I had a meeting with Laurent Munier to acquire health and dental insurance, and it was a complete waste of time. The whole event was rushed and disorganized. He made reference to health plan charts, which he had forgotten to send prior to the meeting as preliminary reference for my options. Still, we went through the usual exploration questionnaire, through which he also took the opportunity to pitch other businesses I wasn't interested in. I had taken an hour of work for Health & Dental insurance. When the meeting ended, Laurent Munier had explained that: 1. He would send the health plan charts he'd to forgotten to send prior to meeting 2. He would send a personalized health plan according to what he had learned in the interview/meeting. 3. He would send a follow-up e-mail, as customary, with details for our next meeting. None of that happened. Still, I took the first step to send a follow-up e-mail the next day because the whole point of the meeting is of importance to me(health). No response. No one should have to chase someone around for service. Meeting with Laurent Munier was a waste of my time.
