Excellent experience! Rooms are easy to access, site is clean and well organised. I loved the fact that the site manager is always available and he called by my name. I couldn’t ask for a better personal touch. In addition I have contacted Costumer Service and they are just as helpful. Highly recommended And prices are good.

I have stored with Acton Safestore for nearly 10 years and had various units over that period and it has been a very positive experience. The staff are excellent- very friendly and always helpful. Parking can be an issue at times as they only have 4 spaces but 9 times out of 10 you can always get a spot. Great experience.

Excellent service (the staff were very helpful) but very pricey and extremely limited parking which resulted in me getting a ticket. Also, try to ensure that you have your own insurance because otherwise it is very expensive. Good for very short term but not for long term storage.

First-class service, excellent staff and very spacious. Newly renovated and easily accessible. Rates are very competitive as well. The 2 persons over here -- Ms Davinia and Mr Fermin will look after you with big smiles!!!! Highly recommended.

Surprised reading all these great reviews. From the picture you see the entrance is poky and difficult to get your vehicle into and only allows for 2 vehicles at one time to be near the entrance. It was very similar for our large storage

The service is fine, but the overcharge isn't valuable. They charge you for a month even if you are delayed in collecting your things for a day over than first term.

They were very efficient, interpersonal, and were quick to understand my needs. I would certainly use this service again. The staff were very helpful and amazing!
