Bitter experience turned positive in the end :) I had a not so good experience with the transport and packing done by a 3rd party vendor assigned by Safestorage - they came very late, very unprofessional, packing not as per Safestorage standards, brought a small vehicle. The Relationship manager Pooja was also not of much help as she had no idea about most of the things. Then i was given the contact of Shubha Maam, the Customer Escalations manager. And this revised rating is purely due to her customer centricity and very calm and patient handling of my case. She was quick to help me resolve the packaging woes, special mention and appreciation for Bishu Das from the warehouse team who made sure that my valuables were repacked up to Safestorage standards and stacked appropriately in the warehouse. For Shubha Maam - Thank you so much for your constant attention and support provided through these 3-4 days. I had lost faith in Safestorage after having a wonderful experience in Bangalore and then a pretty bad one in Mumbai (In terms of transport and packing) but your help and calm, patient approach towards handling my escalation is thoroughly commendable and puts back my faith in Safestorage and its services. So here is my heartfelt gratitude to you for being a thorough professional and not losing your cool and calm composure even once during the whole conversation. Packing staff was ontime and completed the packing in time. All the items were carefully packed as required. I have confidence that my items will be safe at the storage space. Ayesha Nuzhath was my relationship manager and gave the correct quotation and coordinated with the packing team well. I had a prepone request and it was accepted instantly. After sending it to storage, I had a good experience with the team. There was an issue with my payment, there was a prompt response from the accounts team and solved the issue.

Very comfortable and easy experience - the process is all electronic and staff are readily available to help. The warehouse is a fair distance from Mumbai but well kept and looked after. Extremely reasonable rates - overall highly recommended. The service is very smooth and hassle free. The team is very efficient and we did not have any issues. The team who came to pack and carry the items were also very professional, well behaved and did an amazing job.

Their service is really good. Apart from items stacked inside carton boxes as shown in the photos, they also accept loose items properly wrapped in bubble plastic foils.
