quote. As he didn't fix the problem, I asked if I disagreed with upgrading to Safari 2nd option, whether he’d only charge me $49 service fee. He firmly said if I disagreed, he’d leave and still charge me $300 1st option price even if he didn’t fix the problem, which I felt he held me to ransom. Under such pressure and in desperation, I had to agree to and pay $1200 for Safari 2nd option to clear the toilet drain. 3 months later, the same toilet backed up again. Water went down to lower unit house. I informed neighbour and condo property manager that I just paid Safari $1200 to fix backup problems. Shocked by such a high price, the property manager recommended Canada Plumbing Inc for a 2nd opinion. I described to Canada Plumbing and sent them Safari’s invoice that also described what Safar did. I understood then Safari would recommend its 1st option even if knowing it wouldn’t fix the problem and then ask customers to and customers usually have to go up to its 2nd option as Safari still charges its 1st option work if customers don’t accept its 2nd option. I knew then based on the problem description/onsite inspection, a slightly-experienced plumber would go straight with the work under Safari 2nd option and quote accordingly. I asked how much Canada Plumbing would charge for the same work done by Safari and they’d charge me $595 stated in writing. Canada Plumbing was professional and advised me to contact Safari first as had I hired them, they’d have owed me a duty to check what caused toilet backups just 3 months after they’d fixed it. So I called Safari again. Mr. Sparling came for 5 minutes, said no toilet backups and would charge $49 service fee. I asked him what caused the toilet backups. He said he didn't know but insisted on charging $49 and would send it to collection agency for collection if I refused to pay. I reasoned with him I already paid him almost $1200 and for $49, I’d pay but I felt it’s unfair he charged the fee but couldn't tell me what might cause the backups. I asked him for an invoice and I’d pay. I mentioned I never dealt with plumbers and Safari was the 1st plumber I hired and based on what I got from another company, Safari excessively overcharged me. Mr. Sparling was very angry saying he wouldn’t charge the $49 and told me to never call them again and hung up on me. I wrote to Mr. Sparling 3 emails to resolve the overcharge. He ignored me and never responded.

Completely shocked and appalled from the service provided. I got a call from "Rachel" whom seems to be there only admin and she left a very unclear voice mail on my cell phone. When I called back today, everything was set and ready to go for my consultation and I initially inquired and was verbally told, by Rachel, that I will be able to use the $25 off coupon they offer to new clients. She went as far as to tell me that it would be written into my profile. Fast forward to the 5 minute diagnosis appointment, the plumbers came into my home and gave several different options to go through, ranging from $500-2k (and not promising a 100% repair or result). Disappointed by the service, especially with the google reviews I read that were positive, I phoned back to Rachel as she was initially very lovely to converse with. I respectfully expressed my concerns regarding the miscommunication of the coupon (calm tone, respectful voice etc) she began to laugh...Twice. It was the most awkward experience as I felt like I was speaking with a 15 year old child. I wanted to express to her how awful the consultation was too as they seem to be taking advantage of the situation (how are you a plumber if you can't offer some concrete solution?!). But opted not to as it seemed she was not going to take any feedback/discussion seriously. Truly awful. Fair warning to anybody interested in "Safari Plumbing Ltd" moving forward, if you're stuck between 2 like I was, opt for the other.

I called your company requesting a quote for the installation of 2 toilets to replace 2 existing ones. An appointment was set up for Friday Jul 19 between 14:00 - 17:00. Your service man came at 14:00 and I showed him the toilets that had to be replaced. He took measurements and indicated that both existing toilets anchors were not 12" from the wall so the installation would be questionable and could not guarantee the work could be completed. He also stated the cost of the installation would be $380+ per toilet. Your service person was obviously not interested in doing the work, (maybe because it was Friday afternoon) and if he provided doubt to the customer about the feasibility of the installation and the ridiculous installation cost that the customer would not proceed but he still would get the $55.00 for the assessment. If you support this conduct from your staff or this is part of your business plan you are obviously not a reputable company (especially since your unwilling to provide a quote on the phone for a toilet installation). A far cry from what you are trying to display from your reviews on your website. I was able to get a local tradesman to come and install the 2 toilets the next day. There was no issue of the distance from the wall and he indicated as such. The installation cost was within the industry standard ($130.00 per toilet) and the work completed by him alone within 1 1/2 hrs for the 2 toilets.

We've been relatively loyal Safari customers for the last two years. We've had them come out for multiple visits for a range of plumbing issues. I will say that they are always on time, if not earlier and always call ahead to meet us. We've had very pleasant exchanges, and they would always provide good recommendations. That pretty much came to an end with their most recent visit. It was the first time we had a poor experience, and it was bad enough we won't risk going back. Of the two workers who came out, one was great, but one gentleman was extremely disrespectful. After a previous consultation recommended we buy and select our own plumbing equipment to save on cost (and knowing it would be better quality), the plumber flatout refused to install the ones we purchased and forced us into buying their overpriced equipment (shutoff valves in this case). He also was rude to my fiance (who was home alone during the visit). He belittled her on not being familiar with the location of water shutoff valves, and commented on the state of our home along with various aspects of the house (from our pets to other household items he saw during the visit). I'll reiterate that we have had very pleasant interactions up until this one, but we wont be returning to Safari Plumbing solely to not risk another interaction with this gentleman or others like him.

Jan. 2020. Terry from Safari came to check my plumbing and to let me know how it looks. There were a couple of things that will need to be dealt with some time. One is the drain for the washing machine which is a little slow in draining which could lead to a backup of the water. He also told me my rubber washing machine hoses should be changed after five years, I did not know this and they are older so will go and buy new ones and replace the old. He answered my questions with no pressure from him to start fixing things immediately. When I decide to do so I will certainly call Safari Plumbing as I have every confidence in them to do an excellent job. As you can see, from my first posting, Terry from Safari has already taken care of a plumbing problem for me. Should anyone have a plumbing problem and need to call a plumber, I would definitely suggest Safari Plumbing. I had a leakage somewhere in the plumbing. Terry went around the house with me checking all sources and when I decided on a new toilet he assured me I had made a good choice as the amount of water used in flushing was half the amount used by the old toilet, and I would see real savings over time. He was efficient, very pleasant , and easy to talk to. Out with the old, in with the new, fast, but thorough. No mess, everything neat and tidy. I was pleased.

So, this is why you should NOT BELIEVE first recommendation that comes on GOOGLE( these are paid ads). Called by my wife to fix a drain blockage in our unit. $55.00 is the charge for their visit to give us quote (sounds good), but came to know either you can get it online from other businesses or you have licensed businesses who are willing to provide free quote (on site). Anyways, minor cost, the guys come to the unit and started looking at different parts of the trap that goes below the sink. Two guys, older guy (disrespectful and weird, kept on asking if I am the landlord), younger guy ( more concerned and very respectful). So, he (older guy) started telling us estimates to get things fixed which we thought were very high. Weird thing is he was willing to change a broken part for free without guarantee and if we wanted the guarantee for same part at same spot we shell out another $150 for only 3 months? Overall, no guarantee of work even if we would have shelled $400-$450, just for clogged pipe. Finally, the service was denied and mode of payment was asked for visitor fee, I told him to wait for me to get card details on my phone. In the meantime, I was asked again if I am landlord and how am I paying by the older guy (impatient and impolite and judging).

Bill came on time and was very professional. We had flushed a toothbrush down the toilet and could not get it out ourselves (kids!!). He explained all the options, gave the price-list, and described the potential fixes that he would recommend. But there was no forcing a sale, no attempt to hide what would be the cheapest option. And he made sure I understood the costs and asked permission before he started. We tried the first option, it worked, and we didn't have to go further! Bill came in and left things clean, explained the platinum club with no pressure, and everything was running again. Very good service! I also was very impressed with the person answering the phones ( I forget her name). She answered quickly explained everything, gave all the time slots available, and explained up front about the house call charge. When compared to talking to other plumbing outfits, I found her exceptional service gave my Safari Plumbing experience a good start. I highly recommend Safari Plumbing to others--and will definitely be using them again.

We were having a problem with our kitchen drain that we needed someone to look at relatively urgently. Out of all the places we called, they were the only ones that even gave us a time slot. They were punctual (and called to tell they could come early!!). Masks were worn at all times. After investigating, they told us what they thought the problem was and gave us a few options to choose from while explaining the pros and cons of each. What they quoted is what they charged us, they were quite open and transparent about what they were doing, they completely cleaned up after themselves and they worked very efficiently. They answered all our questions, explained what had likely caused the problem and what was done to try and prevent it from re-occurring. Also, while they didn't tell me this, I noticed they even cleaned up some other piping in the basement (which they totally did not have to do). We will not hesitate to call them again should we need any additional work done in the future. Thank you Bill and Brendan for the great work.

I've had Safari Plumbing in my house three times over the years. Once to change the shut-off valve for the whole house, once to clear a clogged main drain on a Saturday night that effectively rendered our toilets unusable, and a third time for a suspected toilet leak into our basement. All three times the treatment was the same. Arrived on time, blanket down at the door, boot covers on, problem diagnosed, charges explained, and with my approval, work done, place left clean. Are there less expensive plumbers in town? Perhaps. But for value, for getting the job done right the first time, I've never regretted letting these guys in the door. I wish all service organizations worked like this and took the same level of pride in what they do. Quite frankly, I don't mind paying what some might find a little extra to be treated fairly and professionally. Safari was recommended to me many years ago by a good friend, and I'm doing the same. I have even recommended Safari to my own daughter at her new house.

Safari plumbing was recommended to us by friends who used their service and I am grateful. We used them twice, we own an old house, and both times their customer service was impecable. Dave's polite and kind manner was reassuring in a time of stress. We negotiated in good faith and timelines and dates were set. Appointments were kept and customer service follow ups were done on time. What more could you ask for? Well, that would be Terri. He is a very personable man who has done good honest work in my home. He communicated the repair plan (showed me why and explained the how). He respected my home and recognized I was a bit stressed and tried everything he could to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend using Safari Plumbing. Although we are not currently Diamond Club members it's a club we are seriously considering. Thank you to Dave and Terri. Very pleased with the service from Safari and their technician Dan. Right from the start it was clear providing great service is important to Safari. I called last night, left a message and received a call back within minutes to set up an appointment. The tech was onsite by 12:00pm the following day (we deemed it not an emergency). Dan followed all Covid protocols (mask, booties, gloves, wipe down of debit machine etc). Very impressed with Safaris transparency on pricing. Tech shared from iPad the 5 possible scenarios , what was included and pricing. He explained every step of the process what he was doing and what to do to help prevent further problems. Coming from 34 years in the service industry I do not give out 5 star ratings easily. Today was one of those days. Wow! The customer service was so bad I never made it past reception. When I tried to enquire about the cost for drain repair/cleaning, the young woman who answered the phone told me: “Once the plumber arrives he will give you a price”. When I tried to ask additional questions such as what I could expect, and if a maintenance cleaning could also be done on other drains and how much that would cost, the receptionist simply repeated the exact same reply as above; but this time, by huffing and raising her voice. This company representative was curt and borderline hostile in her tone. Although I previously used this business for a plumbing related issue, and hoped to do so again today, after my experience with Safari Plumbing, I will NEVER call them again. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly. Shop elsewhere - there are plenty of other more reputable plumbers in the region.

This review is directed to Bill Davison whom we had doing some work for us. We had a leaking shutoff repaired and also a new toilet installed to replace an older one. Bill is very conscientious and ensures he does a quality job. I'm used to doing my own home maintenance but because of health issues I now have to get this type of work done by outside contractors. So needless to say that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to work done on my home. I was very pleased with my whole experience with Safari Plumbing and with Bill's service/repair work. (I looked over his shoulder to checkup on him (smile). Safari would be wise to hang onto Bill as an employee. Overall I was very happy with the work done. Yesterday my wife noticed a leak at the top of our hot water tank. I realized that Safari Plumbing had repaired the valve in the past. So I called them back. In speaking with Dave (who answered an after hours call right away), I was informed that they had repaired that valve some 2 years ago. We made arrangements for them to show up the next day. I received a call shortly before their arrival letting me know that they were on the way. They arrived exactly as promised (Yes these guys wear covers on their work boots!). A quick analysis was made. Defective seal at the fitting. They replaced it. Then gave me 2 spares. And promised to follow up with the manufacturer. Did they bill me? No! Superb customer service still exists . Dave: You have earned my trust, recommendation and any future business.

My first initial experience with Safari plumbing was a very good I booked online and received a call from David, we then set up an appt for a few days later. Bill arrived right on schedule and examined my faucet issue. Bill was able to provide me with how he was going to proceed and the cost in order to get the job done. Unfortunately for Bill he did not have all the parts in his truck and had to run around to 2 stores before he found the part he needed to fix my problem. I am so pleased with how the issue was fixed and love the way my faucet and shower now works. Thank you Bill for a great job. Bill was very professional and really knew what he was doing! When your main floor toilet doesn't flush, and you expect guests over the same day in the evening, you need urgent help. After calling a few plumbers where I was either put on hold (while of course, being assured how important my call was), or made to listen to quiet piano music that reminded me more of ballet classes I was forced to take early on in life than of the service I badly needed. To the rescue came Justine who promised that a plumber would stop by between 2 and 5 that afternoon, just about making it before guests would arrive. Enter Sean. Sean was respectful, professional and polite, and even shared a very important trick with me to hopefully avoid a similar mishap in the future. All in all, a very positive experience. Therefore, I warmly recommend Safari Plumbing.

With a 4.7 star google review we had high hopes for Safari Plumbing. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with level of service that we were provided with. The plumber came in to diagnose our faucet issue (which he correctly diagnosed as a clogged faucet head). However, instead of attempting to repair it he simply offered to replace the whole faucet with $1000 unit + installation....which is completely egregious. We politely declined his 'generous' offer and opted to clean the faucet head in a vinegar solution which worked very well. This type of behavior is simply unacceptable and shows absolutely no respect to us as consumers. I would NEVER recommend Safari Plumbing unless you don't care for the money you've worked hard to earn. Save you money skip the Safari!

First time user of Safari plumbing services. Of all the plumbers called they were the first to respond. The plumber (Daniel) arrived within the stated arrival window. He was preceded by a call from the office keeping us apprised of his arrival time. Daniel was courteous and respectful, listened as we explained our problem. He explained clearly what was required to rectify the faulty under sink valves and provided an estimate that was unchanged when the job was over. He was careful to minimize any "splash factor" and cleaned up after the job was done. Excellent work in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I have no reservation recommending Safari and I will use them again if the need arises.

I am very happy with the work Dan has done fixing the plumbing in my laundry room and installing a new toilet. He always arrives on time, completes the work efficiently, and leaves my home exactly the way it was when he arrived. He is happy to answer my many questions and has given me very valuable advice about several other plumbing fixtures in my home. Rachel and Justine have also been incredibly friendly and helpful with answering my questions and booking appointments. The repairs have not been cheap but I am willing to pay the price to feel good about the work that’s been done! I will definitely be calling Safari plumbing again in the future!

I had a great experience with Safari Plumbing. The guy that came in was really easy to talk to and made sure I understood what he was doing. He also gave me other advice that was not related to my issue that I found very helpful. I have been a diamond customer for over 10 years but I will be stopping that as I have just found out that one of the main benefits of being a diamond customer was that part of $9 paid monthly went into a fund that could be used as a credit later but they have cancelled that (after 30 months ... seem like a odd thing to do) so I will be looking forward to trying out other companies for my next issue.

We were very impressed with the customer service provided today by Shawn (of Ottawa Safari Plumbing). He was extremely polite and professional, making sure I knew about each step, pricing, and asking about our needs (which door to use, if we needed water before he turned it off, etc). My friend was over at the time and as soon as he went out to the van to get something, her first comment was, “Wow, he is so polite!”. He exudes a peaceful and kind personality, and I felt very confident in his skill set. The job looks very well done (installing a new hose tap)! I hope you and he knows how valuable he must be to the company!

After a difficult journey of trying to dispose of a built in refrigerator, the final straw was when I had to turn off the water source to the appliance. The ceiling below was finished and the shut off valve was hidden. Terry (the plumber) made what I thought an overwhelming task easy and quick. He was understanding and knew exactly where to find the valve quickly. He made thoughtful suggestions to help this and other situations going forward. He was extremely professional throughout the process. Booking the service was fast and they followed up the same day. I would highly recommend Safari Plumbing.

I had a leak in my bathroom and after the plumber came he said it is the toilet seal and charged me 500$ for the fix. After a day, the same leak is still happening, and after calling back his response was you signed on fixing the seal and you chose to fix it and will have to charge again for any fix. Update: - Another plumber came today and was much better in diagnostics and hopefully will offer a refund towards the new job and finish the work next week. In that case, after the job is finished I will change the negative review to a positive review since they warrant their work.

It was not only easy to set up an appointment for a minor plumbing problem - a faucet repair but the company provided us with updates on the approximate time their representative would arrive. Powder room toilet not working and my wife having guests in that evening. Rapid response to my call to Safari...arrived two hours and diagnosed problem immediately. Repair was fast and efficient. Good communications with both David and Bruce.. Bathroom left clean and tidy. Lots of attention to details such as wearing boot covers inside and laying drop cloth from front door to powder room.Very pleased with the job. Reasonable prices. The one review complaining is out to lunch. Truck charges are part of doing business. Most others charge $75.00 +++ to show up

Strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for some serious work done or for someone looking for just simply an inspection. They are very professional and know their work, I was very pleased with the inspection and check up that led all the way to the root of the problem. They gave me a good piece of mind and as luckily for me it turned out to be condensation. Customer service has an excellent response time; the lady who took my call was very courteous and I had the gentleman at the door within 30 minutes of my call and on a holiday Sunday.

I was a long-time customer of 'John The Plumber' until today. After the aforementioned business was unable to resolve my clogged kitchen sink, I contacted Safari Plumbing. Terry arrived on-time, provided me with a description of the services he would perform and a reasonable estimate. To my relief, the issue was resolved within 1 hour. After Terry cleaned-up the work-site, he took the time to provide a few plumbing tips . I'm a fussy customer with high expectations, which Terry exceeded. Thank you Terry for a job well done! Safari Plumbing responded immediately to our request and a tech was out the next business day. Our toilet bowl was not getting water. The tech replaced the valve and then replaced a piece of copper pipe which was plugged with sediment. However the tech left a leak and the toilet tank was only partially filling up. He and the office staff were polite and nice to deal with and were going to send someone out again. We found the bill heavy. We had another plumber complete the job to our satisfaction, hence the 3-star rating.

Two plumbers came to our house to assess a leak in our dining room ceiling. For $167, all they did was conduct a 10-15 min test from our bathtub and provided us advice on what the issue could be and who else we can call. Very disappointed. *Update: We contacted another plumbing service that did not charge us any fees for an initial inspection. Safari Plumbing charged us $167 on their first visit just to run some tests. The ceiling leak was from the shower/pipes and had nothing to do with the grout or toilet.

We recently had a service call with Safari for a partially blocked pipe in the basement. Our plumber was Bill, and he was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was punctual, completed the job efficiently, and left the house exactly as it was before he arrived. We also spoke to David, who I believe is the owner, and he was extremely professional and friendly as well. All in all, dealing with Safari was a very positive experience and we would recommend them to anybody. M&J

I wasn't going to leave a review but they keep sending me reminders asking me to so I will repeat here what I sent to them. The plumber that came to remove and replace my faucet was excellent, did a very good job, and was very polite and knowledgeable. That being said, $494.94 including tax to remove and replace a faucet within an hour and a half is about double what I would have expected to pay. I will not be recommending you to my friends, and you will never be my first call for a plumber in the future.

We came across Safari a few years back when we had a plumbing emergency. They came out right away where all other plumbers were either closed or would take way too long to respond. We had a great experience with Safari and have been on their monthly plan since which has several benefits, but one of them is an annual inspection of your home's plumbing. This offers great peace of mind, but also allows for finding small issues and fixing them before they turn into massive issues. I highly recommend them.

I was in desperate need of plumbing services on a day I was hosting a dinner. Safari Plumbing was extremely accommodating of my ‘emergency’ situation, they were able to almost immediately send someone to resolve the issue. Safari Plumbing was proactive and provided preparatory suggestions, prior to their arrival, all of which expedited the resolution. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Given the situation, I could not have asked for a better experience and outcome.

Definitely would recommend this company to family, friends and clients. Bill was the assigned plumber and he was great to deal with. Very friendly and punctual. He quoted several jobs quickly and outlined the services included in the price. I decided to scale down the work to have 2 faucets installed. He was very diligent in his work and took the time to double check everything before he left. He gave me some interesting information on the products I had him install which was also appreciated.

Their employees are professional, competent , courteous and proactive. They explained what they were doing. Response to my requests was quick. After the service call there was followup to ensure that I was satisfied with the results. Worth every cent! I would gladly provide a referral to anyone needing any work done.

We had our annual plumbing checkup last week. Bill was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he went all over the house checking our various sinks, hot water tank and other plumbing connections. He patiently answered all our questions. Where necessary, he pointed out things that might lead to possible future problems. All in all, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Safari and definitely recommend the company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Amazing experience from start to finish. From the initial call to Stephanie to the estimate from Terry to the job completion by Terry and Billy. All present very professionally. Terry took the time to explain every facet of the work done. Work was done on time as quoted and they even double check their cleanup of the site. Everything looks amazing. We couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to call again when needed or recommend to others.

Safari Plumbing has been here twice in the last 2 days. Yesterday I was provided with options to try before having to decide to replace a toilet. I was very pleased with the work done on day 1 and even more so on day 2 when a new toilet was installed. Terry, the person who came to do the work was personable, friendly, professional and explained everything to me as he went along. I would definitely recommend Safari to family and friends.

Super friendly. Explained what was going to happen. Upfront with their prices. They didn't mind being bugged by one of my cats. Very professional. I would call them again for any of my plumbing needs. I have called and emailed other places and they were the first one to actually get back to me and keep their appointment. I saw one of their trucks driving down the road and emailed them. A few days later they were here to do the work.

We've been clients for many years and have always had excellent, friendly service. The Friday before Xmas eve was no exception - Dave and Bill arrived to check out a leak that suddenly developed in a new (3 months ago) drain pipe installation. They quickly found that the new pipe itself had developed a hairline crack at the bottom of the u-bend, replaced the faulty pipe, and wished us a merry Xmas. More excellent, friendly service!

I had used Safari Plumbing about 15 years ago when we had a house flood. I met the owner, he was great. 15 years later, I was reluctantly having a dishwasher installed by Home Depot, and they ran into issues and were to provide me a quote. I never got the quote, so I reached out to Safari Plumbing again. They sent someone over a day or two later, and got the job done without issue. Will use them next time I need a plumber.

The #1 thing I want when it comes to house maintenance and repair work is honesty. I along with emergency help I also seek preventative maintenance info for peace of mind. I'm so tired of repair businesses ignoring my needs, financial and otherwise, who make recommendations only to make more money. Safari is great at listening and advising on repairs needed now and potential future issues. I highly recommend them.

We had to have a ball cartridge replaced to deal with a leaking faucet. This was not a DIY job as we couldn't be sure we would be able to find and buy the required part(s), even if we had been able to disassemble the faucet. The service was great from the call to the office to the actual in-home visit. Bill and Dave were meticulous with their work and kept us updated on what they had to do to complete the repair.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. Dan and his assistant were able to arrive earlier than scheduled which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and left the area clean. Our 3-year-old granddaughter was with us and Dan even bonded with her. I would recommend Safari Plumbing in a heartbeat and will definitely use them in the future.

I’ve used Safari twice and been pleased both times. Most recently, Bill walked me through the diagnostic process, clearly explained possible solutions along with long-term concerns. He also took the time to stop and walk through things with my wife as well to keep her informed which she greatly appreciated. Really happy with the service received! Safari Plumbing came to my rescue by clearing a nasty clog. Dan and Brendan showed up early, were friendly and polite, and got the job done fast, in spite of having to wrestle with a jammed bolt. Had Safari come in for a water leak in the basement. They found the leak in a pipe from my upstairs tub. They did a great job, and helped me navigate the insurance process. I highly recommend them. Safari then came and fixed the leaky pipe after some contractors opened a part of my bathroom wall. It is now fixed. Great work, fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I sent out emails for quotes to 3 companies for a plumbing fix at midnight. At 7am I had a voicemail and email follow up. They were at my house by 12noon that day and fixed by 2pm before the other 2 companies had even responded to me. I was very happy with their work too. I understood exactly what I paid for as well. Needed a P-trap installed for a new dishwasher. They came on time and it was easy to arrange. The job took 15 minutes and they charged $490 !!! They also did not clean up after themselves. Called the office to discuss the charges and was told I’d be contacted once they had a chance to speak with the plumber who did the work. Never heard back.

Pipe block was identified and quickly repaired with no problems. The cost was explained and agreed on before the repair was started. Total charges seemed to be high for such an seeming easy repair job but the choices were to pay the service charge, with no repair, and attempt to find another plumbing company and hope for a lower cost.

We called on a Saturday with a clogged laundry drain and - as we're Platinum Club members - Terry from Safari was there within two hours.
