This is more a recommendation to Safe-Auto based on my experience trying to book their service to ship my car from Victoria BC to Calgary. First, I reached out via email, specifying my car and pick up and delivery cities, the answer I got was very short just with the estimated cost, I had to send several emails to try to get more information and every time I got very short and not very informative answers. Once I submit the application to book the shipment, I got a call few hours later saying that they do not go to Victoria BC an my shipment could not be done for this reason. Somehow, the day after, I received an invoice to be paid from Safe-Auto, this just demonstrate some lack of communication and coordination within the company. My recommendation is to try to improve on your initial communication with potential customers and take more time to read and respond with the applicable information to avoid confusion and waste of time on both sides and try to improve in your internal operation as it does not provide confidence for the customers.

Immediately upon arrival, I was filled with an overwhelming sense that my car truly was going to safe (no pun intended!) I’ve been storing one of my cars for several years now during the winter months and the previous facility I was using actually went bankrupt - that place actually never gave me my refund, along with many other customers. Anyhow, I’ve been searching for a new facility and Safe Auto came highly recommended by a friend of mine, whose judgment I trust. Connected with Praz at Safe Auto and made the drop off arrangements, and when I took the car there, was greeted by Ceasar. He led me into the building and from there went on to thoroughly explain their process and went over the security of the building. I left there feeling a high level of confidence and certainty that I had made the right decision. Would absolutely recommend using this company for storing your vehicle. Another important fact - Safe Auto also transports vehicles all across North America, too!

Unreal dedication and customer service!!!! Literally the best dedication and care I have ever experienced. My irreplaceable stolen exotic was miraculously recovered in Ottawa, Safe Auto made last minute arrangements to help me retrieve the car back the next day from a police impound lot Car was inside a container and the owner actually drove all the way up to Ottawa to oversee the operation, coordinate with impound operators and ensure his skillset in carefully removing the irreplaceable vehicle from the shipping container. He had extra guys on-site to help oversee and assist. The vehicle was safely removed without damage, and on it's way back. I also had to be on-site for the release, he picked me up from my home as well and drove me there, also bought me lunch as well! Safe Auto truly and personally cares about your pride and joy, I will only sing their praises and be forever thankful the rest of my life. Thank-you Safe Auto!!!!!

Top class service from the entire team end to end. Not only did the provide quick shipping for both my cars out of province when I purchased them, but they took great care of my vehicles during storage. Chris K and Praneel T were exceptionally accommodating whenever possible. I also unknowingly showed up on a day they were closed and said that I had emailed them letting them know I was going to come by. Chris (who handles storage) took in my car on his day off made no mention of not receiving the email and said that they must’ve dropped the ball on their end. He brought the car in and took care of everything. Later on, I realized that email was never sent and was just sitting in my outbox because of some error with my outlook. Their professionalism and accountability is simply very rare to come across these days and I will always continue to provide Safe Auto with my business.

Safe Auto moved 6 of my cars from Toronto to South West Tennessee all in one run. The driver, Isa, was fantastic to with. Clearly a car enthusiast himself, he treated the cars as if they were his own, and as a result all 6 were delivered exactly as they were picked up. Pick up and delivery was smooth, punctual and communication with Isa was great. Since this Job required importing the cars from Canada into the US, Safe Auto directed me to work with a 3rd party partner of theirs for the customs paperwork. This was the part of the experience that could be improved as I ended up investing a lot of time dealing with this 3rd party, whose mediocre communication created a bunch of re-work. Ultimately though, Safe Auto was successful in getting all the cars safely relocated to our new home in Tennessee and we are grateful for their service - will be using them again I am sure.

At first I was frustrated with some miscommunication from the office but in the end they ended up making the date that I needed in a very efficient time frame. My driver and the one who handled the delivery of my vehicle was named James and he was probably one of the best car transportation drivers I’ve ever had to deal with. Kind, and very patient with the seller who was being a bit difficult. The car I was moving is one of a kind and he took great care of the car to ensure nothing was damaged, and even helped me get it into my garage. Fantastic experience and with drivers like James you can rest easy knowing that nothing will happen to your vehicle.

Purchased an awesome 2012 BMW Alpina in BC, Safe Auto jumped thru many hoops helping me get the car to the states! They were absolutely first class, facilitated swapping out the speedometer enabling it to meet US standards and get across the border. Took delivery of my R8 today in front of my home. It was such a pleasant experience and Jas was extremely accommodating with my busy work schedule. I’ve never had a vehicle delivered to me in an enclosed trailer so I did want to see it come off the trailer, Jas was super patient and understood my excitement from one car guy to another!.
